Redington shares zoom 9% after Q4 profit jumps 183% YoY on broad-based demand

zoomed 9.5% to their intraday high of ₹306.85 on the BSE in early trade on Tuesday after the technology solutions provider reported a sharp 183% year-on-year rise in net profit for the March quarter, driven by strong demand across markets.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹917.7 crore for Q4 FY25, compared to ₹323.9 crore in the same period last year. Revenue rose 17.9% YoY to ₹26,439.7 crore from ₹22,433.4 crore in Q4 FY24.
EBITDA for the quarter rose 30% to ₹596.9 crore, while margins improved to 2.3% from 2% a year ago, reflecting operational efficiencies.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025,
Redington
reported record consolidated revenue of ₹99,562 crore, up 11% YoY. Normalised profit after tax (excluding one-time divestment gain) stood at ₹1,340 crore, marking a 10% YoY increase.
The company's growth was supported by broad-based demand. In Q4, revenue in India rose 26% YoY, while the UAE market grew by 24%. Redington also saw solid traction in Saudi Arabia and Africa, aided by enhanced go-to-market capabilities and expanded brand partnerships.

Redington's cloud business continued its robust growth trajectory, increasing by 41% YoY in Q4 FY2025. The company's Technology Solutions Group (TSG) grew by 28% YoY, driven by large deal wins and new software brand contracts.
Redington's board has recommended a final dividend of ₹6.80 per equity share, representing 39.5% of FY25 consolidated profits (excluding the one-time gain), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

Yes Bank share price rallied sharply on Monday, June 2, gaining over 8% during intraday trade and extending their upward momentum for a third consecutive session. Yes Bank shares climbed as much as 8.61% to ₹ 23.32 apiece on the BSE. The recent uptrend in Yes Bank share price comes ahead of a crucial board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025. The private lender's board of directors will consider proposals to raise capital through the issuance of equity shares or debt securities, potentially via private placement or preferential allotment, subject to requisite approvals '...this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of YES Bank Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 03, 2025, inter alia, to consider raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares, debt securities and/or any other eligible securities (convertible/non-convertible) through permissible modes, including but not limited to a private placement, preferential issue or any other method or combination of methods, subject to such approvals as may be required,' Yes Bank announced in a regulatory filing on May 28. Yes Bank share price has witnessed a strong rally, gaining over 30% in the past month and rising 18% on a year-to-date (YTD) basis. The stock has advanced 15% over the last six months and remained flat over the past year. However, on a two-year basis, Yes Bank stock price has appreciated by 41%. Kunal Kamble, Senior Technical Research Analyst at Bonanza Portfolio, noted that Yes Bank share price has broken out of a Pennant Pattern on the charts, indicating a continuation of the ongoing bullish trend. 'Yes Bank share price is trading comfortably above its major EMAs, reinforcing the bullish bias. An increase in volume supports the view that buyers are actively participating at current levels. Additionally, the RSI is trending in the higher range, indicating sustained strength in momentum. Overall, the technical structure remains positive,' Kamble said. He recommends buying Yes Bank shares on dips near ₹ 22, with a stop-loss at ₹ 21 on a closing basis, and anticipates a potential upside target of ₹ 25 in the near term. At 2:55 PM, Yes Bank shares were trading 8.15% higher at ₹ 23.22 apiece on the BSE. Inox Wind shares slide 3% after Q4 results, but brokerages predict 21% upside

Shares of Inox Wind on Monday slid 3.2 per cent to their day's low of ₹188.75 on the BSE despite a sharp 391 per cent rise in its consolidated Q4FY25 PAT, its highest ever, reported at ₹190.34 crore. For the quarter ended March 30, 2025, the company's net profit rose 391 per cent to ₹190.34 crore, up from ₹38.74 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, while the revenue from operations increased by 130 per cent YoY to ₹1,311 crore. Further, the company's order book also witnessed a robust growth of 21 per cent YoY to ₹3,203 crore versus ₹2,656 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The order book stood at 3.2 GW, as the FY25 order inflows stood at 1.5 GW. Inox Wind also informed that its subsidiary Inox Green's renewables O&M portfolio surged to 5.1 GW, with a foray into the solar O&M segment. The merger between Inox Wind Energy and IWL was also approved, while the liabilities on IWL's balance sheet were reduced by ₹2,050 crore. 'Inox Wind continues to deliver strong results, reporting its highest ever quarterly profit, a testament to the efforts of the company over the past quarters. I am also delighted to announce that the Hon'ble NCLT has approved the scheme of arrangement between Inox Wind Energy and Inox Wind, which further fortifies Inox Wind's balance sheet.
