The visit began with a comprehensive presentation on Moro Hub's innovative service offerings across cloud and hosting, cybersecurity, smart cities, IoT, and advanced digital solutions. The presentation provided insights into how Moro Hub enables public and private sector entities to accelerate digital transformation in alignment with the UAE's vision for a sustainable and smart future.
His Excellency Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC, said: 'Dubai's ascent as a global hub for the future economy is underpinned by visionary partnerships that integrate advanced digital infrastructure with world-leading policy and innovation ecosystems. Our collaboration with Digital DEWA and Moro Hub exemplifies this approach, reinforcing our collective commitment to delivering the ambitions of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33). As the region's leading global financial centre, DIFC plays a central role in shaping a sustainable, technology-driven economy — one that not only meets the needs of tomorrow, but positions Dubai at the forefront of global innovation.'
Following the presentation, the delegation toured several of Moro Hub's flagship facilities, including its world-renowned Green Data Centre, the Network Operation Centre (NOC), the Security Operation Centre (SOC), and the Smart Cities and IoT Command Centre. Each stop demonstrated the depth of Moro Hub's technological capabilities and commitment to secure, reliable, and sustainable digital services.
The visit underscored Moro Hub's role as a key enabler of digital advancement in the region, showcasing the robust infrastructure, intelligent command centres, and highly secure environments that position the company at the forefront of innovation.

Jul 31, 2025 The Dubai Land Department has partnered with Second Century Ventures to launch REACH Middle East, a new accelerator program aimed at supporting real estate technology startups in the region. The eight-month initiative will offer up to 10 selected companies access to funding, mentorship, and a wide network of real estate industry stakeholders. Each participating startup will be eligible to receive up to $250,000 in seed capital. Led by real estate technology entrepreneurs Siddiq Farid and Karim Helal, REACH Middle East is open to startups from a range of industries seeking to expand into real estate, construction, sustainability, or property management. Eligible companies must be revenue-generating and fall within the seed to Series A funding stages, with a focus on technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and blockchain. Participating startups will collaborate with real estate developers, government entities, and facility managers to pilot and commercialize their technologies. The program is part of broader national efforts to drive digital transformation and economic diversification, aligning with the UAE Digital Economy Strategy, the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033. These initiatives aim to contribute more than $27 billion to the national economy.

Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE, July , 2025: Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, has concluded the 2025 Summer Camp for Talent and Innovation, held under the theme 'Skills of Tomorrow'. The camp welcomed the participation of over 130 gifted and innovative students from across the UAE, offering an advanced educational environment designed to cultivate future skills, foster innovative thinking, and strengthen leadership qualities among participants. Dr Mariam Al Ghawi, Director of Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Giftedness and Innovation, commented: 'We were committed to creating a stimulating learning environment for talented and innovative students during the summer break—one that helped develop their skills, sharpen their capabilities, and provided hands-on exposure to technological and innovation-based concepts in real-world contexts. The program officially opened yesterday at Al Shindagha Museum, welcoming around 130 gifted and innovative students from across the UAE. Held over two weeks, the camp provides a specialized learning environment aimed at nurturing future-ready skills, fostering creative thinking, and developing students' leadership potential. Following a tour of selected camp activities at the Foundation's headquarters, Humaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hamdan Foundation, stated: 'The summer camp for gifted students is a pivotal initiative in our efforts to provide educational and knowledge-based opportunities during the school break.
