'I am not a porn star,' Jane told Diddy, as she reached breaking point
The following month, in October 2023, Jane says she was reaching breaking point over Diddy's sexual demands.
She says she responded to a text he sent her saying he was "missing" her by saying "call someone else… I don't want to be trapped performing loveless, cold sex".
She describes feeling "frustrated" at the pressure she felt was on her to earn "love, respect and romance" from Diddy.
Jane says she said she told Diddy she wanted to stop having sex with other men, telling him "sex is sacred to me" and that doing drugs and performing sex for days was "creating a war inside me".
Jane can be seen wiping tears from her face, with her head down, as the court takes a brief break.

Jane describes sex with 'cowboy wearing heels' at Trump International
Jane describes coming to New York the day after their text argument, saying Diddy had told her he "missed" her and she had calmed down. She says Diddy had told her he would take her for dinner and shopping, and she had believed there would be no "hotel nights" during the stay.
However, she says once the plane had taken off, she had received a message from Diddy saying he wanted a hotel night.
Jane says: "I took a deep breath. I was upset and a little disappointed."
Becoming emotional, with her voice cracking, Jane says Diddy warned her of a "surprise" which she said was him introducing her to a new escort, sending her a picture of a "cowboy wearing heels".
She says she met Diddy at the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, where she was given ecstasy and then, wearing lingerie, had sex with the escort called "Cabrel" in front of Diddy.
She says she felt "discomfort" about having such nights "sprung" on her.
She says she went on to have sex with the same escort in Miami, too, as Diddy had been "very happy" with his performance.

'I'm doing things that make me feel disgusting with myself,' Jane tells jury
Last week, we learned that Diddy was still paying Jane's rent.
She has lived in her home for over two years. Describing her feelings over her house, she tells the jury she had begun to feel "guilt trippy things". She says the agreement "made me feel like I had to perform" sex for housing.
Jane says she didn't want to feel "obligated" to have sex with Diddy, to "put a roof over my head". She writes in messages to Diddy that she is "doing things that make me feel disgusting with myself," going on to say, "I don't want to keep feeling like this any more".
Jane says she sent that message to both of Diddy's two phones, to make sure he got the message. Diddy replies to her: "Girl stop."

Jane says she warned Diddy: 'I don't want to be your hoe for the millionth time'
As Jane begins giving evidence, she is being asked questions by prosecutor Maurene Comey.
Comey asks her about a yacht trip to Miami. Jane says she had agreed to "partying" at a "hotel night" for two days, after which Diddy had promised he'd take her on the trip, but says it never happened. She says she later saw on social media that Diddy had taken the trip with another woman.
She describes being "upset" after hearing Diddy boast during a podcast about "how much sex he had with his girlfriend" on the trip, but says Diddy was "dismissive" about her concerns.
Jane says she later texted Diddy saying: "I don't want to be used and locked in a room to perform and fulfil your fantasies."
Another text to him said she didn't want to come to New York to be "a hoe for the millionth time".
A text back from Diddy denies sleeping with the other woman on the trip, and says: "I'm tired of your false accusations… don't f*** with me… I didn't have sex with anyone."

'Jane' returns to the stand
A former girlfriend of Sean "Diddy" Combs, testifying under the pseudonym "Jane", has now returned to the stand to continue giving evidence.
She is wearing a white jacket.
On Friday, she told jurors about days-long sex sessions with male escorts in hotels, saying she was given "multiple doses" of ecstasy to keep her awake during some of the longest "debauchery" or "hotel nights".
Today is her third day on the stand.

Day 19: Court is in session
Before testimony resumes, we are hearing a series of discussions between defence and prosecution lawyers as to whether certain pieces of evidence are admissible.
Over the weekend, the defence called for a mistrial, arguing that Cassie Ventura and Bryana Bongolan lied about Bongolan being "dangled" over a 17th floor balcony by Diddy in September 2016. The defence say the government should have known this was not possible, and say Diddy was away on the East Coast at the time of the alleged incident.
The government has also asked to recall Dr Hughes, a psychologist who spoke earlier in the trial, talking about "trauma bonds" between an abuser and their victim.
Both of these issues are expected to be addressed by Judge Arun Subramanian tomorrow.

What you need to know after day 18 of Diddy's trial - scroll down to catch up
An anonymous former girlfriend and alleged victim of Sean "Diddy" Combs continued her evidence against the rapper on the 18th day of his sex-trafficking trial.
If you're just checking in, here's a round-up of all the key updates:
Jane began her evidence by telling jurors that Combs would become "incensed" if she asked for the "entertainer" to wear a condom, adding the rapper said he "didn't want to see a rubber while he was watching";
As she began to recall "hotel nights" she became emotional in court, saying she was given "multiple doses" of ecstasy to keep her awake with the longest session lasting around three days;
She explained that she felt she had to take the drugs "because when I wouldn't it would just feel too real";
Recalling a sobriety party in Beverly Hills, she said she went to the bathroom after having sex with two men and threw up, but Combs told her "let's go, third guy is here";
Jane said Diddy would call an assistant or security when he ran out of drugs, and told the court she also picked up a "white envelope" of drugs and "put it in my luggage" for Combs;
Explaining how "entertainers" were chosen, Jane said Combs chose who took part in the hotel nights at first, before she then started to pick them from late 2021 because she "didn't like to be surprised by a stranger";
But she recalled one occasion when she was "repulsed" by an entertainer who she described as being "really sweaty" and "smelled";
Jane said Combs filmed hotel nights "several times" and even directed what he wanted her to do - from putting baby oil on the man to touching herself;
The rapper also asked her to get nipple piercings because "that's what he wanted from his girl" and paid for her veneers as "he didn't like my teeth";
In a voice note played out to jurors, Combs told Jane "I can do whatever the f*** I want" after she said she needed a "breather and a break" from him;
Jane will return to the stand to continue her evidence on Monday.
21:59:59

'At any moment he could cut me off', Jane says after Diddy voice note left her 'cold'
Jurors are played an audio message from Sean "Diddy" Combs to Jane after an argument between the pair in August 2023.
"I'm not going to be playing these games with you at all, nah, you are going to have a rude awakening, you will have silence," he said.
"You can be mad and have a spat, that's all it is, you got me on my job, it will never work like that over here, you need to get on your job... I am trying to be clear, I am going to disappear on you."
When asked about what she thought Diddy meant by saying he was going to disappear on her, Jane says she was "pretty alarmed by that message".
"I was just really cold and its true that at any moment he could just do that if he wanted to... cut me off."
Prosecutor Maurene Comey asks Jane what Diddy meant by telling her "you need to get on your job".
"Expectations of me," she replied.

ITV2 viewers were left open-mouthed when Ben told some of his fellow Islanders that US Toni had given him the "ick". 4 4 4 It came after he snapped at her when she told him to "not make it all about himself". He then told Shakira in the kitchen that Toni had given him the "ick" and that there was no spark between them. After Shakira told Toni what Ben had said, the Connecticut based beauty pulled Ben aside for a chat, where he brutally ended their romantic connection. But those watching at home were gobsmacked at his brutal approach and have begged for him to be axed next. One wrote: "Ben is a loser, get him off Love Island." A second posted: "Ben is unnecessarily cruel, it's giving negging & all the red flags." A third said: "I feel so bad for Toni, Ben is VILE." "I wish I could vote Ben off right now," a fourth commented. The fallout came after Ben admitted she gave him the 'ick' after her reaction to Sophie Lee being sent home. Shock moment Love Island cast realise two islanders who AREN'T coupled up have secretly gone to the Hideaway after VERY awkward lapdance As the Islanders are still reeling about Shakira Khan choosing Harry Cooksley, Toni said: 'Boys, it's your turn, just saying - I don't think you're gonna be safe.' Ben replied: 'Are you saying me in particular?' Toni added: 'No it's about boys, not everything is about you.' Her comments didn't go down well with Ben and he walked off - leaving the others surprised by his reaction. Meg later told him: 'That was a bit much…I don't get what she said that was really offensive?' Ben replied: 'She said, 'Not everything is about you…' I just got the ick.' Ben then told Shakira he'd got the ick with Toni and Shakira lets Toni know about this and suggests she pulls him for a chat. Toni does exactly that and asks Ben: 'I've heard from people you said I'm giving you the ick?' It quickly turned sour and he told her: 'I don't feel like me and you have got that spark if I am being honest.' Looking taken aback she replied 'okay' as he continued: 'That is just me being honest but I know when I have got it with someone. That I feel it straight away. But yeah I don't feel like you and me have got it.' Toni told him: 'I mean I don't think that technique is going to work for you here.' He asked what she means and she replied: 'Right away off the bat.' Smirking, he responded: 'You'd be surprised. I feel like sparks have already been made.' A very unhappy Toni hits back: 'Good luck pal.' Ben asked Shakira to join him in the Hideaway for a chat, where he admitted he fancied her. 4

Innocent Arizona grandmother arrested and hauled away to jail while gardening after being mistaken for fugitive
An innocent Arizona grandmother wrongfully arrested by US Marshals is suing the government after she was bundled into the back of an unmarked car while gardening. Penny McCarthy, 67, had been working in her front yard last March when six agents approached her with their guns drawn and arrested her. The 67-year-old had been misidentified by the authorities as a 'Carole Rozak' and despite her desperate pleas she was taken in. In a federal lawsuit filed June 10, McCarthy says she spent the next 24 hours in their custody as she begged with agents they had the wrong person. According to the filing, McCarthy said she was fingerprinted and had her DNA taken before she was bused to a federal detention center in Florence. McCarthy said in the filing that over the course of those 24 hours she was strip searched three times. During a press conference in which she recalling the incident McCarthy started to cry and described to reporters how she is a survivor of domestic child abuse. She said: 'I have to be strip searched by one woman for something I didn't do, and then I'm told I'm going to be detained.' She filed her suit under the Fourth Amendment which protects citizens from unreasonable false arrests. The filing says she has asked for compensatory and punitive damages against the US Marshals Service for their 'tortious and unconstitutional acts and omissions'. She is also filing under the Federal Tort Claims Act, which allows people to sue the federal government when federal officers cause them harm. McCarthy says she was kept in a 'cold cell' overnight before being back in court the next day for an identity hearing, the complaint adds. Her attorneys said in the filing: 'Eventually the government confirmed that Penny's fingerprints and DNA do not match Rozak's and ended the proceedings.' The judge released her after prosecutors asked for more time to get the results of her fingerprints and DNA. The government then dismissed the case against her. She now says she fears being left alone and taking her dog for a walk. McCarthy added that the psychological effects from the ordeal caused her to sell her home and move out of the state. She said: 'I'm still afraid that one day I will be pulled over and again mistaken for a criminal. 'I'm suing because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Unless someone is held responsible, someone else will go through this same nightmare.' McCarthy spoke with ABC15 after the incident, telling the outlet: 'I truly felt like I was being kidnapped.' Terrifying body camera video showed the moment she was arrested by rifle-wielding officers who barked commands at her. The federal agents rolled up to McCarthy's Phoenix home with guns drawn and immediately told her to put her 'hands up!'. 'We have an arrest warrant,' a federal agent is heard saying on the video. 'For me?' McCarthy responded. 'Yes. For you,' the officer said. 'Who am I?' she asked, seemingly wanting the officers to confirm that she was in fact the person they were looking to apprehend. Multiple agents can be heard in the clip screaming at her and giving her conflicting orders. 'Turn away. Turn around. Turn away. We'll discuss it later. Turn away. You're gonna get hit,' they said. McCarthy is being represented by the Institute for Justice, a nonprofit law firm, who specialize in cases involving abuses of power. Senior Attorney Paul Avelar said: 'The officers' misidentifying Penny was inexcusable and violated state and federal law. 'To make matters worse, even if Penny had been the fugitive they were looking for, the officers' over-the-top display of force was uncalled for, given that the fugitive was wanted only for failing to check in with a probation officer after being released from prison twenty-five years ago for nonviolent crimes.' Rozak, the woman agents said Penny was, was wanted for an outstanding parole violation from 1999. All the crimes she served time for were non-violent in nature, but after her release, she failed to meet with any federal probation officer, according to records. In a statement the US Marshals Service in Arizona said: 'The US Marshals Service acknowledges that Ms Penny McCarthy was mistakenly arrested.'

Beloved 80s sitcom star re-emerges as LA ICE protester clad in terrifying outfit
Eighties sitcom actress Jodie Sweetin has been seen among protesters at the Los Angeles riots as they spiraled out of control this week. The Full House star was spotted by fans despite wearing all-black with a baseball hat, ski goggles, and a Covid-style face covering over her mouth. One person excitedly filmed her walking among protesters with a megaphone before sharing the 13-second clip on TikTok. The fan shouted to get Sweetin's attention, and she said: 'Hey man, what's up?' and gave a thumbs-up before returning to the scene. Sweetin confirmed she was behind the terrifying mask 'on the front lines in LA' in response to a fan's Instagram post praising the former child star for using her 'platform to speak against these unlawful ICE kidnappings'. 'Thank youuuuuu!! Much love', Sweetin said. Self-described activist Sweetin, 43, is a regular face at progressive protests in California. She has marched for issues including trans rights and abortion access. The actress hit the headlines in June 2022 when a video surfaced showing LAPD officers throwing her to the ground during an abortion rights protest. Sweetin was among a large group of protesters marching on a freeway in response to the US Supreme Court overturning Roe v Wade that summer. Video showed officers pushing Sweetin back toward the crowd, causing her to stumble over the curb and into the freeway where a group of protesters caught her. Sweetin has also been sharing content about the LA riots via her Instagram account, including a list of related social justice organizations looking for donations. Demonstrators are protesting against Trump's immigration policies, which they said are breaking migrant families apart. LA-born Sweetin is best known for starring as Stephanie Tanner in the ABC comedy show Full House, and its Netflix sequel series, Fuller House. The LA riots erupted on Friday, June 6, in response to sweeping immigration raids conducted by ICE agents in the city. Demonstrations were initially peaceful, but they escalated into lawlessness and violence when some protestors lit vehicles on fire and looted stores. The first day of protests began outside a manufacturing business where ICE agents appeared to be detaining two truckloads full of people. A crowd gathered at the scene to try to stop the trucks from leaving, but they did not succeed despite one person even laying in front of the vehicles. Later on Friday, a large group gathered outside the US Courthouse in downtown LA demanding an end to the immigration raids in the city. Video shows protesters vandalizing the building while launching projectiles at police officers, who used shields to defend themselves from flying objects. At 10pm on Friday, the LAPD called the protest an 'unlawful assembly' and asked people to leave the area. But the protests only swelled in size over the next few days, and turned increasingly violent. One man was seen waving a Mexican flag while riding a dirt bike in donuts around a burning vehicle, while cops fired tear gas into a crowd. The protests spilled over into nearby Compton and San Francisco, and by the evening of June 7 Donald Trump had sent 2,000 National Guard members to disperse the gatherings in LA. But demonstrators stayed on the streets throughout Saturday night into Sunday, with some launching what LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell described as deadly 'commercial grade fireworks' at officers. On Monday, 700 US Marines joined the fray. LA Mayor Karen Bass said 23 businesses were looted during that day alone. Local authorities imposed a curfew from 8pm until 6am in an effort to clear the streets, while California Democrats fought with the federal government about how to police the riots. Trump favored a heavy-handed approach and even said it would be 'great' if his border tsar Tom Homan arrested California Governor Gavin Newsom. Newsom hit back by challenging Homan to arrest him, while slamming Trump's decision to deploy troops in LA as fulfilling 'the deranged fantasy of a dictatorial president'. The protests in LA are ongoing, and have inspired anti-ICE demonstrations other cities including New York, Boston, Chicago, Dallas and Atlanta. Some demonstrations involved a few dozen people, while others attracted thousands.
