In both videos he appears to hurl allegedly racist insults at Indigenous people.
In the first Callow appears to ridicule a man while holding a slice of pizza and says 'you stink' while demanding he take a shower.
In the other, a man believed to be Callow is cycling down the street.
He deliberately rides through a group of people before shouting disgusting racial slurs in their direction.
An investigation was launched after the videos were leaked online and charges have now been brought against the multiple Group 1 winner.
He has been stood down from racing and had his riding licence suspended in full, pending the outcome of the stewards' enquiry.
A statement read: "The Queensland Racing Integrity Commission (QRIC) has today convened a Stewards' Inquiry and issued two charges under Australian Rule of Racing AR 228(a) against licensed jockey Mr Noel Callow.
"The charges relate to conduct alleged to have occurred approximately one year ago while Mr Callow was not riding at, or attending, a race meeting and was not at any racecourse.
"It is alleged Mr Callow engaged in conduct prejudicial to the image of racing.
"Acting under AR 23(a), the Stewards have suspended Mr Callow's jockey licence in full, pending the outcome of the inquiry.
"Mr Callow has been informed of his right of appeal in respect of this decision.
"QRIC takes matters concerning conduct, welfare, and integrity seriously and will continue to ensure all participants are held to the highest professional and behavioural standards."
Famed jockey Callow was recently in trouble with stewards after getting knocked out in a fight he started with a rival jockey.

Lions hooker to face disciplinary committee over alleged foul play

Dan Sheehan, the British and Irish Lions hooker, has been cited for alleged foul play during the third Test against Australia. The incident involved apparent head contact with Wallabies fly half Tom Lynagh during a ruck clear-out. Lynagh subsequently failed a head injury assessment, ending his participation in the match before half-time. World Rugby 's Independent Foul Play Review Committee will review the incident on Sunday under Law 9.20 (a). Australia secured a 22-12 victory in the match, preventing a 3-0 series whitewash.

Vile rapist father who impregnated his 14-year-old daughter has won a major legal battle

A father will serve a reduced sentence upon appeal after impregnating his own daughter and searching for fake DNA tests. The West Australian forklift driver, who legally cannot be named, pleaded guilty in 2024 to 40 counts of sexual offending against his daughter, 17, when she was aged between 11 and 14. He was charged over four years of offending between 2019 and 2022, after one of the teen's teacher discovered she was pregnant at 14-years-old. He also pleaded guilty to five further counts of possessing child sexual abuse material, produced while committing the sexual offences. He was dealt a 14-and-a-half year prison term for the offending. But he appealed the sentence on account of his early guilty plea. He was granted a 10 per cent sentence reduction for the plea, but argued it should have been 25 per cent. The WA Supreme Court found his appeal to have solid grounds. The man cannot be named at risk of identifying his daughter as a survivor of child sexual abuse. His lawyer, Mark Gunning, said the original 10 per cent discount against his sentence was 'manifestly inadequate', adding his early plea had saved his daughter from testifying at a trial. Public prosecutions lawyer Natalie Sinton said the reduction was not unreasonable as the man's daughter had given birth to his child and he had filmed his acts. However, she conceded she was unaware of any case where an offender having entered a plea of guilty at the first reasonable opportunity was afforded a discount of only 10 per cent. The Supreme Court panel of appeals ruled in the man's favour, deciding the initial 10 per cent reduction had been 'unreasonable' and 'plainly unjust'. The panel adjusted his sentence to include a 22 per cent discount against the first three counts of offending, and 20 per cent for the remaining accounts. The man will now serve 12 years, two-and-a-half years less than his original sentence. 'As strong as the State's case was in relation to all of the counts, counts one, two, and three were slightly weaker, having regard to the fact that they were not video recorded,' the panel stated. The court heard how the offending was 'brazen' and occurred on occasion with other children in the home, or on one occasion with other children in the room. It heard he raped his daughter without using a condom, exposing her to potential diseases and the risk of pregnancy. Her eventual pregnancy came to light when the school brought it to the attention of the police. She then told her mother, who has been separated from the father for 15 years, that her baby was his. She was about 30 weeks pregnant at that stage. When police arrested and interviewed the father in 2023, they seized his telephone and discovered a series of disturbing Google searches. They included 'Can a mother refuse a paternity test Australia,' 'What does a fake DNA test look like,' 'How long can a drug test pick up meth,' and 'Can police see deleted DMs'. He later read a news article titled: 'Man gaoled for fake DNA test to deny parentage of two sons'. The man's amended sentence is backdated to March 28, 2023. He is already eligible for parole. Chris Bryant says he was sexually abused by former National Youth Theatre boss

Labour MP Sir Chris Bryant says he was sexually abused as a teenager by the head of the National Youth Theatre, Michael Croft. Sir Chris said Mr Croft, who died in 1986, had invited him to dinner every evening while he was attending the company in London during the summer of 1978. Mr Croft was 40 years the then 16-year-old's senior and Sir Chris said one evening, having returned to Mr Croft's house, he came back from the toilet to find his host naked except for a silk robe. The MP said Mr Croft then asked him for sex, which he felt he had no option but to go through with, leaving him feeling like he was 'a 16-year-old whore'. In an interview with The Sunday Times ahead of the release of his book A Life And A Half: The Unexpected Making Of A Politician, Sir Chris said: 'I don't like telling this very much because I've not told it very often. 'It was always the same Italian in King's Cross. He would eat and drink, I would eat, then he would theoretically give me a lift home, except I always ended up at his house.' Sir Chris says Mr Croft never made an advance towards him again, with the pair remaining friends. An ordained minister, he conducted Mr Croft's funeral. 'He behaved absolutely appallingly, it's despicable,' Sir Chris added. 'Michael, in my case, managed to spot somebody who was gay at a time when nearly all homosexuality was illegal – certainly very frowned on – so presumed that people would keep a secret.' He said at least one friend during his National Youth Theatre days was also abused by Mr Croft. The 63-year-old also said he has been sexually assaulted by five male MPs during his time in Westminster, although he has not named or reported them. 'There was no system for doing so and I was frightened it would make me look bad,' he said, adding he felt homophobia in Parliament has declined during his 24 years as an MP. A statement on the National Youth Theatre website said: 'We are grateful to Chris Bryant for disclosing to our team the historical abuse he suffered in the company in the 1970s. We are very sorry that this happened to him and to others who have previously shared with us their accounts of historic abuse by the same perpetrator. 'As we set out in a public statement on the case in 2017, we stand in solidarity with all victims of abuse and encourage anyone who has experienced abuse, no matter how long ago, to speak to someone and access support. 'In this case the perpetrator has been deceased since 1986, but all reports made to us will be dealt with in accordance with our robust and formalised safeguarding policy and practice. 'While Chris writes he doesn't feel damaged by what happened, we recognise that being subjected to an abuse of power can have lasting consequences for many, in different ways. 'Anyone getting in touch will be listened to and treated with care and respect by trained professionals, in line with our certified trauma-informed practice. 'We are grateful to Chris for his support of our organisation today, and acknowledgement of how different a charity we are in 2025 to the one he encountered in the 1970s, with thorough safeguarding practices and policies in place.'
