Perez featured in the Greek side's 2–1 defeat at Araz-Nakhchivan in the first leg of the second qualifying round of the Europa Conference League.
Local media report he will be unavailable for the return fixture in Thessaloniki.

James Maddison injury: Tottenham midfielder out for months with torn ACL
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder James Maddison will miss most of the new season after rupturing his anterior cruciate knee ligament. The midfielder, 28, suffered the injury during a pre-season game against Newcastle United on Sunday in Seoul and was taken off on a stretcher. Manager Thomas Frank said it was the same knee that the player injured in May, forcing him to sit out the final part of last season.
