Owners say the move will allow them to offer more for their customers.
'This move allows us to drastically expand our catering and carry out capabilities,' Andy Massoth, co-owner of Fong's, said in a press release. 'Of course guests can still plan to find a creative menu featuring specialties and decor that are all one of a kind.'
'We are putting Fong's signature spin on classic noodle and rice dishes as well as introducing new salads, expanding our appetizer offerings and even adding items to our late night menu,' Dennis Epps, co-founder and executive chef, said. 'There will be new twists on old favorites and some creative new items to enjoy when we open our doors in late March.'
Fong's will close at their current location in late March and hopes to be up and running at their new location by the first week in April.

2 companies with Ohio ties land on 'Most Patriotic Brands in America' list. See full list

Two companies with Ohio ties were just named some of the "Most Patriotic Brands in America" for 2025, with one of them snagging the No. 1 top spot. An annual consumer survey performed by research firm Brand Keys found 50 American companies deemed the "most patriotic" by customers. This year's list includes Ford, Coca-Cola and Apple as well as newcomers like Trader Joe's and Dick's Sporting Goods. Here's who represented Ohio in this year's Most Patriotic Brands list. Jeep, which was founded in Toledo and still operates an assembly plant there, was ranked as the No. 1 most patriotic brand by consumers, surpassing Ford, Coca-Cola, Apple, and Walmart. Since 1941, Jeep has prided itself on American automotive history and patriotism, having been used by the U.S. Army during World War II. The automaker currently offers discounts to military personnel toward the purchase of a Jeep. Jeep leaned into its patriotic reputation with a commercial starring Harrison Ford that aired during the 2025 Super Bowl. Once headquartered in Cincinnati, Macy's moved up six spots and took the No. 35 spot on the list of the "Most Patriotic Brands in America." The chain continues shuttering underproductive stores nationwide, but there are currently 18 Macy's Stores left in Ohio, including four in Cincinnati, two in Columbus, one in Canton, and one in Akron. Here's how each company ranked among the Top 50 Most Patriotic Brands in America for 2025 and their movement from the 2024 list: Jeep (--) Ford (--) Coca-Cola (+1) Levi Strauss (-1) Apple (+3) Walmart (--) Disney (-2) Harley Davidson (-1) Amazon (+1) Ralph Lauren (+2) Jack Daniels (-2) . Nike (+10) Hershey's (-2) Dunkin' (--) McDonald's (+10) Wrangler (-3) American Express (-2) Colgate (-2) Pepsi Cola (+3) NFL (+9) NBA (+9) Home Depot (+27) John Deere (+15) Weather Tech (+2) AT&T (+12) FOX News (-3) Kellogg's (-6) Gillette (+4) Wilson's Sporting Goods (+7) L.L. Bean (+3) MSNBC (-13) Gatorade (+3) Kraft Heinz (+7) KFC (+5) Macy's (+6) USAA (+10) Target (-3) Jersey Mike's Subs (new) MLB (-9) New Balance (-13) Ball Park Franks (Tyson, new) Converse (+3) Costco (--) Trader Joe's (new) Revlon (+4) Weber Grills (+2) Campbell's (new) GM (new) Whirlpool (new) Dick's Sporting Goods (new) 'With consumers viewing everything through a political lens, the value of patriotism is more important than ever,' Brand Keys President Robert Passikoff said. 'A brand that truly resonates the value 'patriotism' taps into a deep well of shared identity, cultural pride, and collective values that significantly strengthen consumer loyalty and positive brand behavior.' Carnival's Marketing Engine Goes Full Throttle: Can it Boost Demand?

Carnival Corporation & plc CCL is making an aggressive pivot toward high-impact marketing to drive bookings amid minimal capacity growth. With no new ship deliveries in 2026 and only three scheduled over the next four years, the cruise giant is turning to brand storytelling and experiential promotions to boost momentum and the first quarter of fiscal 2025, Carnival executed one of its expansive marketing pushes to date during Wave season. Its flagship Carnival Cruise Line brand launched splashy campaigns tied to cultural tentpoles like the Oscars and the Super Bowl. These efforts featured brand ambassador Shaquille O'Neal and celebrity chefs Guy Fieri and Emeril Lagasse, generating more than 5 billion media impressions. Costa Cruises amplified its exposure in Italy through a live performance on Costa Toscana during the Sanremo Music Festival, while AIDA Cruises continued its AIDA Evolution program by revamping AIDAdiva with upgraded onboard campaigns are translating into results. The company reported historically high pricing across all core programs and over 80% of 2025 capacity booked by the end of the fiscal first quarter. Booking volumes for 2026 also hit an all-time high. Carnival's strong marketing execution was instrumental in lifting net yields by 7.3% year over year in the fiscal first quarter. Carnival's strategic marketing push is enabling pricing discipline and forward-looking demand. With limited fleet expansion and inflationary pressure, the ability to create emotional resonance through brand storytelling could prove to be an asset for the company heading into the back half of the year. Royal Caribbean Group RCL is also leaning on strong brand positioning, though through a different lens. The company's marketing flywheel focuses on deepening customer loyalty via app adoption, personalization, and its cross-brand loyalty ecosystem. New ships like Star of the Seas and Celebrity Xcel are generating record demand, and direct-to-consumer bookings are surging. In the first quarter of 2025, Royal Caribbean's WAVE season was the best in company history, with onboard spending and pre-cruise purchases at all-time highs. Royal Caribbean credits its marketing ecosystem and brand-led ship innovation for driving strong pricing and engagement amid macro Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. NCLH is taking a more targeted approach. Its recent campaigns have revolved around experiential upgrades, like the Aqua slide coaster on the newly launched Norwegian Aqua, which garnered over 270 million views across social platforms. Norwegian Cruise also announced significant enhancements to Great Stirrup Cay, including resort-style pools and exclusive clubs, as well as a revamped NCL app to drive pre-cruise revenue. While its broader media exposure remains lower than Carnival's, Norwegian Cruise is doubling down on experiential marketing to foster brand differentiation and premium pricing. Shares of Carnival have gained 26.7% in the past three months compared with the industry's growth of 12.7%. Image Source: Zacks Investment Research From a valuation standpoint, CCL trades at a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 12.24X, significantly below the industry's average of 18.57X. Image Source: Zacks Investment Research The Zacks Consensus Estimate for CCL's fiscal 2025 and 2026 earnings implies a year-over-year uptick of 30.3% and 12.8%, respectively. The EPS estimates for fiscal 2025 have remained unchanged in the past 30 days. Image Source: Zacks Investment Research CCL stock currently carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
