Oxfordshire: Music tech investment for children with SEND
Among the instruments is a "joystick" which can be used to perform and compose music. The council said it was "particularly good for pupils in wheelchairs or those with limited motion".Other instruments light up when played and balls trigger music as they bounce.John Howson, the council's cabinet member for children, education and young people's services, said that would help "unlock the potential" of children to express themselves through music. He added that the local authority was "excited to be able to expand our programme", responding to requests from the young people, families and education professionals.Ms Lyons said they would help children with limited verbal communication skills "use music to help them make friends and express their emotions".She gave examples with Rav Drums and Indian shruti boxes because of their therapeutic sounds. The full range of instruments will be arriving over the next couple of months. The funding was made possible through investment from Arts Council England.

EastEnders' George Knight's 'death sealed' as disturbing storyline 'begins'
George Knight may have landed himself in trouble on the Square during tonight's EastEnders, as dealer Okie said he could make the boxer 'disappear' if he needed to George Knight was left reeling in tonight's EastEnders, as he tried to find out who had given his younger brother Kojo drugs - but he may have landed himself in big trouble, as Okie made it clear that he wanted him gone. Last night, George found his brother lying on a bench, after Okie had given him a pill to 'calm down'. During tonight's episode, the former Queen Vic landlord enlisted the help of Albert Square police officer Jack, who said he'd have to arrest Kojo. George tried to convince Jack not to take things further, but whether he will do, is still unknown. Although Kojo may be safe, it doesn't look like the same thing can be said for George. The worrying storyline comes after Colin Salmon teased he'd be part of a 'disturbing storyline' during an interview on Good Morning Britain last week. With Kojo not revealing who he got the pill from, George was certain Harry was the culprit, as he marched over to Harry's Barn to confront him. The confrontation turned violent, with the boxer strangling Nicola's son, as he could barely breathe. Nicola and Teddy convinced George to let go of their son, but George wasn't letting things go. "I know you were involved in this somehow," he said. "I can see it on your face. Don't try and deny it. Know that I will find out the truth, yeah?" he said, before storming out of the establishment. A fuming Harry later confronted Okie, scolding him for giving the pills to Kojo, but it was Okie who lost his temper in later scenes - as he asked Harry where George lived. Of course, Harry didn't let slip. "So we're just going to let him mouth off to the public?", Okie exclaimed. "What do you think Ravi's going to do when he finds out the feds are on us again?" "All I'm saying is you don't know him and what he's capable of," Harry responded. "You don't know what I'm capable off!" Okie exclaimed. "So if this Kojo's brother's going to become a problem, we're going to have to make him disappear," he said, as he showed off a gun under his belt. But could this be the end for George? Some fans think so. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one wrote: "They've hinted a potential death or prison exit tonight for George - He's already on a suspended sentence so he wouldn't want to take the risk of attacking Okie in case he ends up in prison or worse case scenario dead." "Depending on how nebulous this Kojo/Harry/George/Ravi story is will Phil get involved later down the line? Julies taking over with Nigel and if something happens to George, Phil could come into it?", questioned another. Another tweet read: "They've hinted tonight that George could end up dead - or seriously hurt but I hope this doesn't happen. Although once the police get hold of Harry it won't be long until the feds close in on Okie and Ravi again. I'm intrigued by Ravi's next move here." Last week, during his GMB interview, George teased: "We've got another storyline you haven't seen before. I did the farming storyline, we have another storyline that is perfect for this time, it's real, it's really disturbing and it's coming. I can't tell you what it is." Could this be the beginning of the end?

Jake Paul breaks silence on controversial Gervonta Davis fight
The YouTuber-turned-boxer's second fight in 2025 has been confirmed and social media sensation was quick to have his say online following the announcement Jake Paul has made his feelings clear after his showdown with lightweight champion Gervonta Davis was announced. The pair are expected to go head-to-head on November 15 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The news was posted on the official Netflix Turkiye X account before it was quickly taken down. Ring Magazine reporter Mike Coppinger later confirmed the news. In a post uploaded to X - formerly known as Twitter - he wrote: "Jake Paul will face Gervonta Davis on Nov. 15 at Atlanta's State Farm Arena in an exhibition on Netflix, sources confirm to @ringmagazine. Talks for Paul to face Anthony Joshua collapsed over network issues. Paul's last fight took place at 200 pounds while Davis is a champion at 135." The news quickly sent boxing fans into frenzy. And now, Paul has had his say. "Gervonta who has been disrespecting my name for too long," he wrote. "His nickname might be Tank, but I'm an FPV drone and I'm about to disable tiny boy. Yes, he's one of the top pound-for-pound boxers in the world, but my motto is anyone, anytime, anyplace, against all odds. And I like my odds. First, I am going to kill David, then I will go on to slaughter Goliath." Paul's last fight took place back in June when he took on former middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Despite failing to get the knock, the YouTuber-turned-boxer scored an impressive win on points despite a late flurry from the Mexican. The 28-year-old's return came seven months after beating Mike Tyson. After a very stop-start 2025, the 'Problem Child' is hoping to stay active in the ring. It seemed likely that Anthony Joshua and Paul were set to fight next year. The American has continuously called for a clash with 'AJ.' Earlier this month, Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn revealed there was a "very real" chance of the fight happening. As well as that, Paul's business partner Nakisa Bidarian confirmed that a fight looked set to take place in early 2026. "I think we're looking at it happening at the start of 2026. It's public that AJ was taking a little time away, I think he had a little surgery. So once he's ready, and once Jake is ready, we're going to squarely focus on that," he said. "It's a fight that Jake wants to do, and that's a discussion we've had at length, and he feels very confident about where he is in his career and his chances of upsetting Anthony Joshua." However, a fight between the pair fell through. Paul's opponent, Davis, was expected to rematch Lamont Roach after their controversial draw earlier this year, but the two teams have now seemingly moved on. Roach even took a swipe at his rival after posting a couple of duck emojis online after Tank's clash with the 'Problem Child' was made official. The social media sensation revealed back in May, Paul claimed that he was close to securing a fight with Davis at 195lbs before negotiations fell through. Speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Paul remarked: "That was on the one yard as well, but he has to rematch Lamont Roach. "He wants to get that back. Then we will be back in discussions with Mr. Gervonta. But this is the nature of boxing, you have massive fights on the one-yard line and then they fall through." While Davis is a whopping five stone lighter than his foe, Paul revealed in May that it would be sanctioned as an exhibition bout. Paul competes at cruiserweight (200lbs) - despite his heavyweight clash with Tyson - and he even offered to slim down to 195lbs to take on Davis - who is naturally a super lightweight (140lbs). The 28-year-old stated that the fight would be contested over 10 three-minute rounds with no restrictions on the rules. "I never really thought Tank was that good, it just took the right fighter to pick him apart to be honest," Paul added. "Someone who had high activity and wasn't afraid of his power. So, I always saw so many holes in his game, to me it wasn't that surprising that someone finally gave him some good work."

Jake Paul has already revealed rules for Gervonta Davis fight
The 'Problem Child' is set to take on the lightweight king in an exhibition showdown later this year and Paul has already revealed the rules for the clash Jake Paul previously revealed the rules for a potential showdown with Gervonta Davis - with his comments now resurfacing after their fight was confirmed. The YouTuber-turned-boxer had been tipped to fight Anthony Joshua next year and even revealed that the clash would take place at Wembley Stadium. Joshua was handed a real blow on Wednesday afternoon after the official Netflix Turkiye account revealed that Paul will be taking on 'Tank' Davis on November 15 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. That said, the post was quickly deleted before it was later confirmed by Ring Magazine. Earlier this year, Paul claimed that a fight between him and Davis was close to being made official. Speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Paul remarked: "That was on the one yard as well, but he has to rematch Lamont Roach. "He wants to get that back. Then we will be back in discussions with Mr. Gervonta. But this is the nature of boxing, you have massive fights on the one-yard line and then they fall through." Many are scratching their heads as to how the fight could possibly go ahead seeing that Davis is five stone lighter than his rival. Paul revealed back in May that it would be sanctioned as an exhibition bout. The 28-year-old - primarily a cruiserweight - moved back down from heavyweight in his last fight - a decision win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Davis, meanwhile, is naturally a super lightweight (140lbs), and would have to bulk up as much as possible. The 28-year-old social media sensation confirmed the rules, stating: 'It would be an exhibition, 10 three-minute rounds. No restrictions, just the fact we couldn't actually get it professionally sanctioned.' When asked what weight the clash would be contested at, the 'Problem Child' replied: "195." Paul added: "I never really thought Tank was that good, it just took the right fighter to pick him apart to be honest. Someone who had high activity and wasn't afraid of his power. So, I always saw so many holes in his game, to me it wasn't that surprising that someone finally gave him some good work." Paul's older brother Logan famously fought Floyd Mayweather back in 2021, and reporter Mike Coppinger believes fans could see something similar in November in terms of the rules. In a post uploaded to X - formerly known as Twitter - he wrote: "When Floyd Mayweather faced Jake's brother Logan in an exhibition, Mayweather couldn't weigh more than 160 while Logan was capped at 190. Would expect some similar exhibition rules for weigh in here." In a separate tweet, he recapped the huge breaking news, posting: "Gervonta Davis was slated for a title fight rematch with Lamont Roach in August while Jake Paul was in talks for a major step-up against Anthony Joshua, the former heavyweight champion. Instead, they will meet each other in what amounts to a show that will no doubt do big business, but is less fighting than it is entertainment given the weight disparity and exhibition rules."
