Kylie Jenner shares the EXACT details of her boob job with a fan - two years after finally confessing to enhancing her chest following years of denial
Kylie Jenner has shared the exact details of her boob job to a thrilled fan.
In 2023, the make-up mogul, 27, finally admitted that she had a secret boob job when she was just 19, despite being economical with the truth for years over breast enhancement.
And two years after opening up about her surgery, Kylie happily revealed the details about the produced to a fan who wished to emulate the star's perky chest.
TikTok user Rachel Leary uploaded a video of herself on Monday urging Kylie to share exactly what she 'asked for' when getting her boobs done, hailing her enhancement as 'the most perfect, natural boob job ever!'
She added Kylie's chest is 'perfection', captioning her post: 'Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.'
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop.
And while Rachel admitted that she never expected Kylie to see her TikTok yet alone respond, she was left stunned when The Kardashians replied to her video.
Spilling the beans on her procedure, including the size, profile and surgeon, Kylie wrote: '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.'
An ecstatic Rachel replied: 'KYLIEEEEE!!! you are the best THANK YOU!!!!', while oter fans were quick to praise her for helping out.
Kylie's plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher is famed for being the man behind many of the Kardashian and Jenner family procedures.
He's largely known for performing Kris Jenner's pinnacle facelift on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
The board-certified surgeon also did Kourtney Kardashian's breast augmentation and removed a tumor from Khloe's face.
He even gave a pre-transition Caitlyn Jenner a revision facelift, which was also featured on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
'Garth Fisher is genius,' Jenner gushed after the procedure. 'Nobody really know I'd had anything done!'
She added Kylie's chest is 'perfection', captioning her post: 'Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully'
Dr. Fisher also helped actress and reality star Lisa Rinna achieve a more natural pout after she'd had permanent silicone lip fillers in the late '80s.
While earlier in his career, Dr. Fisher was Hugh Hefner's go-to surgeon and often performed breast augmentations on Playboy magazine's many models, centerfolds, and Bunnies.
Kylie made the bombshell boob job revelation in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians and explained that she went under the knife before welcoming her first child, Stormi, who is now seven - after years of crediting her bust to padded bras, her period or weight gain.
In the season three finale of the Hulu reality show, mom-of-two Kylie spoke candidly with her best friend, Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou about her cosmetic procedure and voiced regret over her decision.
'I got my breasts done before Stormi,' she said. 'Within six months of having Stormi – not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 – they were still healing.
She added, 'I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.'
'I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children,' she added, before revealing how her views on plastic surgery have changed now that she's a mother.
'But yeah obviously I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,' Kylie admitted.
'I mean, she's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be like the best mom and the best example for her and I just I wish I could like be her and do it all differently, because I wouldn't touch anything.'
'If only we could reverse time,' Stassie told her friend, as their drinks are brought in, before proposing a toast.
Kylie's admission comes after years of denials that she has ever had any major plastic surgery, save for fillers - with the reality star repeatedly shutting down speculation that she had undergone a breast augmentation.
There was speculation Kylie had gotten her breasts done in 2015 when she was just 18, though she denied it on her app.
'I wanted to make a change. But no, people — I haven't gotten breast implants! Everyone is obsessed with that,' she said.
'Truth is, as I've gotten older, I've gained 15 pounds and my body has changed. I've definitely filled out,' she added.

Then in 2016 she seemed to blame her period for a snap where she looked more voluptuous than usual, tweeting, 'TMI but it's that time of the month LOL.'
Fans also speculated that she got a boob job when she shared a photo of her chest in June 2017 with the word 'Finally' written over one of her breasts, though she never said she gotten a boob job.
Then in 2018, after Stormi was born, she acknowledged her body was different though she never said she had surgery.
'My boobs are definitely three times the size, which bothers me. I have stretch marks on my boobs,' she said in a comment.
'My stomach isn't the same, my waist isn't the same, my butt's bigger, my thighs [are] bigger,' she added.
