Aamir Khan on unexpected romance with Gauri Spratt: We met by mistake and connected
Actor Aamir Khan recently spoke about his relationship with Gauri Spratt. He admitted giving up on the idea of falling in love all over again. Aamir stated that he used to think that he had aged, and it was not possible for him to find a partner.The 'Sitaare Zameen Par' actor, in an interview with Raj Shamani on his podcast, revealed that before meeting Gauri, he underwent therapy sessions and was focusing on self-love. Aamir, while reflecting on his emotional journey said, "Before I met Gauri, I felt like I had aged and who will I find in this age. Also my therapy started and I understood that I need to love myself first and make myself healthy. So, I worked on that. I had two very strong, deep relationships with Kiran and Reena and we are close till date and we still respect each other. I never thought I would meet anyone with whom I can bond this way."advertisementRecalling his meeting with Gauri through common friends, he further said, "Gauri and I met by mistake and we connected and we became friends, and love happened. I thought I have my mother, kids, siblings – I have so many close relationships that I don't need a partner. Kiran, Reena and I still work together for the Paani Foundation, and we sit and talk everyday and there is a genuine love and warmth between us as a family and we will always be family. We might not be husband and wife but we will always be family. They will always be an unshaken part of my family and life."

R.S. Prasanna feels some form of anxiety is required during creative process
Director R.S. Prasanna, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film 'Sitaare Zameen Par', feels that some form of anxiety is needed in the creative process. The director recently spoke with IANS ahead of the release of his film, which features Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan in the lead role. Speaking with IANS, Prasanna said, "The beauty of creation is the driving force for me, the anxiety is a friend, it will be there, but if you are driven only by anxiety, I don't think you can create. Aamir Khan breaks silence on being trolled for 'remaking' movies Laal Singh Chaddha and Sitaare Zameen Par: 'Main thoda pagal type ka hu..'
Aamir Khan 's 'Laal Singh Chaddha' was a remake of 'Forest Gump' and now his next film 'Sitaare Zameen Par' was trolled as the trailer felt like the film is a frame to frame copy of the spanish film 'Champions'. The actor has now broken silence amidst the 'Sitaare Zameen Par' row and for remaking a film again after 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. Aamir spoke about it on Raj Shamani's podcast and said he has no problems with it. The actor revealed, "Laal Singh (Chaddha) ke baad, mujhe bohot logo ne bola ki aap phir remake bana rahe ho. Laal Singh mein bohot aapko trolling hui thi, ki aapne remake banayi, remake banayi. Lekin kya hai, main thoda pagal type ka aadmi hun, practical cheezein mujhe samajh mein nahi aati." He added, 'Mujhe koi problem nahi hai remake karne mein. Mujhe nahi lagta hai meri creativity kum ho rahi hai, at all. Kyunki main apne liye toh naya kaam kar raha hun. Kisi aur ne yeh kahani banayi hai, ab main isko apna nazariya de raha hun." Further giving an example, he said, "Shakespeare ko main dobara kar raha hun, usmein apni jaan main daal raha hun. Toh remakes ka yeh jo discussion hai naa, yeh mujhe bohot fizool lagta hai. Aur isme main believe hi nahi karta hun. Main jab Ghajini kar raha hun, woh toh Tamil mein ban gayi hai naa Ghajini, Murugadoss bana chuka hai Tamil mein Ghajini, ab aap dobara Ghajini kar rahe ho. Nahi, lekin main apni nazar se kar raha hun, aur meri audience ke liye main apni energy usme daal ke aapko dikha raha hun. Toh mujhe lagta hai mera kaam usse alag hi hai."
