Doctor Who - The Tardis is set to land on CBeebies
The BBC is set to expand the Whoniverse as it launches plans for a brand new pre-school animation series which will see the Doctor's adventures come to CBeebies for the first time ever.
The BBC is looking for a passionate production company to create and produce the series, which will run independently from the main show, that will see the Doctor travelling through time and space for the pre-school audience, solving mysteries and problems alongside their companions and other friends.
And, of course, they may come up against one or two challenges on their way…

Speaking about the plans, Patricia Hidalgo, Director of Children's and Education said: 'Everyone is welcome at CBeebies, including the Doctor! This much-loved franchise entertains millions around the world, so it is only right that our younger audience get to experience the wonder and the magic of the Doctor in a brand new format. This is an extremely exciting opportunity, and we are looking forward to welcoming companies to pitch for this new project, as we continue our commitment and investment in the UK's animation industry.'

LOVE Island fans say they have spotted a clue that one of the Islanders is pretending to fancy her partner, following last night's awkward recoupling. Ever since they first coupled up on Monday night, fans have been convinced that Meg is faking her feelings for hunky Dejon. 6 6 6 Dejon and Megan were coupled up during the launch show, and have remained together ever since. However, during last night's recoupling, fans were left unconvinced (once again) of the blonde beauty's true feelings for her man. Although Meg still chose to couple up with Dejon, fans thought her speech wasn't genuine. They also think her body language during last night's recoupling was "awkward" and a sure sign she's just not that into him. Taking to social media one fan said: "I want to believe in Meg and Dejon but I fear one man making a move on meg might send the relationship collapsing." Sabrina Carpenter has been accused of 'reducing women to pets' by a leading domestic violence charity as the row over her new controversial new album cover deepens. 'It's a throwback to tired tropes that reduce women to pets, props, and possessions and promote an element of violence and control. We've fought too hard for this. 'We get Sabrina's brand is packaged up retro glam but we really don't need to go back to the tired stereotypes of women. 'Sabrina is pandering to the male gaze and promoting misogynistic stereotypes, which is ironic given the majority of her fans are young women! 'Come on Sabrina! You can do better!'
