JEDDAH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched an electronic survey to assess pilgrims' satisfaction for the 1446 AH (2025) Hajj season. It is open to all pilgrims, both domestic and international, to share their opinions and feedback.
Offered in nine languages—Arabic, English, Spanish, Persian, French, Hindi, Malay, Turkish, and Chinese—the survey ensures that services align with pilgrims' expectations and contribute to the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by delivering a seamless and enriching Hajj experience.
