Guns and ammunition seized at separate Birmingham addresses in police raids
The first raid took place in Woodman Walk, near Witton Lakes, in Erdington on Friday, July 11.
Officers searched a home and found a live firearm and several rounds of ammunition.

Police also found suspected Class A drugs, a large amount of cannabis and 'other drug-related material'.
The next day a second unconnected raid was carried out in St Benedict's Road in Small Heath.
There officers from West Midlands Police 's Major Crime Team searched a home and found another live firearm, ammunition, a lock knife and suspected Class B drugs.
The gun was said to have been a converted blank firearm with three rounds of live ammunition 'ready to be fired'.
Across the two addresses three men were arrested.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: 'We have taken several firearms off the streets and made significant arrests as we keep up our work against serious and organised crime in the West Midlands.
'Officers from our Major Crime Team carried out searches at an address in St Benedict's Road on July 12, where they found a live firearm and suspected class B drugs, as well as a locking knife.
'The gun was a converted blank-firer with three rounds of live ammunition ready to be fired.
'A man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of possession of a prohibited firearm.
'He remains in custody today while our enquiries continue.'

The statement continued: 'Elsewhere, a warrant was carried out July 11 in Woodman Walk and two men were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
'Officers searched the property and found suspected Class A drugs as well as a live firearm and several rounds of ammunition.
'A large amount of cannabis and other drug-related material was also found and is being examined.
'The two men arrested have been bailed while our enquiries continue.

In addition the police spokesperson added: 'Across the West Midlands, our teams are carrying out regular operations to disrupt serious and organised crime.
'Under Operation Target, we have seized hundreds of firearms as well as significant quantities of drugs and money from organised crime gangs.
'The work of our teams often relies on information from the public to tell us where and when this criminal activity is taking place.
'This helps us plan our operations and helps our investigations.

Man charged with murdering father and son in central London stabbing
A man has been charged with murdering a father and son after a stabbing at a business premises in central London. Terry McMillan, 58, and Brendan McMillan, 27, from Chislehurst, Bromley, both died after reports of multiple stabbings inside a commercial property in Long Lane, Southwark, at around 1pm on July 28. Two other men were treated for stab wounds by emergency services and taken to hospital. Hassan Cevik, 31, of Mount Pleasant Lane, Hackney, was arrested on July 28 before being taken to hospital, the Metropolitan Police said. He was discharged from hospital on Saturday and charged with two counts of murder on Sunday. Cevik was also charged with grievous bodily harm relating to a third 47-year-old man, and possession of an offensive weapon, the force said. He will appear before Croydon Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Young child among three dead in North Texas shooting, officials say
A 3-year-old boy and a 37-year-old woman were among three people who died in a shooting at a home in Oak Cliff early Saturday morning, according to the Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office. Police said the shooting suspect, 53-year-old Lalit Pradhan — who also died — was known to both victims. Officers and Dallas Fire-Rescue responded around 2:10 a.m. Saturday to a shooting call at a residence in the 1900 block of Dudley Avenue in Oak Cliff. The Medical Examiner's Office identified the child as Pranish Pradhan and the woman as Ranjana Shrestha. Their place of death was listed as 1918 Dudley Avenue, according to the medical examiner's report. Authorities said two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Pradhan was found with an apparent gunshot wound and several lacerations. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died, police said. Police have not released the nature of Lalit Pradhan's relationship to the other two victims. Dallas police said the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective C.
