Three ways to watch Premier League football on TV this season for less
It is great to catch the action live but with tickets tough to get hold of, most of us will rely on small-screen coverage.
Watching all the games on TV can still be pricey as they are spread across subscription channels Sky Sports and TNT Sports.
So here's how to enjoy the beautiful game for less . . .
TEAM UP: You are looking at an extra £48 a month to add a full sports package to a broadband deal through EE. Try cutting costs by paying only for the games you really want to see, and watching with pals.
As the majority of Premier League games will be shown on Sky Sports, you could pay for a one-day membership of Now TV at £14.99 which shows the Sky games.
Then take it in turns to host at home once a week.
If there are four of you it cuts the cost of viewing a game to around £3.75 a time or £14.99 over four weeks.
Or, if you are an EE customer, you can add TNT Sports for £20 a month then view on multiple devices.
You could agree again to split costs with pals but make sure you decide ahead which and how many games you will watch together.
HEAD TO THE PUB: Many pubs put on the top games for punters. Keep costs down by avoiding booze and opting for a soft drink.
HIGHLIGHTS: You can catch highlights of Premier League games for free on BBC's Match Of The Day programmes on Saturdays and Sundays, and later via BBC iPlayer.

Arsenal legend names on advantage Spurs have in Eberechi Eze transfer battle
Arsenal legend Lee Dixon fears Tottenham have won major advantage in the race to sign Eberechi Eze. The England international is wanted by both north London rivals who are looking to add to their squads on the eve of the new Premier League season. Thomas Frank's need for reinforcements has been exacerbated by the serious injury sustained by James Maddison in pre-season. The former Leicester City star will miss the majority of the campaign having undergone knee surgery earlier this week. Eze is seen as a natural replacement and with Arsenal needing to sell before they can buy again, Spurs have seen a market opportunity and are prepared to pounce. Although Dixon would love to see the midfield playmaker return to the club that discarded him as a teenager, he believes a move to Spurs would represent a more logical decision for Eze. 'There's obviously only one choice!' Dixon joked, when asked by 10bet which team Eze should sign for. 'But, from his point of view, he probably knows that he'll have a better chance of playing every week at Tottenham than he would at Arsenal simply because Arsenal's squad is better. 'At Arsenal, he may have to accept more of a squad role. He's another one that has the ability to play in multiple areas, and that is what he would have to do at Arsenal. 'I could see him operating off the left, off the right and centrally, but Arsenal have quality players that can play in those areas and he'd be competing with them to get in the team. 'He'd back himself to get in the team. With the amount of games Arsenal will play, he'd play a lot of football, but he wouldn't start every week. There's definitely a place for him at Arsenal, that's for sure.' Arsenal were forced to lick their wounds again last season following a third consecutive second place finish. Asked if Eze could make the difference between another near miss and finally ending the wait for a major trophy, Dixon added: 'It's always better to have too many top players than not enough, it's a nice problem for any manager to have. More Trending 'We've seen over the last few years that we've just fallen short a little bit in the important parts of the season. Having a player like Eze in your squad might be able to change that a little bit, having someone who is a bit unpredictable and can produce moments of inspiration. 'It only takes a couple of flashes of genius, and that turns games that Arsenal drew last season into wins. He's definitely a player that gives you something different to what you have. 'For Arsenal, it's about how you improve because finishing second three years on the trot has people questioning your quality. 'We're very, very close to being able to win the Premier League title, and maybe Eze could offer that little bit extra that pushes you over the line or gives you an extra five or six points come the end of the season.' Marcus Rashford sent Barcelona warning by Liverpool icon: 'He's got an amazing agent'
Marcus Rashford ended his Manchester City nightmare by sealing a sensational loan move to Barcelona earlier this summer and has been sent a brutal message ahead of his debut Steve McManaman believes Marcus Rashford has no place at Barcelona despite his sensational loan move. The Manchester United forward finally sealed a move away from Old Trafford last month as he moved to Catalonia for the forthcoming season. The switch sees him move on loan, albeit Barcelona have an option to make the move permanent next summer for around £30m. But Rashford has had a slow start to life in Spain. Barcelona are still struggling to register him for this season's La Liga opener due to their uncertain financial situation. And Liverpool icon McManaman struggles to see Rashford getting an opportunity given the options that the club already have. 'It's certainly important that he hits the ground running,' he said at an event with ESPN. 'I thought it was an incredible move for him, to be very honest. 'The last couple of seasons at Manchester United, the way Manchester United performed - for him to leave and go to arguably one of the most exciting teams in Europe, I thought: 'He's got an amazing agent.' 'Where's he going to fit in? The answer is, I don't know. Because Raphinha, Robert [Lewandowski] and Lamine [Yamal], they had the most incredible season. 'So you think that is set in stone. You've got Ferran [Torres] behind them. They've moved a couple of players out - if anything, when you look at Barcelona's team, they need a couple of more defenders... but they go and bring in yet another forward. So we'll wait and see.' McManaman added: 'I hope he's a huge success, and I hope he does play. Because it will benefit everybody if he does play.' Will Marcus Rashford be a success with Barcelona? Barcelona are just a day from starting their latest La Liga season as they travel to Mallorca on Saturday evening. As it stands, Rashford's registration has still not been approved. But it appears that the Spanish giants are set to take emergency action to ensure that he can play sooner rather than later. According to The Athletic, Barcelona executives would be willing to put their own personal wealth at risk to secure a bank guarantee worth around €7million (£6m). Rashford is not the only player who is not eligible to play though. Goalkeepers Joan Garcia and Wojciech Szczesny, as well as young defender Gerard Martin, are still not registered. Rashford will certainly be keen to get back on the pitch sooner rather than later having scored four goals in 17 appearances on loan at Aston Villa last season, albeit the Premier League side chose not to sign him permanently.
