Shock twist as Jennifer Aniston's shirtless ‘stalker' WON'T stand trial for ‘harassing star & ramming into mansion gate'
JENNIFER Aniston's accused stalker who crashed into the security gates at her Bel Air mansion has been declared unfit to stand trial by a psychiatrist, The U.S. Sun can reveal.
Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, from Mississippi, appeared in mental health court in Hollywood on Thursday morning.

Carwyle has pleaded not guilty to charges including felony stalking and felony vandalism after allegedly driving his Chrysler PT Cruiser through the gates of Aniston's property on May 5, 2025.
He appeared in court on Thursday wearing a yellow t-shirt and sporting a new look after a shave and a haircut, a stark difference to his previously disheveled appearance.
In mental health court last week, public defender Robert Krauss revealed a psychiatrist's review found him to be incompetent to stand trial.
But Carwyle demanded a second opinion and Judge Maria Cavalluzzi said it was his legal right to have another psychiatrist review his mental state.

On Thursday, Krauss revealed the new psychiatrist is also of the opinion he is "not presently competent to stand trial."
He told the court, "It's not the outcome my client would have preferred."
RESTRAINING ORDER
Criminal proceedings are now suspended and Cawryle will be put on medication ahead of an interest of justice and placement hearing on June 26, 2025.
The judge said two new reports will be produced and it will be an "opportunity to hear from the victim," although it will likely be a statement through Aniston's lawyer.

Carwyle is accused of harassing Aniston, 56, including social media, email, and voicemail messages between March 1, 2023, and the day he was arrested.
He is charged with one count each of felony stalking and felony vandalism, along with aggravating circumstance of the threat of great bodily harm.
Jennifer Aniston's shirtless 'stalker' insists he can stand trial despite wife revealing he 'believes he's Jesus'
Aniston was at home during the incident but did not come face-to-face with her alleged stalker, as he was held at gunpoint by her security team until police arrived.
A judge previously granted a restraining order keeping him at least 100 yards away from the Friends star and banning any contact.

The U.S. Sun understands Carwyle had been speaking to someone online who was impersonating Aniston in the weeks leading up to the incident, who had also been in contact with his family.
The actress's lawyer, Blair Berk, was present in court on Thursday but did not speak during the hearing and refused to comment on the ongoing case.
Carwyle's estranged wife previously claimed he traveled to Los Angeles months ago on a mission to meet the actress.
Julia Carwyle told the Daily Mail he believes he's Jesus and Aniston is supposed to be his "queen."

"I guess he was speaking with her. He had the impression that Jennifer Aniston and he were going to talk and meet," she said.
"He thought 'Maybe she's just going to meet a guy [...] to take a chance.' That's the way he was thinking."
After seeing shocking images of Carwyle shirtless and staring ahead in his first court hearing, Julia said she no longer recognizes her husband.
"It doesn't even look like him. He's no longer there," she said.

According to the outlet, Aniston is now looking at relocating to her newly-renovated Montecito mansion following the incident.
She purchased the luxury home from Oprah Winfrey in 2022 through an off-market deal for around $15 million.
Celebrity friends including Gwyneth Paltrow and Jimmy Kimmel are said to be offering to help her settle in.
"Jen is happy to have a safe place to run to where she can let her hair down," a source said.

‘Who raised you?!' Home cook slammed after sharing attempt at Italian dish – but can you tell what it's meant to be?
GRUB'S UP 'Who raised you?!' Home cook slammed after sharing attempt at Italian dish – but can you tell what it's meant to be? Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) THERE'S nothing better than tucking into a tasty homecooked meal, and it's even better if it's a traditional recipe. But one home cook left people scratching their heads after they revealed their attempt at a particular classic dish. 4 home-cook-slammed-sharing-attempt-999490755 Credit: Not known, clear with picture desk 4 home-cook-slammed-sharing-attempt-999490671 Credit: Not known, clear with picture desk 4 The foodie showed off their attempt at making lasagne on Facebook Credit: Getty Despite their best efforts, the food turned out nothing like you would expect, and some people even questioned what they meal was supposed to be in the first place. This came after the wannabe chef took to Facebook to show off their concoction with a picture from before it went into the over and after. "How do you make lasagne, mine came out crispy as hell and I want it soft, please help," the Facebook user wrote alongside the pictures. The first snap shows a dish layered with dry spaghetti, strips of uncooked bacon and slices of American cheese. Unsurprisingly, the meal only looked worse after some time in the oven. Instead of melting, the cheese shrivelled up and burned, and the dry spaghetti didn't look any more enticing either. After sharing the snaps in the popular Facebook group people were so shocked by the food creation they thought the foodie must've been joking. "This has got to be satire," one person commented on the viral post. But others weren't so sure, as a second said: "What in the name of god did you think you were making!?!" And a third chimed in: "I have never seen anything like this, where is the sauce?" The Sun tries Wetherspoons' new menu "I want to laugh but I genuinely don't even know what to think here," another wrote. Meanwhile, others offered some cooking suggestions for their next attempt. "You should start by reading an actual recipe, this is a crime," one said. And another commented: "I dread to think how many Italians you killed making this. Even if it is a joke this post should come with a trigger warning." And someone else quipped: "Who raised you?!" This isn't the first time food fans have been left stunned by a meal. Mum and TikToker Michelle previously caused viewers to lose their appetites as she proudly showed the breakfast she fed her family. The now-viral video, which has racked up a staggering 2.2million views in just two days, sees the parent make scrambled eggs - but with a twist. The nation's most peculiar food combinations revealed Brits reveal unusual food combinations that are so wrong, they feel right Research by LNER claims that a whopping four in five Brits experiment with unusual flavours, and almost a quarter have a 'guilty pleasure' when it comes to unconventional food combinations, Crisps and chocolate Cheese and chocolate Crisps in jam sandwich Chips and milkshake Cheese and bananas Apples with salt and pepper Avocado and chocolate Popcorn and hot sauce Tuna and marmite Gherkins and peanut butter Rather than using actual eggs, the mum whipped up the first meal of the day with a ''scrambled egg mix'' - which was essentially just a powder. To add some extra boost of protein, Michelle also threw in a generous amount of bacon - that had been freeze dried. The gut-churning concoction called for half a cup of the scrambled egg mix which she dissolved with warm water, as well as the bacon bits - which needed to be re-hydrated with cold water. For extra flavour and texture the mum also chucked in some freeze fried cheddar cheese that had to go in the water before as well. Once the egg mixture was ready, Michelle cooked it on the pan, before squeezing the water out of the shredded cheese and throwing a spoonful of the watery bacon. Showing off the final result on her page, the mum tried to convince the viewers it was ''good'' - and the rest of the brood agreed, with the dad dubbing the dish ''yummy''.

Businessman mauled to death by lion after stepping out of his tent to use the toilet during overnight safari
EATEN ALIVE Businessman mauled to death by lion after stepping out of his tent to use the toilet during overnight safari A BUSINESSMAN who spent large sums of money supporting Namibian desert lions has been killed by one of the predators after leaving his tent to use the loo. Dad-of-two Bernd Kebbel, 59, was with his wife Conny on a wildlife expedition at a camp with friends in the north of the country before the horror attack. 1 A wealthy philanthropist who spent large sums of money supporting desert lions has been killed by one Credit: Supplied The tragedy unfolded when Kebbel got up in the early hours of Friday morning. The philanthropist climbed down a ladder from the safety of his rooftop tent mounted on the top of a 4x4, before the beast lunged at him. His desperate screams woke up the rest of the shocked camp in Namibia who rushed to his rescue in the darkness. They bravely chased off the lioness before it could devour its victim. Namibian police said nothing could be done to save the keen outdoorsman who was killed almost instantly in the savage ordeal. His body was covered up until authorities could arrive. It is believed that the lioness with cubs - named by locals as Charlie - may be hunted and shot dead. A Namibian lion expert said: 'Thankfully it would have been quick as a human is no match for a lioness that is in its prime. 'There are only about 60 desert lions in this region of Kunane where the attack happened and in this particular area around the Hoanib Camp maybe a dozen at the very most." The expert added: 'The desert lions have adapted to the harsh and burning desert environment and have become extremely adept night-time hunters as there is no cover for them during the day." The businessman has two grown-up children, Dieter and Heidi, both in their late twenties. They are said to have moved to South Africa where they went to university before pursuing their careers. It is understood they are flying home to comfort their devastated mum Conny, 57, at their home in the capital Windhoek. Kebbel owned the Off-Road-Centre in Namibia's main city Windhoek which bought and sold 4x4 safari vehicles and accessories needed in the wild. Lion expert Izak Smit said that Namibia's most famous lion expert Dr Philip 'Flip' Stander had named an adult male Kebbel in his honour. He said it was to recognise the large sums of money he paid into looking after lions. More to follow...
