Shibani Dandekar said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, that Rhea Chakraborty had to grow up quickly because of the tough times she went through. 'I do feel as though it was a journey that no one could have predicted, and it was definitely difficult.
Definitely painful. And she survived it in the most beautifully stunning way. It was- I don't even know how to put it into words- but it was tough. I think that for someone as strong as her, it just added an extra layer of strength that maybe she will have now for the rest of her life."

Court seeks Rhea Chakraborty's response to the CBI closure report in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, till August 12
Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020 but investigation was going on surrounding it as the actor's family suspected a foul play in his death. However the CBI ( Central Bureau of Investigation ) filed a closure report in this case and gave a clean chit to Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty in March this year. Now as per the latest update on the matter, a Mumbai court has issued a notice to Rhea, thus seeking her response to the closure report filed by the CBI. According to PTI, Earlier this month, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate R D Chavan, handling the case at the Esplanade court, issued a notice to the original complainant or victim, Chakraborty. While hearing the case, Magistrate R D Chavan directed, "Issue notice to the original informant / victim / aggrieved person," and postponed the proceedings until it is confirmed that Chakraborty has received the notice. She has been given time to respond by August 12. The notice is a procedural step that allows the complainant a chance to challenge the investigating agency's decision to close the case. Rhea had originally filed a complaint in this case against Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters — Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh — as well as Dr. Tarun Nathu Ram.
