Massimo Bottura is the chef patron of Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Starred restaurant in Modena, Italy, and a two-time winner of The World's 50 Best Restaurants. He is also a UNEP Goodwill Ambassador and SDG Advocate. Through Food for Soul—the non-profit organization he founded with his wife, Lara Gilmore—he works to combat food waste and transform it into opportunities for social inclusion and sustainability.

'I listened to a lot of music because it was an escape for me,' she says. 'I wrote down everything I was feeling at the time into little notebooks, then turned those words into songs. Now my songs can bring peace to others.' Clazure continues to perform in 'Mon Premier Cabaret,' a variety show at Paris' historical Paradis Latin Cabaret, and will appear in an upcoming French series called "Cat's Eyes." In September she will release an autobiographical novel about her personal experiences and her life on stage, called 'Tout Donner [Give Everything].'
