Rusev
emerged victorious in his first match on Monday Night RAW after returning to
WWE
two weeks.
The wrestling world was left stunned with the resurgence of former WWE United States Champion, Rusev, to the sports entertainment juggernaut after four years. The return took place on the RAW after WrestleMania 41, where Rusev made a huge statement by taking out the Alpha Academy. This week, the Bulgarian Brute was in action for the first time on RAW since making his comeback.
Rusev competed on RAW after nearly five years
Rusev was scheduled to battle Alpha Academy member, Otis, who himself was looking to exact revenge of his own after Rusev took him and Akira Tozawa out on his first night back in WWE. The bout started with the two superheavyweights locking up and displaying their raw power.
Otis
tried to deliver some power-packed moves, but Rusev overpowered it with his own moveset and dominated Otis.
However, Otis managed to get an opportunity to send Rusev crashing on the announcer's desk and then into the ring steps. Otis then tossed Rusev back in the ring. At that moment, the former AEW star caught him with a punk kick and then locked him in the Accolade submission hold. Otis had no choice but to tap out.

Following the end of the bout, Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri came to check on Otis. Tozawa then decided to step up to Rusev. He was not keen on the idea and left the ring. However, the Bulgarian Brute came back in the ring and powerbombed Tozawa on Otis. He then sent Otis into the ring posts and once again trapped him in the Accolade with WWE officials running in to stop the assault.
Rusev has been known to cause havoc and destruction inside the squared circle. It was this same raw power and strength that helped him stay undefeated for a long time in WWE and earned him multiple titles and accolades. Moreover, the former US Champion made a huge statement in his first match back on RAW, which could be a sign of things to come from Rusev moving forward.

Princess Iman Pahlavi ties the knot in Paris. First pics from dreamy wedding
Iman Pahlavi, granddaughter of the last Shah of Iran, has tied the knot in Paris. Iman married her United States-based boyfriend Bradley Sherman in a dreamy wedding in the French capital, according to a report in English-language Iranian news website Kayhan Life. The couple had formally registered their marriage at the Manhattan Marriage Registry Office in New York last month. Their court marriage was attended only by close family members, including Iman's father Reza Pahlavi, the former Crown Prince of Iran. Following the intimate celebration in New York, Iman and Bradley hosted a lavish wedding for friends and family members in Paris. For her big day, the bride wore a lacy white wedding gown from designer Elie Saab. First photographs from the celebration – which included a gigantic cake – began to surface on social media yesterday. Iman shared them on her Instagram Stories. Iman Pahlavi is the second daughter of Iran's former Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi and Yasmine Pahlavi. She was born in Washington DC in 1993. A US-raised royal, she attended Bullis School in Maryland and earned a BA in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan in 2015. Iman is the granddaughter of Iran's last monarch, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, who ruled until 1979, when the Iranian Revolution led to his overthrow, the abolition of the monarchy, and the establishment of the Islamic Republic. After being overthrown, the Shah travelled to several countries before eventually arriving in the United States. She is the daughter of the eldest son of the Shah, Reza Pahlavi, who was named crown prince upon his birth. According to the report in Kayhan Life, Iman and Bradley met through mutual friends in 2017. The couple announced their engagement in 2023, after Bradley went down on one knee for a romantic beach proposal. A post shared by Iman Pahlavi (@imanp) Iman Pahlavi currently works as a Senior Manager with American Express in New York. Details about the groom are scarce - but Tatler, quoting Vanity Fair Spain, said that he is employed by an e-commerce company. WWE Fans Boo Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker During Surprise Appearance at Money in the Bank Event, Know Why
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker attended WWE's Money in the Bank event on Saturday (June 7) with their one-year-old son, Rocky Thirteen. However, rather than cheers, they were met with a chorus of jeers. As the Intuit Dome's jumbotron panned to the trio, surprised attendees responded with loud boos, drowning out the occasional scattered clap. Neither Kourtney nor Travis visibly reacted; Barker offered a peace sign while Kardashian focused her attention on cradling their son, holding him on her knee and shielding his face from the camera. Reports indicate the reason behind the negative reception remains unclear. However, some observers speculate that WWE's audience, deeply invested in in-ring rivalries, may have viewed the celebrity appearance as an unwelcome distraction. Despite the hostile greeting, the couple maintained composure and did not linger for the whole event, choosing to stay only for the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. A social media clip captured their exit later that night: Barker balanced baby Rocky in one arm while greeting fans, and Kardashian walked closely beside him. The sight of the punk-rock drummer engaging cordially with admirers suggested that the boos had little impact on their evening's mood or plans. This public reaction comes shortly after resurfaced comments from Kardashian about being ' socked in the face ' by a stranger at a Sean ' Diddy ' Combs birthday party in 2001. As the family continues to attend high-profile events, their handling of fan reactions emphasizes a shared determination to remain unfazed by sudden crowds—be they chanting praise or boos.
