The makers announced the news by unveiling an animated motion poster of the film. The promo introduces Eesha as Kondaveeti Prashanti and Tharun as Ambati Omkar Naidu.
Directed by debutant AR Sajeev, Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi has music scored by Jay Krish and cinematography by Deepak Yeragara. Movie Verse and S Originals are producing the film.
Notably, 2022's Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, directed by Vipin Das, was about how a homemaker wife gathers courage to retaliate against her abusive husband. Basil Joseph and Darshana Rajendran played the leads in the dark comedy.

But just to throw a little light on these things, there are much worse scenarios happening where you are working 2–3 days without going home, without even having a little nap," she added.
