Charlie Pelletier joins De Rito Partners Development Inc as Development Director
De Rito Partners Development Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Charlie Pelletier, as Development Director. Charlie is an accomplished and seasoned real estate development executive, to its leadership team. With more than 25 years of experience in real estate entitlements, development, construction management, and owner representation, Pelletier brings a depth of knowledge and strategic oversight that will further elevate De Rito's development capabilities across the Southwest.
In his new role, Pelletier will oversee multiple development projects from site identification through the Certificate of Occupancy, providing expert guidance on entitlement strategies, construction execution, and cross-functional project coordination.

Prior to that, he held executive leadership roles at Symmetry Companies and Avalon Development, where he successfully directed large-scale land entitlement and construction initiatives across Arizona and beyond.
Pelletier's proven track record of improving internal processes, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating complex regulatory environments will be key to De Rito's continued growth in retail, mixed-use, and commercial development projects.

First freestanding Tim Hortons cafe coming soon to Nashville's Donelson neighborhood
Tennessee's first freestanding Tim Hortons coffeehouse and bakery is expected to open soon, with several more locations to follow in the coming months, according to the franchise owner. The new Tim Hortons location will open soon at 2527 Lebanon Pike in Donelson. Signs are already up at the renovated building once used by a Krystal restaurant. Several more locations are also in the works in Wilson County. Franchise owner Naren Patel is finalizing details to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for the new Tim Hortons with plans to open in early June. A grand opening would follow in the coming weeks. Patel opened a Tim Hortons coffeehouse and bakery inside a convenience store — the Golden Shell at Jackson Hills market — on Golden Bear Gateway in Mt. Juliet in February. Sales at the Mt. Juliet location have been "above expectations," Patel said. Tim Hortons was founded with a single location in Canada in 1964 and is known for coffees, specialty drinks and baked foods. Patel also has plans to open several other Tim Hortons locations in Middle Tennessee. Work is underway at a location at 1459 West Main Street in Lebanon, where Patel estimates to open the next restaurant in the fall. The site is a former car wash, Patel said. Other locations are planned in Wilson County. They are: 1500 Franklin Road, Lebanon. The Tim Hortons will be part of a BP gas station, but with a different access. A Thirsty Camel liquor store and DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill are also planned for the site, Patel said. 10576 Lebanon Road, Mt. Juliet. Estimated opening is late this year. 5120 Beckwith Road, Mt.
