The legendary rocker died at the family mansion in Buckinghamshire with his wife Sharon, 72, and four of his six children by his side.
Now, the sweet final video he appeared in before his death has emerged.
His daughter Kelly Osbourne, 40, originally shared the video with fans on her Instagram story on July 20, two days before the Black Sabbath legend died.
It showed Ozzy using a tablet whilst sat at a table with his youngest daughter and her two-year-old son Sidney.
Kelly said: "Good morning", before panning the camera to her father who was wearing a pair of headphones as she said, "Dadda, say good morning".
Ozzy leaned forward and replied: "Good morning."
Thames Valley Air Ambulance said that a crew had been dispatched to provide "advanced critical care".
The helicopter landed in the grounds of Ozzy's mansion and it is reported the specialist paramedics were at the scene for two hours.
Tragically, they were unable to save the star's life.
The Black Sabbath star's death came just weeks after he took to the stage one final time with his band mates in Birmingham.
Ozzy became known as the "Prince of Darkness" in his six-decade career thanks to his on-stage antics that attracted a legion of heavy rock fans.
Only three weeks ago, Ozzy gave us one last hurrah when heavy metal royalty descended on Villa Park to pay their respects.
The Back to the Beginning gig ended with him - seated on a giant black throne because he could not stand - joining his Black Sabbath muckers on the songs that took him to the world stage.
After the show Ozzy watched on as his daughter Kelly was proposed to by her boyfriend Sid Wilson.
The icon vowed, however, that it would be his final performance due to his deteriorating health, having opened up about his battle with Parkinson's in 2020.
Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease back in 2019 and went public with his diagnosis the following year.
As well as mobility issues, the condition caused him to suffer nerve pain, depression and blood clots.
He revealed the sad news in an emotional joint interview with wife Sharon.
The singer told Good Morning America that he couldn't hide his health struggles any longer.

'Grief is a strange thing — it sneaks up on you in waves — I will not be ok for a while — but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference. 'I'm holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left you for being there. I love you all so much. – Kelly #BirminghamForever #OzzyForever.' On Monday, Birmingham City Council began gathering up the tributes so they can be stored before being handed over to the Osbourne family. A handful of fans watched from behind barriers, took photographs and hugged each other as officials in hi-vis jackets collected all the flowers and tributes which had been laid in front of the bench and on the railings behind it. The council said the mementos would be gathered and preserved 'respectfully' in agreement with the rock star's relatives and then stored 'with the utmost care at a secure location, ensuring they are protected and treated with dignity'. The council said: 'In due course, they will be passed on to the Osbourne family, so they may keep them as a lasting reminder of the public's affection and support.' In a statement released through the city council, the Osbourne family said: 'We are deeply moved by the heartfelt tributes that have been placed at the Black Sabbath Bridge and at the Black Sabbath mural on Navigation Street in recent days. 'These expressions of remembrance reflect the profound impact that Ozzy had on the city and its people, as well as fans from around the world – BIRMINGHAM FOREVER!'

MI5's first female director general Dame Stella Rimington dies aged 90
Dame Stella Rimington, the pioneering first female director general of MI5, has died aged 90, her family announced. Dubbed the "housewife superspy" upon taking the role, she was widely credited as the inspiration for Dame Judi Dench 's M in the James Bond films. Born in South Norwood on 13 May 1935, Dame Stella passed away on Sunday night. In a statement, her family shared: "She died surrounded by her beloved family and dogs and determinedly held on to the life she loved until her last breath." Dame Rimington joined MI5 full time in 1969 after she was recruited as a part-time clerk typist by its office in New Delhi's British High Commission after she accompanied her husband John Rimington on a diplomatic posting there four years earlier. She became director of each of the service's operational branches before she was appointed to deputy director general in 1991 and then director general a year later. During her tenure in the top job, between 1992 and 1996, there were threats from the IRA and Russia, while the Islamist terror threat was also emerging. She was the first to be publicly identified when appointed and when a newspaper published a photo of her house, she and her family had to move to a covert location for their own protection. Mrs Rimington used her time as director general to bring gradually bring the service out of the shadows, dispelling some of the myths and misconceptions built up around it. After leaving MI5 in 1996, Dame Stella began a career as a novelist. Alongside her post-MI5 writing and business commitments, she even found time to chair the judging panel for the Man Booker Prize for literature, although her comment that they were looking for 'readability' found her once again in the firing line from critics who accused her of 'dumbing down' the award. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she reconciled with her husband in 2020 and later moved in together during lockdown. The pair had separated in 1984 but never divorced. 'It's a good recipe for marriage, I'd say,' she said. 'Split up, live separately, and return to it later.'
