She has taken to the platform to share her top tip for surviving the sweltering summer months.
Her advice has struck a chord with those who dread the heat: ice neck rings.
"I wore this thing around my neck every day last summer, pretty much," Ruby revealed in her viral video.
She now considers the ice neck rings a 'summer essential,' particularly as someone who doesn't enjoy hot weather.

To combat her aversion to the heat, Ruby relies on the reusable ice pack, which is designed to be worn around the neck and helps regulate body temperature.
