The ultras group wanted to create a tifo in the North Curve of Celtic Park for the penultimate home game of the season.
The Green Brigade claimed on social media that Celtic have not met with them in person since November 2023.
Unfortunately, the club has refused tomorrow's NCC tifo. This is a continued sanction due to the Green Brigade's 'Red Card' and Bik McFarlane tifos.

This comes as Brendan Rodgers' side are set to face the Leith team at home, with the Celtic manager acknowledging the challenge posed by Hibs' recent form.
Rodgers said: "I've been very, very impressed.
"I think that it was obviously very difficult for David and his team and for the club right through until November.
"It's actually been like a reverse of Aberdeen really.
"Aberdeen had that brilliant start and then the second part of the season for Jimmy and that has been a little bit more challenging.
"For David it was the reverse of that, challenging in the first part.
"Since he changed his system in November, they went back five, and that structure has really, really helped the team.
"The players you always clearly could see they believed in him as a coach and as a manager but weren't getting the results at the beginning of the season.
"But then they had and then it went on a fantastic run.
"And in all fairness, when we played them back in the cup game a number of weeks back, they arrived in that moment in a really, really good place.
"However, we played a really good game that day and we know we need to play another really good game because, like you say, they have targets they want to achieve in these last three games.
"We also have targets.
"We're at home also and we want to bring our level of game and it should be a fantastic football match."

Panicked Rangers diehard drops £40m transfer bomb after Cerny KO as Tierney suffers brutal Hotline slapdown
He's a marquee signing from Arsenal who fans already know comes alive in green and white but the mood is changing around Kieran Tierney 's return to Celtic. The prodigal son returned but confidence appears brittle among the Parkhead faithful who were left miffed with the left-back's call-off for Scotland hours before he signed on the dotted line. Reason to be concerned or an overreaction based on an act of caution from national team boss Steve Clarke? One regular has already hit the panic button. Stephen Johnstone, Ardentinny, said: "Have Celtic 's hierarchy lost the plot? Injury prone Kieran Tierney signed on a five year deal. This signing will end in tears and Rodgers gone before Xmas, and also the rumour mill has Jamie Vardy going to Rangers, more chance of it being Peter." Mild concerns escalated to full-scale panic with one of the club's finest homegrown stars even earning unwanted comparisons to one of the club's most spectacular signing own goals. David Bryce, Troon, added: "I am very sceptical to say the least in regards to Tierney's return to Celtic. We all know a fully fit Tierney is a huge asset however he's not nearly fully fit and having watched him recently for Scotland I'd say he's a shadow of the player he once was. This signing has James Mccarthy written all over it and only Celtic would hand a guy with Kieran's injury history a five-year contract." Record Sport revealed Vaclav Cerny's brilliance at Glasgow has all-but ruled out any shot of an Ibrox return. And one concerned punters reckons it will be a familiar story unless they can become Champions League regulars once more. Lewis Fotheringham, Mount Ellen said: "Rangers missing out on players priced at around £9million, like Vaclav Cerny, shows that securing Champions League football this season is vital. Whilst going deep in the Europa League has been exciting, it's earning £40million from playing in the top competition and being able to attract the same quality of players Celtic can that will make us successful. Over the last 14 years, Celtic have competed in the Champions League seven times, whilst Rangers have only been included once. It all adds up financially." Neil Lennon issued a call to arms to the rest of Scottish football to carry the fight to the big two, however, not everyone is buying it as the Glasgow pair stand clear of the rest. John Scott, Grassmoor, said: "An exciting time if you're a Rangers or Celtic fan. Scouring the papers and online media for the next multi-million pound signing. And there's the rub. Neil Lennon should explain how the other clubs step-up to that challenge. The Hibees finished best of the rest, a massive 34 pts behind Celtic. "I've seen Hibs relegated with a much smaller deficit to the Champions. The game has changed dramatically in four decades. The giants of the game are racing towards super leagues and you would, in my humble opinion, be extremely deluded not to concede that." Scotland won 4-0 against Liechtenstein, but are the natives happy? Er, well not quite. Stephen Mulhern, Dumbarton, said: "That was a much more positive performance following on from the disastrous one against Iceland, a special mention to Che Adams always scoring against the big teams like Liechtenstein, Gibraltar Armenia, Luxembourg, Moldova and the Faroe Islands, fantastic stuff." Eddie Eason, Ballingry, Fife, said: "The usual sack the manager on here now it's Steve Clarke's turn. FGS the Scotland manager has taken us to two finals. "These friendlies are about giving players a chance and the honour of representing their country. For some it will be their biggest achievement in the sport. Then you get the keyboard warriors. Give the manager and his team a break they have had a long hard season." Thomas Tuchel is already feeling the heat in the England dugout as stalling displays turned into shocking results as Senegal wiped the floor with his tame Three Lions at the City Ground. Alan Flett emailed: "The arrogance of the English holds no bounds. They think they will win the WC, they think the EPL is the best and that everyone wants a piece of it. WRONG! Who wants to watch Brentford v Bournemouth apart from their own fans? "Their precious EPL is full of second rate foreign mercenaries and their own players are overhyped prima donnas. As for Thomas Tuchel? They'd be better off with Thomas the Tank Engine." And on that note, we'll choo-choo goodbye for another day.

Tottenham star Micky van de Ven breaks silence on Ange Postecoglou's sacking after Europa League win - as Spurs close in on Thomas Frank appointment
Tottenham star Micky van de Ven has called the decision to part ways with Ange Postecoglou 'strange' after delivering the club's first trophy in 17 years last month. The former Celtic manager was dismissed by Daniel Levy after a hugely disappointing Premier League campaign with Tottenham finishing 17th, however he did claim the Europa League final. He beat a Manchester United side that had been almost as poor domestically, but it was not enough to save his job, as Spurs looked to part ways over the summer to give his replacement an opportunity to bed in and rebuild the side ahead of the new season. 'That was ultimately a choice from the club,' Van de Ven told Voetbal Zone of Levy's decision. 'We, as players, have little to say about that. Of course, he is the first coach in a long time who has won a trophy has had success at Spurs. So if you look at it that way, it is of course a strange choice. 'It is a choice from the club about which we have little to say, so we will see what happens now. Of course, we see some rumours about the Brentford head coach [Frank], who it will probably be. So yes, a choice from the club about which we have little to say. 'I think many of the players got along with [Postecoglou] well. And of course, what I say, he is the first coach who has brought success to Spurs in a long time. That also shows that he has a certain quality. That also means that he has a winning mentality. 100 per cent. 'From that, you would of course say that it is strange that he was fired. What we have shown in the Premier League is, of course, unacceptable. That would, of course, have multiple factors, but that would not only have been the coach.' As Van de Ven mentioned, Spurs are expected to appoint Thomas Frank as Postecoglou's successor in the coming days, with the Brentford manager's release clause set to be paid out. Mail Sport reported on Monday that Frank has a release clause thought to be around £10million, but those with knowledge of the situation believe it is heading towards a positive conclusion. Negotiations have now started, with chairman Daniel Levy representing Tottenham and Phil Giles, Brentford's director of football, in talks. Aside from the release fee, discussions are also likely to focus on Frank's backroom staff, and the level of compensation needed to allow them to follow him from west to north London. The Bees will demand suitable recompense for a manager who has been with the club for close to a decade and who has overseen a period of remarkable success. Frank arrived at the club in 2016 as assistant head coach and was appointed manager in 2018. In his first full season in charge he led them to the play-off final and followed it up with promotion to the Premier League. Over the past four years he has firmly established Brentford as a top-flight club.

Dor Turgeman told to make Rangers transfer by ex-Celtic flop
And Berkovic - who had a disastrous spell at Parkhead after Celtic splashed out a then-huge sum of £5.75 million for the Israeli international back in 1999 under John Barnes - reckons Rangers would be a good option for Turgeman. Berkovic said: "Rangers and Celtic are both big clubs who play in the Champions League often... but also in a very boring league. Read more: "But the big difference between going to Scotland and say somewhere like FC Copenhagen is that Rangers and Celtic are on British TV every week. "So if you are a star for them, you are watched by English Premier League clubs every week. That's the difference between Scottish and Danish football. "The problem would be to adapt. I can give you examples of dozens of our players who moved to Europe, America and Japan... and disappeared. "It's not easy for an Israeli player to play in zero degrees for six or seven months. It's not easy to live there."
