Rochelle Humes' new Next edit for summer wows fans with its 'gorgeous pieces'

Daily Record17-06-2025
The This Morning's host is back with a new summer edit for Next shoppers.
As we rapidly approach summer, many of our favourite retailers are dropping new clothing collections. One of them is Next, with a brand new range from TV presenter Rochelle Humes.
The high street firm's collaboration with the popular This Morning host always goes down a treat with shoppers, and the latest is no different. From everyday basics to fancy items, it has everything for city breaks and balmy vacations.
While the entire collection seems to have gone down well with shoppers on social media recently, one item that will be a staple this summer is the Mid Blue Denim Sleeveless Denim Maxi Dress, also available in a natural ecru, for just £48.
Crafted from a lightweight cotton-blend material, this dress is ideal for summer as it is sleeveless and has a relatively relaxed silhouette, delivering ample ventilation on humid days, reports the Mirror.
Offering a round neckline, that can be layered with cute necklaces, it falls to a trendy maxi-length with a raw hemline that adds a touch of texture and uniqueness to its style.

Product Description
Great for stashing into a suitcase for any upcoming holidays, it features an airy sleeveless design, while the denim material ensures it most likely won't be creased or crumpled.
Designed in regular and tall sizes, Rochelle Humes' denim dress caters to many body shapes, as sizes six to 22 are still available. However, a few are beginning to show "low stock", so we'd advise bagging one fast.
While there are currently no reviews for the denim dress online, it is worth noting that, since it is not available in petite sizes, this could potentially be a drawback for some customers.
So, perhaps a more suitable alternative for some shoppers would be this Petite Black Denim Drawstring Waist Dress from New Look that costs £29.99 and offers a mini-length hemline.
Alternatively, over at Roman, this Denim Panel Detail Midi Dress does offer an almost similar style to the TV presenter's Next frock, but for just a tad cheaper at £42.

Meanwhile, devoted fans of the Rochelle Humes edit for Next were sent swooning over the entire new summer collection after the high street giant shared it to its official Instagram page recently.
Sharing a few different items from the range that includes the playful White/Pink Graphic Print Beach T-Shirt, the retailer wrote: "A summer instalment not to be missed... the Rochelle series is back."
Fashion deal of the week
Fashion fans looking for a dress that will standout at all their summer events will need to hear about this one from Roman.
The high street chain's Royal Blue Rose Print Button Detail Maxi Dress, hailed as "perfect for the warmer seasons", is now on sale for £35 after being dropped from £48 - saving 27 percent overall.
With its "stunning" all-over rose print and modest midaxi length hemline, this particular frock will look perfect at any fancy occasions this season. Since it offers a bold design, we'd advise pairing it with nude-coloured heels and neutral accessories.
The flowy, comfortable woven fabric and short sleeves make it an ideal airy choice for when the temperatures rise again. It also features a chic V-neckline, alongside a shirred waistline that will 'cinch' in the figure for a flattering effect.
Complete with buttons down the front, the high street firm also advises pairing its £35 sale dress with a denim jacket on those summer days when the weather is a little bit chillier.
Beloved for its vibrant and bold style, one five-star review read: "One of the five-star reviews read: "This dress is amazing. I've had so many compliments.
"Lovely Silky material, floor length and such vibrant colours and so easy to just wash and wear. Suitable for weddings and occasions or just perfect for holidays and summer days. A real head turner... Love it."
Someone else added: "Another pleased purchaser wrote: "Just love this dress, lovely colours, beautiful material, perfect for my upcoming holiday."
Fans couldn't stop gushing over the new garments, as one praised: "Ohhhh love it."
Another loyal shopper added: "My fave edits."
While someone else positively remarked: "This brand is in safe, brilliant hands."
Rochelle Humes' new summer edit and the are available at Next now.

Breakfast legend returns to BBC daytime for the first time four years after quitting sofa

A BREAKFAST legend has returned to BBC daytime for the first time four years after quitting the sofa. The presenter previously fronted the corporation's flagship morning show for nine years. 4 Louise Minchin returned to BBC daytime Credit: BBC 4 She appeared on Morning Live with Gaby Roslin and Rav Wilding Credit: BBC Louise Minchin, 56, became a regular anchor on BBC Breakfast in 2012 when she hosted the programme for three days a week. Initially she sat on the red sofa alongside the likes of Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt, 63. This was before she established a regular partnership with Dan Walker, 48, who now presents the news on 5. In June 2021, she announced she was leaving the show after 20 years on air before making her final departure in September. Now the star returned to daytime broadcasting on BBC One as she made an appearance on Morning Live. Gaby Roslin, 60, and Rav Wilding, 47, introduced the star as a 'consumer expert'. She appeared on the main rival to ITV's This Morning to give her take on the drop in car insurance costs. This comes after bosses at the publicly funded corporation chose Louise to replace Angela Rippon on Rip Off Britain. The TV personality was sat on the kitchen island alongside the likes of Dr Kiran Morjaria and gardener Mark Lane. Gaby took to her Instagram grid page as she revelled in the company of the broadcast veteran. BBC Breakfast hosts Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt forced to pull live broadcast after 'dead dog' shown on-screen She could be seen pushing Louise who swung on one of the show's plush swivel chairs in the brightly lit studio. She captioned the video: "Good morning everyone. Pre show shenanigans here @bbcmorninglive with @louiseminchin and we are so ready to spin around on this Friday morning." Before she took to the airwaves, Naga Munchetty and Charlie fronted the Friday edition of BBC Breakfast amid growing tensions. It has previously been revealed the show's editor Richard Frediani, has taken an extended period of leave amid claims of bullying. Who are the current presenters of BBC Breakfast? The flagship BBC show has had dozens of presenters during its impressive 40 years on air but the current stars are: Jon Kay - Since 2022 Sally Nugent - Since 2021 Charlie Stayt - Since 2006 Naga Munchetty - Since 2014 Carol Kirkwood - Since 1997 Naga, 50, is said to be at the 'end of her tether' with Frediani and the fractious working environment. She was also alleged to have used a slang term for a sexual act off-air in separate damning claims. A BBC spokesperson previously said: "While we do not comment on individual cases, we take all complaints about conduct at work extremely seriously and will not tolerate behaviour that is not in line with our values. "We have robust processes in place and would encourage any staff with concerns to raise them directly with us so they can be addressed.' The fresh claims emerged as Beeb bosses urged any member of staff with concerns to raise them. 4 The presenter was introduced as a 'consumer expert' as she now fronts Rip Off Britain Credit: BBC

Kate Middleton's Latest Outfit Relies On One Thing – And It's Selling Quickly

A shirt-and-blazer combination may not be revolutionary for Kate Middleton, but she wears it with an ease and sophistication that is so appealing. Case in point: the Princess of Wales's latest outfit, which she wore to visit the RHS's Wellbeing Garden at Colchester Hospital this month. Proving the understated power of a striped shirt, the Princess chose this Ralph Lauren style for a casual outfit with the right amount of polish. The Princess paired her stripes with a now-sold-out pinstriped Blazé Milano blazer, a piece she's worn on several occasions. While she's always re-worn her favourite looks, it's a formula she's been leaning into more frequently in recent years, from the structured Self-Portrait dress she wore on two consecutive outings, to another Ralph Lauren shirt she chose for a royal visit to Scotland back in April. The Princess finished the look with a pair of Joseph Coleman trousers and her go-to trainers: the Veja Esplar Leather sneakers. 1. Ralph Lauren Collection, Capri Striped Shirt While her exact shirt is unavailable to buy, you can snap up the linen version, which looks very similar to the original. While the Princess's exact shirt is a past-season piece and now sold out, there's no shortage of iterations available in alternative colours. Take your pick: the beige and white linen version that looks the most similar to Middleton's original, the nautical blue-and-white stripe for a classic feel, or the orange-and-white for something bolder. There's even a bold blood-orange version, and a silk upgrade that'll set you back a cool £1.2K. Naturally, the high street offers a conveyor belt of even more affordable alternatives, proving royal style doesn't have to come with a royal price. Whether it's COS, Arket, H&M, or Zara, you'll find plenty of doppelgängers ready to land in your wardrobe. We've rounded up the best picks, so you can either recreate the full look or mix and match pieces to add a bit of Middleton's polish to your own style. You could even find some similar jewellery staples, if you wanted to go that extra mile. 2. H&M, Oversized Twill Shirt This H&M shirt is a great option if you're looking to replicate The Princess's exact look on a high street budget. 3. Next, Cream Stripe Shirt Next has a great selection of shirts, and this one will slot seamlessly into your day-to-day wardrobe for the warmer months. 4. Karen Millen, Stripe Tailored Blazer Price: £143.20 (was £179) Choose this Karen Millen blazer for a lighter take on Middleton's original, without straying too far from the royal's style. 5. & Other Stories, Single Breasted Blazer For a more casual take on the look, opt for this & Other Stories single-breasted blazer in white and black. 6. Massimo Dutti, Mid-Rise Trousers Price: £59.95 (was £99.95) These look suspiciously similar to Middleton's exact pair of trousers, available in a chocolate brown colour. The only difference is they feature double-button detailing on the waistband. 7. Reiss, Pintuck Trousers These corporate-style trousers are incredibly smart, but don't be fooled, they can still be worn on more off-duty occasions. 8. Veja, Esplar Leather Sneaker Price: £140 The royal's sneaker of choice? Veja's Esplar leather trainers. They're still in stock, and of course, we've sourced the originals for you.
