The Truth to Claims Will Smith Testified Against Diddy After Shocking Willow Smith Rumors

Yahoo4 days ago

The Diddy trial has been in the news the last few weeks, and a lot of the discussion has had to do with who is testifying in the trial and what information is coming out from that testimony. From revelations about Diddy's abuse of Cassie, to allegations that Diddy might have had something to do with blowing up Kid Cudi's car when he was dating Cassie, people have been glued to what's going on.
And that lends itself to a lot of speculation and a lot of conspiracy theories about what's happened and what might be coming. One of those has to do with Will Smith and his daughter, Willow. Last year, when allegations against Diddy started mounting, there were rumors that Will Smith 'sold' his daughter Willow to Diddy, which has led people to question whether Smith would be testifying in Diddy's trial.

The rapper was arrested on September 16, 2024, in connection with sex trafficking charges, with details of his now-infamous 'freak off' parties and his assault of Cassie, which was caught on video, taking most of the attention. Diddy allegedly stockpiled more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube for parties that were 'elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded.'
But does that have to do with Willow Smith? Did Will Smith testify in Diddy's trial about this rumored connection?
The answer is no, Will Smith did not testify in Diddy's trial, and he is not set to take the stand. The Willow Smith rumors that surfaced last year have never been substantiated in any way, and Smith seemingly has no reason to testify in the trial. The rumor about his possible testimony comes from a YouTube video in the WhatIsYourStar worth channel, uploaded with the caption: '1 MINUTE AGO: Courtroom ERUPTS After Will Smith Reveals What Diddy Did to Him…'
That wasn't all, the video's description read: 'In this video, we break down Will Smith's shocking courtroom appearance, the emotional details of his alleged experience, and what this could mean for the future of the trial. As more high-profile names come forward, the walls seem to be closing in around Diddy — fast.'
On top of that, the video—which quickly amassed millions of views—featured an AI generated image of Smith supposedly on the stand, with Diddy looking on. However, the channel itself had a disclaimer about the contents, saying, 'This content is fictional and intended for entertainment purposes only. No verified court evidence or official statements confirm these claims.'
Presumably, a lot of people didn't read until the end and just took the AI image and the allegations at the beginning at face value, particularly after the reports about Willow Smith from last year. Smith and Diddy have also been friends for years, though Smith has kept his distance ever since the allegations against the rapper first surfaced. And as it stands, Diddy's trial has already featured a lot of evidence against him, even without a possible Will Smith testimony.

Mercer County man creates documentary on 1985 tornado outbreak

MERCER, Pa. (WKBN) — One Mercer County man created a documentary in honor of the 1985 tornado outbreak. Connor Sipe created and released 'Unpredictable: The Pennsylvania Tornadoes of May 31, 1985' on YouTube. It tells the story of what happened on May 31, 40 years ago. The documentary uses shots from local scenery and from storm chases he's done on his own. Sipe says it's important to inform those who might not be aware of the events that came from the storm. 'I think it's important for people to know about what happened, because it was a very serious day in local history, and it's something that could absolutely happen again,' Sipe said. 'Weather safety should always be a consideration, no matter where you live.' Sipe said it took about five months to create the documentary. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. Sean ‘Diddy' Combs and Harvey Weinstein Are Being Accused of Sexual Assault by the Same Woman

Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Harvey Weinstein have both been accused of sexual assault by model Crystal McKinney An amended complaint filed on May 30 against Weinstein alleged that he raped McKinney and a friend in 2003 The model previously filed a lawsuit in 2024 accusing Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting herSean 'Diddy' Combs and Harvey Weinstein have been accused of sexual assault by the same woman. Crystal McKinney — who filed a lawsuit against Combs in May 2024, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her — has now been named in an amended May 30 complaint, which was initially filed in February 2025, against disgraced film producer Weinstein, 73. The complaint, which is unrelated to Diddy's lawsuit, alleged that Weinstein raped McKinney and a friend in a Manhattan hotel room in 2003. According to the complaint obtained by PEOPLE, McKinney claims she received a call from an unnamed modeling company executive telling her that he had set up a business meeting between her and Weinstein at a popular West Village lounge in the evening. McKinney said she brought along a fellow modeling friend and roommate to see if he would 'consider her as well for an acting role.' They arrived at the lounge and waited for the film mogul to arrive before they were ushered to his table, per the complaint. McKinney then claimed that Weinstein 'repeatedly told them that he wanted to get to know both of them better, so he could see their 'real selves' ' and suggested that they move the meeting to 'discuss potential acting roles' to his place since the lounge was 'too loud and crowded.' However, once they got back to the hotel room, McKinney alleges in the complaint that the film producer 'plied' them with alcohol, ordering several bottles of 'Boulevardier and Dom Pérignon' and' vodka cocktails.' She claimed in the lawsuit that at one point, Weinstein grabbed her breasts and 'tore at her tank top,' which caused drinks to slosh on her shirt and prompted her to flee to the bathroom. She further alleged in the complaint that her friend joined her, and Weinstein also 'barged' into the bathroom, 'demanded the women strip and take a bath with him' before proceeding to expose himself and enter the tub. McKinney said she and her friend 'complied with his request' as they felt 'backed into a corner and feared that he would retaliate against them if they refused his sexual advances.' McKinney alleged in the complaint that he 'directed' the women to engage in sexual acts with each other in the bathtub, before he 'dragged' them from the tub to the bed. She claimed that he then raped her and her friend before he 'abruptly left the hotel room.' McKinney claimed that she was 'disgusted but too frightened to voice her opposition' and had been heavily 'intoxicated' at the time. She claimed in the filing that Weinstein's assistant then called the hotel room, and McKinney informed her of what took place, but instead of 'addressing' her complaints, the assistant allegedly told her to 'leave the hotel room immediately.' Following the incident, McKinney said she experienced 'depression, anxiety, anger, self-blame, suicidal ideation, body image issues and demoralization.' Attorneys for Weinstein and McKinney did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on the complaint. Weinstein was convicted in New York State for rape and sexual assault in 2020 and subsequently sentenced to 23 years in prison. However, his convictions were overturned in April 2024 after the New York Court of Appeals ruled he didn't receive a fair trial because women uninvolved in the charges were allowed to testify. In January, Weinstein begged a New York judge to move up his retrial date, claiming that he was in poor health and didn't know "how much longer' he could 'hold on." He is serving jail time on Rikers Island due to his 2022 convictions for sex crimes charges in California. As for Combs, he is on trial for sex trafficking and racketeering charges, for which he has pleaded not guilty. Read the original article on People
