Celebrity Big Brother star Donna Preston spills house secrets after 'wild experience'
Donna Preston and Chesney Hawkes have revealed how they killed time with zero entertainment, social media, TV, music, or books in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Comedian Donna, 37, and pop star Chesney, 53, made it to the final after three weeks in the iconic Big Brother house - and their time there didn't go without any drama.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain on Thursday morning with hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls, Donna did a rendition of her now viral song 'Donna's Delivery Service' after Big Brother gave her the task of delivering certain challenges to her fellow housemates.
And according to both Donna and Chesney, music is what got the housemates through the experiment. When there was nothing else to do and when they were sick of talking about themselves, they would get together and make up songs to perform in front of one another.
"It kept us sane," Donna quipped as she explained how the housemates killed time in the house. "It was a wild experience. It was so fun." Chesney then said: "Well I'm glad I had Donna." To which she replied: "I'm so glad I had you."
"The experience exclorates your bonding doesn't it, because you've got literally nothing else to do. You have no phone, no TV, no nothing, so all you have really is time to get to know each other," Chesney chimed. Donna then added: "Yeah, and we sang a lot. That passed the time. We made up a lot of songs."
On Friday night, Celebrity Big Brother announced its 2025 winner during its highly-anticipated live final. After almost three weeks in the iconic house, the ITV show revealed which of the six semi-finalists had received the most votes from the pubic with an extra-long episode.
After giving viewers the chance to vote for their winner, hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best finally revealed that Jack P Shepherd, 37, had won Celebrity Big Brother 2025. Earlier in the final, former Love Island star Chris Hughes, 32, became the first star to be evicted, with Chesney Hawkes, 53, booted out of the house moments later.
During the pair's joint interview, Chris broke down in tears as he compared JoJo Siwa, 21, to his ex-girlfriend Jesy Nelson in relation to their teenage experiences with fame.
Comedian Donna, 38, was the next to join AJ and Will on the outside, with JoJo being the final star evicted before Danny Beard, 32, and Jack were left sitting waiting for the the winner to be announced. In the end, Jack came out on top.
Earlier this week, Celebrity Big Brother bosses revealed the full voting breakdown - and it's wasn't good news for Chris. Due to the fact Chris was the first to be evicted from the house, it has since been revealed that he received only 2.52% of the public votes in the final. Next up, Chesney wasn't far ahead of Chris as he received 3.04% of votes.
Donna was next after she received 8.18% of the public votes while JoJo was close with 13.17% of votes. In the end, it was even closer between Danny and Jack as the Drag Race UK star scored 35.72% of votes. But ultimately, it was Coronation Street star Jack who came out on top - but not by much - with 37.37% of the votes.

Good Morning Britain's Ed Balls warned to 'move on' after calling co-star 'podgy'
The ITV presenter left fans shocked with his comment. Good Morning Britain host Ed Balls left his co-stars shocked after making a comment about Charlotte Hawkins' weight. The presenter, 58, has previously sparked controversy over fiery clashes on the ITV daytime programme, however, this time, his fellow GMB stars were left warning him. As Melvin Odoom wrapped up the showbiz segment on Tuesday morning, Ed and Charlotte were delighted to see an old video of one of her earliest TV appearances. She'd been in a fashion segment on This Morning and exclaimed, "There's a reason why people don't see that." "Has Charlotte aged well or badly?" Ed asked viewers. He then said, "I think you've aged beautifully, you almost look younger now than then." "Back then, you were a bit more podgy," he said, gesturing around his face and chin. As Charlotte laughed it off, Melvin warned, "Ed, move on!" "Did Ed really just say Charlotte looked fat when she was younger? Has he looked in the mirror lately? He's so rude," one astounded viewer wrote. Another said: "He'll be up in front of the producers for that quip." Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX. Strictly Come Dancing contestant 'confirmed' as fans spot huge reality star at rehearsals
Eagle-eyed Strictly Come Dancing stars have reportedly spotted a huge star arriving at the BBC Elstree studios for rehearsals The Strictly Come Dancing professionals were all smiles as they rocked up for the first day of rehearsals for the new series on Monday. Ahead of its launch in September, a whole host of familiar faces were papped on Monday morning as they made their way into the rehearsal studio and they were joined by two new recruits. However, it wasn't just the professional dancers that caught fans eyes as one huge reality TV star was reportedly seen arriving at the studio in BBC's Elstree base. According to onlookers, none other than former Love Island star Dani Dyer was spotted arriving at the studios. Naturally, this has sent Strictly fans into overdrive as they believe that mum-of-three Dani, 28, would be the perfect contestant for the long-running BBC dance competition. Sharing a post to Reddit, one user wrote: "My daughter's a receptionist at Elstree and was super excited that she saw Dani Dyer at the studio yesterday. Something to do with Strictly??" Someone else replied: "She is rumoured actually! I guess she will be on it, she'll be good." And another Reddit user echoed: "I've heard her name floating around so that would be brill news." Last month, Dani's name was thrown into the hat as rumours began to circulate about who the stars would be this year. A source told The Sun at the time: "Bosses are thrilled she's agreed to take part and are ironing out her fee. "She's bubbly, down-to-earth and straight-talking and producers reckon she'll make an ideal contestant - not to mention the bonus of having Jarrod and dad Danny in the audience supporting her." It comes after all of the professional dancers, old and new, were seen arriving at the very first day of rehearsals for the long-awaited 2025 series. First to be seen arriving, was much-loved star, Amy Dowden, who is back in business after being forced to leave the show early last year while recovering from a foot injury. The Welsh wonder, who also underwent chemotherapy and a mastectomy in May 2023 following her breast cancer diagnosis, looked delighted to be back with her pals as she smiled for photographers, clutching a coffee and a Holland and Barret bag. Also flashing a smile a mile wide was last year's champion, Dianne Buswell. The Aussie, who lifted the Glitterball trophy with Chris McCausland, arrived at the dance studio sporting a tan waistcoat and matching boots with cut-off denim shorts alongside fellow pro, Kai Widdrington, who flashed the peace sign. Next to arrive was South African star, Johannes Radebe, who cut a striking figure, sporting a Protect The Dolls a paisley neckerchief and suede ankle boots. He was followed by Spanish champion, Gorka Marquez and Ukranian dancer, Nadiya Bychkova, who looked gorgeous in an all-cream ensemble with a Union Jack bag. Nadiya recently admitted that she and pro, Kai, no longer speak to one another after they briefly dated, so hopefully things will go smoothly in training today. Also seen at the studio were Vito Coppola, Lauren Oakley, Karen Hauer and Michelle Tsiakkas. They were joined by Jowita Przystal and Janette Manrara's husband, Aljaz Skorjanec. And finally, making their debut in the Strictly gang were new recruits, Alexis Warr and Julian Caillon. Alexis, hailing from the US, triumphed in So You Think You Can Dance in 2022, earning the title of America's Favourite Dancer and becoming the first female Ballroom and Latin dancer to win the accolade. Meanwhile, Julian, originally from Australia, started dancing at the tender age of 10, focusing on Ballroom and Latin American styles, and has proudly represented Australia in international competitions. The Mirror has contacted Dani Dyer's representatives and a Strictly Come Dancing spokesperson for comment on this story.

Another week of drama is ahead for soap fans - with a huge return set to shake things up in Emmerdale. April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan) vanished from the eponymous ITV village this year, finding a new friend (and love interest) in the form of Dylan (Fred Kettle). But the lad immediately left the Dales to head to rehab. In EastEnders, one fan favourite's fate could be hanging in the balance with Oscar Branning (Pierre Moullier) becoming increasingly desperate to escape his past. And there's more turmoil in Hollyoaks, Neighbours and Home and Away. Emmerdale April is terrified to find Dylan with a leg injury but he refuses to see a doctor. The pair sneak into the vets' but they're interrupted by a shocked Paddy (Dominic Brunt) who patches Dylan up. After hearing he's still homeless, Paddy offers Dylan a room for the night. Ray then tells Dylan about future work and while Mandy (Lisa Riley) is busy, Dylan reveals a hidden bag of drugs in his backpack. Meanwhile, John (Oliver Farnworth) tries to persuade a sceptical Aaron (Danny Miller) to go easy on Robert (Ryan Hawley). After an uncomfortable encounter with John, Robert attempts to clear the air with Aaron himself and hints at leaving. Ruby (Beth Cordingly) and Lewis (Bradley Riches) urge Steph (Georgia Jay) to give her relationship with Ross (Michael Parr) another chance and Lewis later orchestrates Ross giving Steph a lift to her therapy session after her car breaks down. Back at Mill Cottage, Ruby's happy to see the couple together and they make things official, with Ross denying he's been with anyone else. Later, Ruby, Lewis and Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker) go to lunch and the pair dig for gossip about Manpreet's love life. Will she tell them about her fling with Ross? Elsewhere, Charity (Emma Atkins) has devastating news for Sarah (Katie Hill) and Vinny (Bradley Johnson) continues to feel conflicted about his sexuality and turns to the internet for answers. Kevin tells Debbie (Sue Devaney) he thinks he's losing Abi. At the hotel, Abi is shocked when she sees a message on Carl's phone from Fiona. After buying cheap suits for Dev and Aadi (Adam Hussain), Bernie is having a low key hen do in the Bistro until she gets word that the boys have hired a pole dancer. Bernie's furious as she storms out. Later, Dev and Bernie's wedding day goes from bad to worse when the quads fall ill. Bernie then forgets her lucky charm but when she runs home to get it, she interrupts a burglary. Meanwhile, Debbie stuns guests with a bombshell. Kit (Jacob Roberts) learns more about Brody's (Ryan Mulvey) upbringing and is upset to hear how bad it was. Wanting to help him, Kit takes him to a match. But when he invites Sarah (Tina O'Brien) for lunch with him and Brody, things don't go as planned. Elsewhere, Todd (Gareth Pierce) tells Theo (James Cartwright) the corner shop flat is available. But Todd is bemused when Theo refuses to spend time with him and Summer (Harriet Bibby). Later, an incident with Aadi lands Theo in trouble with the law. EastEnders Oscar's week gets off to a bad start when Mike arrives and demands £5k in return for the Brannings' safety. He initially tries to lure Ian into a business deal to find extra cash but when Ian refuses, Oscar tells Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) everything. Patrick (Rudolph Walker) and Howie (Delroy Atkinson) place a bet against Yolande's (Angela Wynter) wishes - and win £6k. But Yolande later lambasts Patrick for betting and calls the wedding off. Cash-strapped Oscar breaks into No.20 to steal Patrick's winnings but he's caught red-handed. Before long, Oscar pushes Patrick leading to him falling to the floor unconscious. Avani (Aaliyah James) and Suki (Balvinder Sopal) prepare for Avani's 12-week scan but Eve (Heather Peace) remains unconvinced by Suki's plan. When Vinny (Shiv Jalota) returns from Ash's wedding, Eve seizes the opportunity to speak to Avani alone and later encourages Suki to speak to her son. Later, Eve and Avani lie to Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) after she finds a receipt from the hospital. The pair are caught up by Ross, Viki (Alice Haig), Kat (Jessie Wallace) and Alfie (Shane Richie) and Joel lashes out. Later, Joel and Ross bond over an innocent video from Joel's idol influencer.
