Sofia Richie Grainge's The Row Sandals Look Just Like This $55 Amazon Style

Flip-flops are having their moment again. Just ask Jennifer Aniston, Gigi Hadid, or the entire Cosmo team, who have embraced the thong sandal revival with open arms—and pedicured toes. If you had any doubt about the polarizing shoe trend left, this should settle it: Certified it girl Sofia Richie Grainge just shared back-to-back Instagrams in the style.
While vacationing in the French Riviera (at the same opulent hotel as her royal wedding!) Sofia has been reaching for the exact flip-flops that, well, all of Hollywood is wearing: The Row Dune Cotton Flat Thong Sandals. Jennifer Lawrence, Zoë Kravitz, Kendall Jenner, and Hailey Bieber have all been spotted in the trending shoe. But, here's the thing: While they can afford to spend $690 on a rubber flip-flop, I cannot! And, I don't have to! There's a $55 version on Amazon that looks identical—down to Sofia's colorway.
The lookalike sandal has the same red textured outsole and ribbed black thong strap as the designer style. They're so similar, in fact, that I'm quite sure I couldn't tell the difference in a side-by-side. The rubber footbed offers just the right amount of cushion, and you don't have to worry about blisters thanks to its soft ribbon-like fabric. Shoppers can confirm!
"They are very comfortable to wear. The insole has a raised massaging surface that feels really good on the bottom of your feet," one reviewer says. "The straps are fabric so they do not cut into your toes or feet."
Another customer adds that the flip-flops are so "cute, comfy, and affordable" that they've "had many pairs over the years."
In addition to the classic red and black style Sofia opted for, Amazon also has an all-black sandal and black and sand color combo just like The Row versions Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber chose. Oh, and the beauty of a flip-flop (and these, in particular)??? They go with everything. Hailey wore the Dunes with leggings, Kendall styled 'em with jeans, and Sofia paired the shoes with several different swimwear looks.
So, if you're looking to cosplay as a girl who can afford $690 flip-flops (without actually spending that), now's your chance! I'm certainly taking it!

A Modern Plant-Based Chinese Restaurant and Tea Lounge Opens in Echo Park

When Minty Zhu and chef Alex Falco moved from Miami to Los Angeles, the husband-and-wife team hit the ground running by scouting locations, initiating pop-ups in Los Angeles's vegan restaurants, and, finally, signing a lease in Echo Park in March 2025. Men & Beasts debuts on June 18 with a modern plant-based twist on Chinese classics and a curated tea program in the former Cosa Buona space. The couple closed their award-winning Miami restaurant, Minty Z, in the summer of 2024, and kept an eye on relocating to Southern California. Six years ago, the couple stayed in an Airbnb just a few blocks from their future restaurant. They finally moved to LA in the fall of 2024. 'We love LA and are very excited to be in this neighborhood and be part of the community,' says Zhu. Zhu and Falco chose their restaurant's name from a quote by the ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius: 'Without feelings of respect, what is there to distinguish men from beasts?' Men & Beasts focuses on reimagining traditional Chinese dishes with seasonal ingredients, a vegan lens, and an all-homemade approach — all of its vegan proteins, doughs, and dim sum are made in house. Zha zhang mian noodles with fried bean sauce and kung pao tofu comprise the wok-fried section, while cold menu dishes include smashed cucumber and spicy tofu. Dim sum options are pan-fried dumplings with shiitake mushrooms, salt and pepper wings made with seitan, baby carrots with black sesame and mint, and a Los Angeles–influenced elote puff with taro, sweet corn, cashew, cilantro, and lime. Only a handful of Los Angeles restaurants offer tea ceremonies in Los Angeles, including Chinatown's Steep LA and Koreatown's Chado Tea Room. Men & Beasts hopes to engage its diners with a Gong Fu tea ceremony. 'We work exclusively with [the Arcadia-based] Yoshantea,' says Zhu. Gong Fu Cha translates to 'making tea with skill' and will follow Taiwanese tea-making traditions. The tea ceremony is $24 per person, or $20 for a pot of jade green oolong, jasmine, and more. They sourced wines from the Angeleno Wine Co. and Moorpark's Friendly Noise, while beers hail from Glendale's Brewyard Beer Company. Non-alcoholic options are Long Beach's Fine Feathers Kombucha, cold brew oolong, and Mexican Coke. The corner of Sunset Boulevard and Alvarado Street is a prime spot for the Men & Beasts. Zhu and Falco spent three months reworking the space by re-exposing the formerly covered bare brick walls, removing the booths, and installing a tea room with a long community table with two- and four-top tables that seat 48. Men & Beasts has a separate tea room lounge that seats 24, plus a private dining area. Echo Park lost a group of vegan (or formerly vegan) restaurants in recent years with the closing of Elf and Sage Regenerative Kitchen. Both changed their menus from plant-based to meat before shuttering to focus on future projects (Elf), or failing to find its footing after adding regenerative meats to the menu (Sage). With Men & Beasts' introduction into the neighborhood, the local community gets a fully vegan option that is betting on itself — and its own unique lens. Men & Beasts is open Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with weekend brunch service debuting later this summer at 2100 W. Sunset Boulevard, Echo Park, CA, 90026. Secure a table via Resy . Sofia Franklyn Compares Herself To Scooter Braun

Former Call Her Daddy host Sofia Franklyn just compared her departure from the podcast to one of the biggest music industry feuds, and it's a rather bold statement. Sofia hosted the Call Her Daddy podcast alongside her roommate, Alex Cooper, from 2018 to 2020. Today, Sofia is the host of her own hit podcast, Sofia with an F. In her new Hulu docuseries Call Her Alex, Alex explained that she and Sofia signed a three-year contract and a "70 grand" deal with Barstool Sports at the beginning of their podcast together. When the popularity of Call Her Daddy skyrocketed, the co-hosts renegotiated their pay in 2020. In the series, Alex said Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy told them, "If you stay at Barstool for one more year, you can own Call Her Daddy."According to the series, Sofia didn't want to take the new deal and decided to leave the podcast, to which Alex said, "I realized the 'Daddy Gang' was bigger than both of us," and believes she made the correct decision. Speaking of her dynamic with Sofia, Alex also said in the docuseries, "It was the classic, 'You think you see something online and people genuinely believe you're like sisters, but our relationship was so awful.'" On June 16, Sofia appeared on the Trading Secrets podcast with Bachelor alum Jason Tartick to explain her side of the exit from Call Her Daddy, and that's when she compared it to the drama between Taylor Swift and Scooter Braun. Sofia has remained relatively quiet about her exit from the podcast. Now, she finally explained that she made this decision out of fear of "looking crazy" if she was honest about her fallout with Alex. However, she could relate to how people were "villainized" in the situation between Taylor and Scooter. In 2019, Scooter acquired Taylor Swift's catalog, which ignited a very public feud between the two, with Scooter receiving a lot of backlash. Taylor went on to re-record and release four studio albums. In May 2025, Taylor announced that she had finally bought back her music catalog. Sofia told Jason that Scooter is a dream podcast guest based on what he experienced during the feud over Taylor's masters. "When I saw the Taylor Swift stuff and looked into it, he looked like a horrible human being," Sofia said. "Then in hindsight, when I was really looking at the details, it's like, well ... he bought something legally ... He was so villainized." What makes Sofia's comparison a miss, in my opinion, is that Scooter and Taylor's feud goes beyond his purchase of the label Big Machine Records, which included Taylor's music, and the subsequent sale to another company. Scooter was Kanye West's (now Ye) manager during his 2016 beef with Taylor, and she has apparently considered him her nemesis for awhile. Their feud even resulted in Taylor being labeled a "snake" and blasted on social media. Scooter was even pictured in a screenshot from a FaceTime call with Ye and Justin Bieber with the caption: "Taylor swift what up." Scooter's proximity to Taylor's situation with Kanye over the release of his controversial song "Famous" and even the footage Kim Kardashian released later in an attempt to discredit the "Karma" singer, it's no surprise she wasn't a fan of her music catalog being even referenced that photo of Scooter, Justin, and Ye, claiming she received "incessant, manipulative bullying" from Scooter, like "when Kim Kardashian orchestrated an illegally recorded snippet of a phone call to be leaked and then Scooter got his two clients together to bully me online about it." Perhaps the split of the Call Her Daddy hosts was as toxic as the Taylor and Scooter drama that lasted over many years and involved several high-profile celebrities with the internet fandoms blowing it out of proportion — but I personally would never want to compare myself to that.
