This High Street Shirt Looks Like Loewe – But It's Over £500 Cheaper

Few sartorial wins feel as satisfying as spotting a designer-looking staple on the high street. From M&S's scarf coat (a dead-ringer for Toteme's sell-out style) to Anthropologie's Melie Bianco bag featuring the same woven detailing as the coveted Bottega design, the high street continues to deliver affordable gems that punch well above their price tag. This month, fashion set favourite Zara has taken the spotlight with a chic new shirt that channels Loewe.
The shirt in question? Zara's Embroidered Pocket Shirt, featuring detailing that looks strikingly similar to Loewe's cult-favourite Cotton Embroidered Logo Shirt. Crafted from a soft fabric, it combines the sophisticated fit of a shirt with the relaxed fabric of Lyocell - making it a go-to for smart balmy weather dressing, especially now that temperatures are on the rise. Naturally, the most stylish dressers have already taken notice of Zara's shirt, and one quick scroll through Instagram will reveal a laundry list of fashion insiders already wearing the designer-style number.

This cool shirt is a versatile addition to your summer wardrobe, taking you from work to dinner plans in an instant - just switch up your shoes.
Of course, this isn't the first time a high street brand has looked to the Spanish label for inspiration. Last year, the coveted Loewe Squeeze bag - a chain embellished leather staple loved by everyone from Emily Ratajowski to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley - was reimagined by H&M for a fraction of the price. Shortly after, the viral Anagram tank top (worn by the likes of Kylie Jenner) triggered a flurry of affordable lookalikes across the high street, from River Island to 4th And Reckless.
When it comes to styling, consider pairing the shirt with the matching Cotton Asymmetric Linen Skirt. Swishy and sculptural in equal measure, it adds movement to the look while keeping things polished - perfect for everything from al fresco dinners to summer office days. Alternatively, if you want to wear the shirt separately, look to the fashion pack for style inspiration - a classic pair of straight leg jeans or wide-leg trousers are all you need.

Michelle Keegan defended by fans over update days after Mark Wright apology

The Netflix and soap actress has shared a number of snaps to her Instagram, and fans were quick to defend the new mum Michelle Keegan has been flooded with messages from fans following her latest summer reveal. It comes as the actress is busy soaking up life as a new mum, having recently welcomed her first child with her husband, Mark Wright. The pair, who shared the joyous news of their daughter's arrival on March 12, have just posted an update as they take their newborn, Palma Elizabeth Wright, on her family holiday. Earlier in April, Michelle and Mark treated their Instagram followers to several sun-filled photos. ‌ Michelle then revisited her account to display her stunning outfits for the getaway, where they resided at the luxurious SO/ Sotogrande Spa and Golf Resort Hotel nestled in Spain's Andalusian countryside. ‌ Michelle has now uploaded a new set of snaps apparently from her Spanish getaway. The actress dazzled in a brown cut-out bathing suit, complemented with an oversized straw hat, matching bag, and a flowing white sarong. Having been spotted earlier participating in some padel and making the most of the weather as reports Manchester Evening News, Michelle captioned her Instagram: "It's an @orfilabee Summer," signaling fans to snag the chic ensemble from her own label, which she co-founded. Support poured in for Michelle Keegan as fans rallied to her defence amid a barrage of comments. One person enthused: "This collection is STUNNING @michkeegan." Another fan was equally complimentary, remarking: "Absolutely beautiful beyond words, and what a stunning range @michkeegan." Someone else stated, pointing out their admiration: "Insane collection, you look incredible." One fan joined in, saying: "You look amazing Michelle, I love the new swimwear." Someone else encouraged: "You look amazing as always enjoy your time with your gorgeous baby girl and ignore all the haters and negativity." ‌ Another supportive fan commented: "Michelle looks amazing. So unfair on these comments . It takes time to feel okay mentally regardless of physical looks. So what if she has snapped back, she may not feel that way . She is not promating 'snap back after having a baby ' she is making a living." One questioned the criticism, adding: "So if she hadn't 'snapped back' she'd be ok to post? But because she has she's being told she shouldn't post? . Unreal. You look amazing." ‌ The comments came as Mark expressed regret over a social post that was scheduled concerning flights, which some found insensitive by coinciding with the tragic Air India disaster. The horror incident involved a Gatwick-bound Boeing 787 Dreamliner, ferrying 242 people, including 53 from the UK, which fatally plummeted soon after departing Ahmedabad Airport in Gujarat. Mark faced a storm of criticism after sharing a photo on social media, where he was pictured alongside his wife Michelle Keegan and their daughter Palma in front of a private jet, complaining over the lack of legroom on commercial flights. ‌ Following a wave of backlash triggered by his upload, Mark took to Instagram with a public apology: "I apologise for a post I just put up on my page after today's heartbreaking events." Realising the insensitivity, he swiftly removed the controversial post and elaborated in his apology that it had been pre-scheduled before news of the tragedy broke. ‌ Explaining the sequence of events leading to the mishap, Mark stated: "I have posts from a holiday that are on the scheduled setting, which go out on future days I have set them for which was done last week." He continued: "It's a horrendous coincidence that today's post was on such a devastating day. Once I logged in to my Instagram and realised the post had gone out, I immediately deleted." Reflecting sincere remorse, Mark summed up: "My heart goes out to everyone who has been affected from today. I'm sorry for this mistake and any offence caused."

Zara Tindall's Royal Ascot aviator sunglasses are still available to buy

This summer chunky aviator sunglasses reign supreme as the must-have accessory, and Zara Tindall has nailed the trend with her go-to pair at this year's Royal Ascot The first day of Royal Ascot kicked off today and saw plenty of famous faces and royal family members descending on the racecourse for the world-famous event. Amongst the royal racegoers was Zara Tindall, who rarely misses the chance to attend an equestrian event. For the occasion Zara opted for a figure-flattering blue midi dress which she completed with pale pink accessories, however the part of her outfit that most caught our eye was her sunglasses, which were perfect for nailing this summer's trending aviator silhouette. Chunky aviators have become this year's must-have style of sunnies, and Zara's Ledbury Aviator-Style Sunglasses from Finlay & Co are the perfect example of how to execute the trend whilst still looking sophisticated and timeless. Despite their chunky design, the Finlay & Co shades manage to look elegant, rather than edgy, thanks to their semi-transluscent frames. This stops them from looking too heavy or obtrusive on your face, with the soft beige colour ensuring they still look expensive and luxurious. Whilst most trend-led sunglasses actually offer very little protection for your eyes, the lenses in Zara's Ledbury Aviator-Style Sunglasses are equipped with Carl Zeiss lenses for 100% protection from UVA/UVB rays, and have a graduated design which stops the glare from getting in your eyes. Each pair is also handmade in Italy from sustainable biodegradable Mazzucchelli acetate, which makes their £150 price tag all the more reasonable. We did spot some other similar styles to Zara's chic sunglasses, including this limited edition pair of Le Specs Fortune Teller Aviator-Frame Sunglasses for £65. They have a slightly more square-shaped aviator design, with green-tinted lenses that also offer 100% UV protection. Meanwhile this pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses (£139) have a more traditional rounded aviator design, and come in five colours. Meanwhile bargain hunters can pick up H&M's £12.99 Aviator Sunglasses in four different colourways, although it's worth noting that their lenses are 'UV protective' tinted plastic, and may not offer the same protection as the 100% coverage other pairs do. However if you want to get your hands on Zara's exact pair, you can still snap up the Finlay & Co Ledbury Aviator-Style Sunglasses for £150 from Harvey Nichols. You can also pick them up directly from the Finlay & Co website where they're priced at £160 and give you the option of adding prescription or polarised lenses.
