Bunnie Xo Has Painful Reaction to Jelly Roll's 200-Pound Weight Loss
Originally appeared on E! Online Jelly Roll almost had his filling squeezed out. Thanks to some playful fun from his wife Bunnie Xo, the 'Son of a Sinner' singer was the recipient of two body slams that caught him off guard. Referencing Jelly's 200-pound weight loss over the past two years, Bunnie (real name Alyssa DeFord) wrote atop an Aug. 15 TikTok video, 'When you have to check and make sure he's still your squish after all the weight loss.' The clip showed Jelly Roll (real name Bradley DeFord) leaning against a rock wall as the Dumb Blonde podcast host—with whom he tied the knot in 2016—stood in front of him. Seemingly out of nowhere, she leaned lunged forward and slammed her chest against his, prompting a look of surprise and a 'Whoa' from Jelly Roll before he playfully taunted her to do it again. After the second slam, Jelly Roll feigned a look of pain before pulling Bunnie—who is stepmom to his kids Bailee Ann, 17, and Noah Buddy, 8, from previous relationships—into a kiss and hug while placing his hands on her behind and giving it a squeeze. Earlier this month, he gave an update on his weight loss progress while giving a motivational speech to the Tennessee Titans football team. 'I can't get on the field but goddamn it I'm close. I lost 200 pounds,' he told the NFL players in an Aug. 6 video. 'I told coach I'm getting a contract if I lose another 50." In fact, Jelly Roll—who started at 540 pounds—has been adamant about reaching his goal weight for other reasons, too. "To do all the fun stuff in life, you've gotta be under 250," he said during an April appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, explaining that he hopes to go skydiving, ride rollercoasters, go bullriding and wrestle an alligator. "I've got a list of things I want to do." Read on for a look through Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo's cutest moments as a couple. The Pink Stuff's "Sqeezy" sponge set, which is living up to its "miracle" catchphrase by helping reviewers with their toughest cleaning projects, like grimy pans, mildewed showers, and marked-up walls. If you aren't already in the cult of Pink Stuff cleaning paste, it's so good at its job that reviewers call it "gold in a jar" and "witchcraft." This is the perfect alternative to pricey paint jobs and replacing cookware! Lumify Eye Drops, a product so beloved by TikTok that despite being more $$ than other brands, it's the number one selling brand on Amazon right now. Reviewers swear by this for instant reduction in redness in their eyes, with visible differences within a minute of use. A set of luxurious Fomin antibacterial paper soap sheets that come in tea tree oil, sweet orange, and refreshing lavender scents, so even when you're washing up on the side of the road, you can feel like the belle of the ball. A set of family-friendly pastel "unbreakable" deep plates perfect for anyone who needs to be practical, but doesn't want to sacrifice on prettiness. These chic plates are unexpectedly lightweight, making them easier for kids to use, but are still dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe for up to three minutes. This uses lightweight ~tubing~ technology to wrap around lashes and give them a natural-looking, smudge-proof extension so good it almost looks fake. The real boon, though, is how easily the "tubes" slide off in clean, easy swipes at the end of the day when you're washing your face — absolutely no smudging, over-scrubbing, or special eye makeup removal products required. A set of reviewer-beloved "Loops Quiet 2," aka the "earplugs for people who hate earplugs." These lightweight plugs are so subtle that people won't notice you wearing them, and are meticulously designed to muffle distracting, irritating, or overwhelming noise without completely blocking out the world around you. Reviewers love to wear them at the office or in noisy homes — this way they can still stay aware of your surroundings without getting overwhelmed by them. Eos' Shea Butter Vanilla Cashmere body lotion, which TikTok has spent years going *feral* over both because of the lightweight, long-lasting moisture, and the soothing, delicious smell that reviewers compare to more expensive brands like Philosophy and Bath & Body Works. It's so beloved that Eos recently released a matching Vanilla Cashmere Shave Oil! A bottle of Angry Orange pet odor eliminator that's working OVERTIME on preventing you from replacing your carpets — not only does this vanish the evidence of pet-related stains and odors, but it leaves the area smelling so nice that you'll be like, "Um, is this my new signature perfume??" Oxo's compact Cold Brew Rapid Brewer to make cold brew in FIVE MINUTES (!!) with results so quick and delicious that reviewers love it more than their beloved Aeropresses (and even call it "Aeropress 2.0"). Not only is it faster than comparable models, but it's cheaper, entirely portable, and doesn't need to be charged or plugged in. 🤯 You're going to be swimming in a RIVER of delicious, affordable cold brew with this gizmo. Reef Water platform sandals, aka the ultimate in cute, comfortable, and water-friendly sandals that will be the "go-to" shoe. These don't have a break-in period, can be dressed up or down, and have a cheeky little platform to them so you can cosplay as someone an inch taller than you usually are. Reviewers ESPECIALLY love these for traveling because of how versatile they are! A set of heavy duty Tub O Towels wipes that are most definitely not here to play — they're basically the paper towel version of The Rock and can lift up stains on anything from grease to permanent marker to nail polish. Bonus: they're tough on stains, but the aloe vera in them makes them super gentle on skin! Reviewers love how deep the clean feels, and also how soft it is on sensitive teeth! L'Oreal Paris Infallible 3-Second Setting Spray Mist so darn phenomenal at its job that one reviewer calls it "hairspray for your face," and several compare it to the $34 One/Size setting spray at triple the price. A "holy grail" Coop Home Goods pillow designed for side, back, *and* stomach sleepers to get the best shut-eye of their lives. Hot sleepers especially swear by these, and reviewers love how durable they are and how nicely they drape on mattresses. All of the luxury of being a rich person on an HBO drama, without any exorbitant prices (or murder)! Reviewers mention noticing a visible difference even after one use! You are about to become the definition of "I woke up like this" ✨. Uniqlo's adorable and ridiculously travel-friendly Round Mini Shoulder Bag, which seems to defy the laws of cuteness and physics. Every time I see someone start pulling things out of one of these, I'm like, "How on earth did you fit an entire marching band and six weeks worth of clothes in one teensy little bag?" A Benzene-free, travel-friendly applicator of I Dew Care's dry shampoo powder so easy to use that you can just dab it on your hairline and rub it in for an instant, oil-absorbing refresh. Now your "no wash" days are a secret that you and your roots will never tell 👀. An oral rinse made with a mild mint flavor that packs a powerful punch — this formula fights bad breath for a full 24 hours and can combat those sour, bitter, and metallic tastes you can sometimes get in your mouth. A beautifully packaged, travel-friendly Touchland Glow Mist hydrating hand sanitizer for anyone who's like "mindfully practicing health and safety, but make it fashion." Unlike other sanitizer sprays, it's infused with aloe vera to keep your skin hydrated and has the most luxurious floral scents. A pack of cult-favorite Clean Skin Club Clean Towels — these ultra-soft, chemical-free disposable towels are ideal for drying your face or pairing with a makeup remover or face wash to gently remove makeup at the end of the day. A lot of folks with sensitive skin *swear* by these, particularly because it helps prevent exposing their skin to bacteria that may collect in ordinary reusable towels. MagicMinerals AirBrush Foundation, which lives up to its name and THEN some — one quick spray of the foundation on the included brush, and it glides so smoothly and subtly over your skin texture that you'll feel like a makeup artist did it for you. Reviewers in their thirties, forties, and up especially swear by this lightweight but effective formula, and love that it's ridiculously easy to use. A pair of gorgeous kitchen shears that are as functional as they are stunning — reviewers love these all-purpose, super sharp blades for cutting everything from meat and fruit to opening packages and wrangling with complicated wrapping. A Stasher makeup and toiletries bag so leakproof and easy to wash that it will become the MVP of travelers with beauty products. Plus, you KNOW when Stasher says leakproof, they sure mean it — this food-grade silicone is the same material they use for their iconic food storage bags, which is so durable you can literally put it in the dishwasher. A "smart" elevated dish rack designed to optimize every inch of itself — it features adaptable spots for all your dishes, a ridged mat for faster drying, a drain spout, and a drying mat underneath to catch extra moisture and keep your counters clean. This dish rack is better prepared for its job that I have been in my ENTIRE life. A "crush-proof" July carry-on suitcase that you might actually develop a crush on? Not only is it designed for easy maneuvering, it comes with an ejectable battery to charge your gadgets, a compression system so you don't have to play the "smush everything in here, so help me god" game, and even features a sneaky odor-proof laundry bag. A set of square stemmed wineglasses inspired by the iconic Crate & Barrel version, except these are durable as heck (good for particularly rowdy wine-and-cheese nights). Reviewers especially love these chic, understated glasses because they work well for red and white wines. An adjustable meditation chair that is not only quite the lovely aesthetic, but *super* handy for restless workers. This lumbar supportive chair not only swivels, but lets you sit eight different ways to suit your needs, making it the champion of restless, fidgeting humans everywhere. A truly miraculous sand-free beach blanket designed to repel sand and dirt so easily that you'll wonder if someone cast a spell on it. Parents especially love this because babies and toddlers can lay on it without getting sand in their mouths, and it's ridiculously easy to repack without worrying about taking half the sand in the beach from with you. Oh, and it's also GINORMOUS. (And packs up super small!) Béis's Crescent Weekender Bag, the latest launch from Shay Mitchell's Instagram-beloved, reviewer-fave travel accessories brand. This elevated, versatile bag is ridiiiiculously roomy and built for all kinds of travel scenarios, whether it's a weekend trip on its own, or mounted on a wheeling bag using the built-in trolley strap. A vintage-style six-in-one Bluetooth record player that is not only a stunning statement piece for your living room, but plays *deep breath* vinyls, CDs, AND cassettes along with connecting to Bluetooth and the radio, so you can walk down every single musical path on memory lane. Built's "Puff Protein Bars" that are basically chocolate-covered marshmallows that also, by some witchcraft, have 17 entire grams of protein in them?? And NO weird aftertaste. If you are also someone who is in a perpetual state of "I need protein or I will bite someone's brain off," I am telling you, nothing in this WORLD will feel better than pulling one of these out of your bag.

Rescue Dog Meets Rescue Horse for First Time, Takes Unexpected Turn
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. You might expect a dog and a horse meeting for the first time to involve a cautious stare, a curious sniff, or maybe a wagging tail. But when a 4-year-old rescue dog named Petal was introduced to Simon, a 3-year-old horse, things took an unexpected turn. Instead of a gentle greeting, Simon leaned in and gave Petal's head a nibble. Fortunately, the encounter was all in good fun and no animals were harmed in the making of the TikTok clip shared to @boochaces. So far, the August 15 video has already amassed over 1.1 million views and more than 191,700 likes. Newsweek spoke to Caitlin Cimini, founder of the New Jersey-based sanctuary Rancho Relaxo, who was holding Petal during the viral moment. From left: Simon the horse nudges Petal the dog's head; and Moose the equine does the same thing. From left: Simon the horse nudges Petal the dog's head; and Moose the equine does the same thing. TikTok/@boochaces "Petal is so sweet, quiet and gentle," she said. "She is used to the chaos of a hoarding situation." Petal's story is one of resilience. The Animal Humane Society estimates that up to 250,000 animals per year are victims of hoarding. Newsweek spoke to Justine Wilkinson, an environmental health officer at Northumbria University in England, who studies the psychological roots of animal hoarding. Wilkinson said: "People who hoard animals often report living in a chaotic domestic environment during childhood; childhood problems with caregivers, e.g., unstable, neglectful, abusive, absent, or inconsistent; and stressful life events in child and adulthood. "They also report relying on animals during childhood, suggesting provision as alternative attachment figures and providing security without fear of rejection." The clip features not just Simon, but also Moose—the first horse who approaches Petal. The 10-year-old black horse goes in for what sanctuary owner Cimini described as an "abrasive" sniff, while Simon follows with his now-infamous nibble. "He is still so curious as he is young," Cimini said. Both horses were rescued from slaughter and have since thrived at Rancho Relaxo. "Simon is a very sociable horse," Cimini said. "He was rescued from slaughter two years ago, and you would never know he came from facing that terrible fate. He is a happy, affectionate horse. "Moose was originally rescued from slaughter by a rescue that ended up failing the animals under their care—which is when we stepped in. So, he was saved twice," Cimini added. TikTok Reacts As expected, TikTok users had plenty to say about the moment that is described as an "unforgettable experience," according to the on-screen text. "Do you wanna meet a horse for the first time? Dog: *entire life flashes past it*" joked one commenter, racking up more than 12,000 likes. Another wrote: "Simon asking is this a sweet treat." A third posted: "That poor dog wondering if life on streets is better."
