Dyson, Big W, Oodie, Boody slash prices in flash sale: 'Up to 70 per cent off'
Bargain lovers rejoice! The Afterpay Day sale is here - and given that the post-shopping glow of Black Friday and Boxing Day has long since faded in our memory, it's about time we showed our wallets some low-cost love.
The sale officially runs between March 20 and 23, with savings of up to 70 per cent on a whole range of popular brands. The best bit? You don't actually need to use Afterpay (the buy-now-pay-later service that allows shoppers to snap up a bargain online or in-store and then pay for it in instalments) to take advantage.
Nup. No matter how you pay, you can still nab discounted buys from a huge number of retailers - and there are some other tricks worth knowing too.
"I love sale periods, as someone who works in the backend of e-commerce I know to truly never buy anything full price,' style blogger Gem Taktikos, who goes by @what.gem.wore on TikTok and focuses on mid-size fashion, tells Yahoo Lifestyle.
'These core sales periods during the year give me a chance to really ensure I'm buying stuff I want and at the best price possible. I love using the app Carted to keep track of everything wishlist-wise."
So, now you've got that wishlist sorted, here's what else you need to know.

Neither Kmart nor Bunnings has spruiked a sale specifically for Afterpay Day this year, but that's not to say there are no bargains to be had.
Both retailers do offer Afterpay as a payment method, and sales aside, there are other ways to make more of your shop with these popular stores.
Onepass - a membership program that provides customers with benefits across some of Australia's most loved brands including Kmart, Bunnings, Officeworks and more - allows you to supercharge your shop in other ways.
Benefits include free delivery with no minimum spend on eligible items or orders each time you shop online at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks & Priceline, and 5x Flybuys points for every $1 spent in-store and with Click and Collect at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks.
Monthly membership of OnePass can start with a 30-day free trial and is then just $4/month.
You should note that bonus Flybuys points are not available for online purchases and more details are available at OnePass.com.au.
Big W, meanwhile, does have an Afterpay Day sale this year, with some great discounts up for grabs.
Offers include the Dyson V8 Origin 2024 on sale for $399, a saving of $300.
There are so many great deals on offer it's hard to know where to start, so we've broken it down into categories.
Boody
We can start with undies, because… who doesn't need a new pair? Boody - the self-professed home of the 'comfiest underwear' is offering (almost) everything for Afterpay Day.
If you haven't tried Boody's 'magically comfy and flattering' briefs, you really should because this basics brand has a cult following and more than 90k five star reviews. So popular is the brand that it counts major celebs such as Emily Ratajkowski, Kylie Jenner and Bella Hadid as fans!
Bestselling buys include the Full Briefs, which have a soft, wide, flat-ribbed waistband designed for gentle support and to prevent rolling.
'These are the only briefs I wear now. Best fit and very comfy. Don't ride up,' one happy customer declares online.
'These underwear are perfect! They have a nice high rise, soft material that stays in place, super comfy! Highly recommend!' another writes.
For those looking for something other than undies, you'll be pleased to hear Boody's Afterpay Day sale includes luxurious vegan silk pyjamas, and the perfect white t-shirt.

The Collagen Co
Those who love collagen powder will be pleased to know that The Collagen Co - home of 'collagen peptides that work while delighting your tastebuds' - is offering 15 percent off storewide for Afterpay Day.
Products on offer include the popular Beauty Marine Collagen powder, made from 100 percent pure Australian-made marine collagen peptides plus hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and vitamin C, and the new Super Beauty Greens, which are blend of organic greens, collagen, pre and probiotics, digestive enzymes, super fruits, vegetables and more.
Enter the code SALE15 and enjoy a discount between March 20 and March 24.
Will & Zo
This purpose-driven brand is vegan and cruelty-free and was born out of its founder Annalise's own struggles with problem skin.
For Afterpay Day, it's discounting its best-seller - the Body Breakout Set - by 20 per cent.
The set includes the Here Body Breakout Cleanser and the Now Body Spray, a powerful combination to combat body breakouts day and night.
It has rave reviews online.
'I seriously did not expect these products to have such an impact in my life. I now feel confident enough to wear singlet tops to the gym rather than an oversized t-shirt, that covered my arms as well as my back,' one happy customer writes.
'I'm so glad I found Will & Zo on TikTok 'cause I was really worried about my back in the lead up to my wedding,' another says.
Will & Zo's Afterpay Day sales offer runs until March 27.
Ergoflex
Ergoflex brought the 'mattress in a box' concept to Australia back in 2010 and offers the 5G Memory Foam Mattress, an orthopaedic memory foam mattress that moulds to the contours of your body.
Hailed as the '#1 mattress for back pain', it also has a removable and washable Tencel cover.
For Afterpay Day, Ergoflex is offering up to 30 percent off site wide on mattresses, bed frames, pillows, protectors and sheets - with the sale ending March 31.
Head to https://www.ergoflex.com.au/ for all the deals.
Sleep Republic
Mattress provider Sleep Republic is offering 15 percent off its mattresses for Afterpay Day.
The brand found a way to create pocket spring-loaded mattresses which can still fit in a box - making for easy delivery.
It also offers gel-infused memory foam that contours to your body providing 'pressure relief'.
The brand has been given the accolade of offering Australia's 'Best Overall' Mattress in a Box by Bedbuyer for three years, including 2025.
The brand is so confident you'll like your mattress, they say if you don't 'you can return it. No hidden conditions, pesky asterisks, or added fees.'
Find out more, here.
Ecosa
Bedding company Ecosa is offering a mammoth Afterpay Day sale deal, with up to 35 percent off site wide until March 23.
Offering a range of mattresses with different levels of support - including spring, hybrid and memory foam options - each comes with a 100-night trial for risk-free testing; ergonomic design for optimal spine alignment; a 15-Year limited warranty, and fast and free shipping in metro areas.

Is Amazon Clearing Out Dyson? This Hair Dryer Has Just Dropped to a New All-Time Low
Dyson is famously known for rarely offering discounts on its products – much like Apple – which carefully preserves its brand image by avoiding price reductions. This strategy keeps their products positioned as premium and exclusive. Even during major sales events like Black Friday or Prime Day, Dyson discounts are few and far between, which makes any price drop a rare occasion. However, today Amazon is breaking the mold with an exceptional deal on the Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer: It is at an all-time low price of $399, down from its usual list price of $499 and this 20% saving is major for such a popular high-end hair styling tool. If you're looking for such a hair dryer, don't miss this opportunity. See at Amazon The Dyson Supersonic hair dryer was designed to revolutionize the hair care experience: It features Dyson's high-speed digital motor V9 which turns at speeds of up to 110,000 rpm for fast drying and protecting hair from extreme heat damage. The motor is small, light and positioned in the handle, and it adds to balance and reducing arm fatigue while handling the product. Its intelligent heat control tracks air temperature over 40 times per second so it never reaches above its optimal point to prevent damage to hair and maintain natural shine. The Supersonic Nural has one of the most impressive features among any hair dryer in this kind of sophisticated airflow technology: It uses Dyson's Air Multiplier technology for amplifying the air three-fold which gives a high-speed stream of refrained air that dries the hair efficiently and precisely, for faster styling without compromising hair health. There are magnetic styling attachments like a smoothing nozzle, styling concentrator and diffuser which can be simply swapped out to match various hairstyles and styling needs. Dyson Supersonic Nural comes with a sleek and modern design where both comfort and efficiency for users are the prime considerations: The lightweight construction and handle design for optimal comfort enable easy handling, even when styling for hours. Noise level is also surprisingly low compared to any hair dryer, thanks to acoustic engineering that reduces noise without sacrificing power. Quiet-driven individuals will find this feature crucial. If you've been hesitant to invest in a high-end hair dryer, now is the perfect time to take advantage of this all-time low price. See at Amazon

Why Lululemon (LULU) Stock Is Nosediving
Shares of athletic apparel retailer Lululemon (NASDAQ:LULU) fell 19.4% in the afternoon session after the company reported underwhelming Q1 2025 results. Its EPS guidance for next quarter missed and its full-year EPS guidance fell short of Wall Street's estimates. Sales and earnings were roughly in line with expectations, with the softness resulting from slowing growth in the Americas, where comparable sales declined, despite international markets continuing to deliver significantly better growth. Overall, this was a weaker quarter. The shares closed the day at $265.29, down 19.6% from previous close. The stock market overreacts to news, and big price drops can present good opportunities to buy high-quality stocks. Is now the time to buy Lululemon? Access our full analysis report here, it's free. Lululemon's shares are somewhat volatile and have had 13 moves greater than 5% over the last year. But moves this big are rare even for Lululemon and indicate this news significantly impacted the market's perception of the business. The biggest move we wrote about over the last year was 6 months ago when the stock gained 18.4% on the news that the company reported strong third-quarter results, which surpassed analysts' revenue expectations on a convincing same-store sales beat. The result revealed strong double-digit top-line growth in China and the rest of the World. The company also observed record engagement metrics at the top of the funnel during the Black Friday event mostly from its online channels. This signaled a strong start to the holiday shopping season. Looking ahead, guidance was roughly in line, which was encouraging. Overall, this quarter had some key positives. Lululemon is down 28.7% since the beginning of the year, and at $265.41 per share, it is trading 37% below its 52-week high of $421.16 from January 2025. Investors who bought $1,000 worth of Lululemon's shares 5 years ago would now be looking at an investment worth $841.77. Here at StockStory, we certainly understand the potential of thematic investing. Diverse winners from Microsoft (MSFT) to Alphabet (GOOG), Coca-Cola (KO) to Monster Beverage (MNST) could all have been identified as promising growth stories with a megatrend driving the growth. So, in that spirit, we've identified a relatively under-the-radar profitable growth stock benefiting from the rise of AI, available to you FREE via this link.
