Kanye West returned with yet another controversial post on X (formerly Twitter), this time reigniting his feud with Taylor Swift. The rapper has infamously been making headlines for his series of explosive social media rants. Despite the backlash, West, who now goes by Ye, has not backed down from making contentious remarks. With his latest now-deleted tweet, the artist aimed at Swift and claimed that she is one of the reasons he was not 'allowed' to perform at the Super Bowl halftime shows.
It appears Kanye West is holding fast to his years-long feud with Taylor Swift. The controversial rapper recently returned with another rant on social media. West penned down the reasons why he was never asked to perform at the Super Bowl halftime shows. One of which he claims is Swift. In a since-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), the 47-year-old rapper claimed he 'never was allowed to do the Super Bowl because of 3 moments.'
The first reason West wrote was that 'George Bush don't care about black people.' The record producer continued, 'The Taylor Swift movement moment.' And in the final reason, West added, 'Wearing a MAGA [Make America Great Again] hat.' Furthermore, the singer also wrote, 'How it feel to be the best living and blocked from the main stage because of being ahead of my time.' He added, '(And I mean all of this was before I went full Nazi of course).' West referred to his controversial antisemitic remarks over the years.
West's mention of Swift in his new post was expected to garner attention. His feud with the singer dates back to 2009 when he interrupted her acceptance speech for Best Female Video at the MTV Video Music Awards to state that Beyonce should have won instead. Following that, West even dragged Swift's name into his 2016 song 'Famous.' After his latest tweet, it now appears the feud may still not be over.

Justin Bieber's Comments About Hailey's Vogue Cover Draw Criticism

After Hailey Bieber's Vogue cover broke the internet, Justin Bieber drew flak for his comments on her achievement amid ongoing divorce rumors. In a since-edited caption, the pop singer made controversial remarks about his wife gracing the fashion magazine's cover for its June 2025 issue, recalling a 'huge fight' with her. He remembered telling Hailey that 'she would never be on the cover of Vogue' and apologized for his 'mean' assertion. This seemingly didn't sit well with many, who criticized his way of congratulating the model on her milestone. Justin Bieber found himself in a predicament after making questionable comments about Hailey's Vogue cover in a since-edited Instagram caption. The 31-year-old singer shared a congratulatory post for his wife following her solo cover in the fashion magazine's latest issue. Pop Base shared the unedited caption on X (formerly Twitter). 'Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight,' he wrote in the caption, recalling their disagreement and telling the model 'she would never be on the cover of Vogue.' Additionally, Justin acknowledged that it was 'so mean' and explained feeling 'disrespected' and wanting to 'get even' at the time. 'I think as we mature we realize that we're not helping anything by getting even,' he wrote about his thoughts, adding that it's 'prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection.' The Grammy winner then apologized to Hailey, asking her for forgiveness 'for saying u wouldn't get a vogue cover' and accepting how 'sadly mistaken' he was back then. Fans slammed Justin Bieber's previous Instagram caption about Hailey's Vogue cover and criticized him for editing the text. Moreover, Instagram users called him out for 'changing the caption,' calling it diabolical and condemning him in the comments section of his post. Some even urged him to 'just say congrats' or show some love to his wife. Justin has since changed his caption to a set of emojis that reflect his love and affection for Jack's mom. At YouTube Brandcast on Wednesday night, the finale of a three-day blitz of upfront presentations in New York, Lady Gaga achieved the rarest of things: a standing ovation and screams of enthusiasm from a crowd of advertisers. The pop star's scorching 20-minute set closed things on a high note and received the opposite of the usually jaded reactions, but the event had already been a substantive one before she stepped onstage. The 20th anniversary of YouTube earlier this year served as the framework for the presentation, with appearances and remarks reflecting the milestone. 'We want to bring more of these moments to fans everywhere,' Mohan said. One example in September will be an NFL game in Brazil, streamed on YouTube in full for the first time. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell took the stage at the Lincoln Center presentation and joined Chief Business Officer Mary Ellen Coe to mark the step-up in the relationship between the league and the video giant. Coe also announced a new initiative to give ad buyers a chance to get in on key cultural moments. 'People ask me if I'm going Hollywood. Why?' he said. 'The future of entertainment is not in Hollywood. It's happening right here, right now, on YouTube.' Popular YouTuber Brittany Broski (aka Brittany Tomlinson) interviewed another longtime creator, Sean Evans, who hosts interview series Hot Ones. Evans recently participated in an $82.5 million deal to buy the property from BuzzFeed, giving him an ownership stake in the chat show. 'Ownership, equity, and having a stake in the game is like a natural state for a creative person,' he said. 'We are far past the days when a production company or studio is bigger than the person creating the content.' Asked about the enduring appeal of his 10-year-old show, Evans said, 'It pierces the façade of celebrity. … We knock them off the pedestal and take it down to a relatable level.'
