Turkish Amb. to Cairo Visit Sheikh Ibrahim Desuki Mosque
On Friday, the Turkish Ambassador to Cairo, Salih Mutlu Şen, paid a spiritual and religious visit to the mosque of one of the religious scholarship legends in Egypt, Sheikh Ibrahim Desuki.
The Ambassador visited the mosque where the icon was buried, and enjoyed the spiritual atmosphere in Desuk city with its impressive landscape.
He posted several photos of the visit, captioning: "I had the honor of visiting the revered Sheikh Ibrahim Desuki, may Allah be pleased with him (رضي الله عنه), one of the four great poles (الأقطاب الأربعة العظماء), in Desuk."
He added: "I look forward to revisiting with my dear friends and companions from Türkiye. I also look forward to thoroughly exploring this beautiful city, through which the Nile River flows, during our future visit. I extend my gratitude to the mosque staff for their kind attention and support."

India: At least 100 people missing after flash floods in north
Basant Ahmed Indian Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth said that about 100 people are still missing due to flash floods that hit the Uttarakhand district in the northern state of Uttarakhand, describing the situation as "critical."
