Georgia Harrison has opened up about her health and wellbeing after announcing she is pregnant with her first child.
The Love Island star, 30, gave her Instagram followers a glimpse into her life on Wednesday as she soaked up the sun at a juicing retreat.
In a compilation video, Georgia shared highlights of her time at Juicy Oasis Boutique Health Retreat & Spa in Portugal - a juicing retreat.
Assuring her followers that she wasn't following a solely liquid diet during her time away, she revealed that she had been working out, reading parenting books and enjoying quality time with her friend.
In one snap, Georgia showed off her blossoming baby bump while lounging pool side and reading the book, First-Time Parent.
'Almost forgot this was the point,' Georgia wrote on the video as she claimed the retreat could 'change your life'.
Her glowing caption said: 'People come here of all shapes, sizes and ages. There is no pressure to join in an activities but if you want to there's so much!
'A few include volley ball, tennis, yoga classes three times a day, rebounding, circuit training, juice workshops, canoeing, sunrise swim, massages, facials, colonics, a full spa including sauna and hot tub which becomes a bit of a social club.
'This place is honestly so special to me. It's my 4th time now and reflecting I've really evolved here.
'I first came to heal after my best friend passed away (and it seriously helped me get healthy and distracted), the second two times I came to get in shape for the summer with my amazing mum and this time I'm here to rest and infuse myself with all the nutrients my body could possibly wish for.'
Georgia also gave an insight into her diet during her pregnancy, admitting she has been indulging in 'cheeky' salads while on her retreat.
'Before the Karen's start I am eating. I'm having cheeky juicy salads to my room but this is an absolute exception to the rule and only because I'm pregnant,' she added.
'Usually you have 4 juices and a soup a day which believe it or not really keeps you satisfied.
'Anyway if you want to click the reset button this is where you wanna be my friends.'
Assuring her followers that she wasn't following a solely liquid diet during her time away, she revealed that she had been working out and reading parenting books
It seems the Love Islander isn't the only reality TV star to enjoy a health retreat, however, with I'm A Celeb star Vicky Pattison taking to the comments section of Georgia's post.
She wrote: 'One of my favourite places in the world.'
Georgia sent fans wild on Saturday by announcing her and boyfriend Jack Stacey, 33, are expecting a child.
She told followers: 'We've been keeping a secret! Me and Jack are having a baby! Due November 2025, we can't wait to welcome this little one into the world and embrace all the joy and love he or she will bring'.
'I still can't believe I've finally got everything I ever wanted and i couldn't be more grateful…And just like that 2 are about to become 3.'
She later posted a candid pregnancy update, taking to Instagram to post an old video of her doing up some tight gym gear as she penned in the caption: 'Realising it's not the stomach you have to cover at eight weeks pregnant...'
She was seen pulling up the zip of the purple jacket worn over a matching sports bra and struggled to get it over her bust.
Reality star Georgia added in the caption: 'By far my biggest give away in the first trimester!'
Georgia and Jack have enjoyed a ten-month whirl wind of a romance after meeting on a dating app.
They became Instagram official in January when Georgia put on a loved-up display with her hunky partner.
She revealed in October that she had sparked up a relationship with someone who is not in the public eye.
Previously Georgia, who found love again eight months after dating Anton Danyluk on Love Island All Stars, had kept her new man's identity covered as she posed for photos hiding his face.
Discussing her then unknown boyfriend, she previously told The Sun: 'It's really refreshing and he's very grounded.'
'It's not something I've been shouting from the rooftops yet but it's going really, really well, and I'm really enjoying my time with him.'
Adding that she feels she can be 'completely and utterly myself' when she's around him, Georgia concluded: 'For the first time in a while, I've met someone that I do think is a really good person and I enjoy being around.'

In the first episode of Season 12, Helena made it very clear she's a personality kind of gal, saying she likes them medium-ugly. Humour is top of her checklist, 'You can pretty much laugh me into bed. I like a four out of 10 that's funny', she admits. She's racking up those Avios points as a British Airways air-hostess. She confirmed she has left her cabin crew job but they've kindly said she can come back to her role after the Love Island stint, if needed. Scott Wolf's wife of 21 years announces shock SPLIT with cryptic message to fans
After 21 years of marriage, Scott Wolf and his wife Kelley are headed for divorce. The longtime couple wed back in 2004 and are parents to three children. Kelley, 48, confirmed the divorce from the Party Of Five star, 57, in a cryptic Instagram post on Tuesday. 'It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,' she began in a message to fans. 'This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children.' Kelley did not reveal the reason for the split but later spoke about 'healing' and finding 'freedom' in this next chapter of her life. She also referred to Scott as 'one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with' before asking fans to respect their family's privacy. Kelley, 48, confirmed the divorce from the Party Of Five star, 57, in a cryptic Instagram post on Tuesday Kelley's post continued: 'While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I've done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion. 'Scott Wolf is one of the best fathers I've ever known and one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with. He is kind, thoughtful, funny, and beautiful in spirit. 'We both look forward to an extraordinary life centered around the most extraordinary children. 'My priority has always been their wellbeing—and my own healing. That will never change. 'I am stepping into a chapter of peace, freedom, and protection—with grace,' Kelley wrote. 'Thank you to the many friends, family, and professionals who have held space for me with love. 'Please respect our privacy during this time. May we all remember: healing isn't loud. It's sacred,' she concluded. Along with her heartfelt words, Kelley included an AI generated image of a lioness with three eagles flying overhead. Scott has yet to publicly address his and Kelley's shock split. Fans immediately flocked to the comments on Kelley's post, with one admitting that they 'sensed [the divorce] was coming.' 'Always sad to hear when a beautiful couple doesn't make it. Peace filled hearts to you both,' another penned. Many marveled at maturity with which Kelley handled the divorce announcement. 'This has to be the most heartwarming conscious uncoupling I've ever read. The depth of thought, compassion, kindness, and maturity should be an example and inspiration to all others parting ways,' one comment read. Just one week prior to Tuesday's divorce announcement, Scott and Kelley celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary. The couple did not publicly honor the milestone on their respective social media pages. The year prior, Kelley made a concerning revelation while paying tribute to Scott on their 20th wedding anniversary. The reality TV star revealed that she 'almost walked out' the relationship early in their engagement when she noticed Scott starting to 'poke at me, challenge me.' 'The first few times, I wrote it off as stress or the beginnings of getting to know somebody's idiosyncrasies,' Kelley wrote. 'But then, I had this feeling come back to me that I had in the past. It was a feeling that I didn't like, and a feeling, I had worked very hard to process, heal, and make sure I noticed when/if it ever came again. 'It was the feeling of self betrayal. It was the feeling of bending myself in order to accommodate another person even when I knew that I had done nothing wrong.' She said that she previously experienced 'this feeling' in a past 'toxic relationship.' 'My old pattern had returned. I was scrambling to make myself more accommodating, less aggravating, whatever it was that seem to be pushing him away. And then I woke up one morning and said 'wait a minute' I've done this game before and I'm not doing this again,' she wrote. Kelley recalled taking off her engagement ring and handing it to Scott before telling him that she 'will not stick around while somebody tries to excavate fault in me.' 'I turned around and walked towards the door. And like I had done before in my life, I was ready to walk out the door with the girl that I promised to save.' When left with the possibility of losing her forever, Kelley said that Scott stepped up and fought for their relationship. 'But, this love story wasn't over. Scott looked at me, and some thing happened… 'He said, "You are really going to leave. I believe you. I can see it. I can feel it. And there is no chance in hell I am going to let that happen, so let's do this,"' Kelley recalled. '"Let's do this hard part, the uncomfortable part. The part where I have to look in the mirror and see my old pattern where I have tried to find fault in somebody in the hopes that I would prove that nobody can really do the hard stuff and stick around."' 'We all know that our patterns come from the things that have happened to us in life. Scott had never been shown what it looked like when LOVE really showed up.' Kelley said that after that moment she and Scott were 'more bonded, more connected, and more clear about the promise we were about to make to each other.' She said their wedding day was full of 'magic' and 'hope' and that her almost walking out the door 'set the stage for so many things' in their 20-year romance. 'Marriage, friendships, relationships of all kinds are a dance. Never to be a straight line. Never without plot, twists, and highs and lows,' she wrote. 'There is one thing we both learned that day, you have to be willing to love yourself the most to truly love somebody else, the most. And yes, like all amazing love stories, we continue to choose the power of love, over and over,' Kelley concluded.

Sam Thompson and Louis Tomlinson set for awkward encounter THIS weekend at Soccer Aid - three months after it was revealed One Direction star was dating his ex Zara McDermott
Sam Thompson is set for an awkward encounter with Louis Tomlinson at Soccer Aid this Sunday - three months after the One Direction singer started dating Sam's ex Zara McDermott. The men will be on the same England team for Unicef - the same charity Sam completed a 260-mile five-day long marathon for on Friday. And while Sam has insisted there are 'no hard feelings', the encounter is bound to sting a little. Sam, 32, and former Love Islander Zara, 28, confirmed they had ended their relationship in January after more than five years together. Zara moved on pretty quickly with singer Louis, 33, with the smitten couple appearing inseparable since their romance was made public in March. They have enjoyed a loved-up getaway to Costa Rica together after Louis flew his new flame out to the island first-class. Meanwhile I'm A Celeb winner Sam has moved on with Love Island beauty Samie Eilshi, 25. After their blossoming romance was confirmed when they shared a steamy kiss in Mayfair last month, speculation of a split grew after Samie was noticeably absent from Sam's highly-publicised challenge for Soccer Aid last week. Such rumours have since been squashed however, with their romance reportedly going from strength to strength as they 'love spending time together on their days off', a source close to the couple told MailOnline. During an episode of their podcast Staying Relevant's last month, Pete Wicks, 37, teased Sam about the prospect of the potentially awkward encounter between him and Louis. The TOWIE star asked his co-host: 'You're really going through it with the whole f****** body and dieting and training loads. Is that for Soccer Aid?' Sam laughed and assured he's 'loving it' but 'no, it's not' for the game, to which Pete continued: 'Are you sure it's not for Soccer Aid? How are you feeling? You're playing again. Must be really exciting.' He added: 'How do you feel about the line up? Do you think you've got a strong team?' Awkwardly laughing, Sam replied: 'Got a really strong team'. But, not dropping the subject, Pete then asked: 'Any kind of people in there who you're looking forward to playing with?' 'Loads,' Sam laughed: 'Tom Grennan. I'm really looking forward to playing alongside Wayne Rooney, Tyson Fury's the manager. I can't wait'. Pete joked: 'I mean that's gonna be f****** amazing. Make sure you get him on side though because you may need him in your corner in case you fall out with anyone. Not that you will but just in case there's any rivalries or anything. 'You know, you have to train together and it's a lot, you know when you're kind of in close quarters with someone like that. All sorts gets brought up. Anyway...' Sam and Louis will join the likes of Tyson Fury, Jill Scott, Grennan and Paddy McGuinness in the star-studded squad, while Wayne Rooney will step out of retirement as one of the managers. However, whilst he is assured to be in attendance, Sam's ability to take part in the match itself is doubtful after he suffered an agonising ankle injury during his journey from London to Manchester on bike and foot last week. The former I'm A Celeb winner suffered the injury on the marathon's first day, but managed to power through five further days before reaching the finish line on Friday. Having raised more than £1.5million for Unicef and battled through a torn calf, the 32-year-old couldn't hide his emotions after completing his mission as he collapsed to the floor in tears. Speaking after the challenge, Sam said: 'My legs have completely gone but I feel good. I'm so grateful for everyone being here, I didn't think anyone would turn up. 'To everyone who has donated, I've said it before but I'll say it a million times, you are so heroic. The money will help so many children, I'm so grateful.' Sam may now have more time to pursue his romance with Samie, who recently opened up about their relationship for the first time. Sam first met Samie, who appeared on Love Island in 2023 and returned to the All Stars series this year, through his presenting role on Aftersun. Samie spoke about the blossoming relationship for the first time during an appearance on the Chloe Mediumship podcast. The show is hosted by a psychic medium and in the episode, the beauty revealed how she's previously had negative gut feelings in past relationships. She explained: 'I've had gut feelings with guys before. I've had a couple of relationships where I've known it was never it. Like this is gonna come to an end, I'll have something telling me every day it's coming to an end, this isn't for you. 'You put it to the back of your mind and then you start noticing the chaos increase. It's like the universe saying I'm gonna blow you both up if you just do not separate. Then I'm like if I only I listened all those months ago when I got that first message.' Then, host Chloe asked: 'Obviously, you don't have to talk about it too much but the guy you're currently speaking to, do you have that gut feeling? Like do you think it's gonna be really good?' Keeping her cards close to her chest, the former Love Islander replied: 'There's been no bad stuff at the minute so yeah I suppose it is all positive right now. It's early days.' Zara and Louis sparked relationship speculation at the start of this year before going public in March, three months after MailOnline revealed Zara and ex-boyfriend Sam had parted ways. Despite his heartache over Zara moving on so quickly, sources close to Sam exclusively told MailOnline at the time he holds no grudges against Louis over the new romance. A source close to the star said: 'Sam has no hard feelings towards Louis, that's for sure. 'As far as he's concerned, Louis is Zara's new man and he's just got to accept it. 'He's a positive guy and will just move on from this, throwing himself into work and getting stuck into the exciting projects he's got coming up. 'Obviously he was sad when their relationship broke up and, like anyone, when your ex moves so quickly it's tough. And if he was both angry and devastated, that would be understandable. 'But he's not sitting around wallowing in self pity, far from it.' Zara and Sam were together for five years before they split at the end of 2024 shortly after the Made In Chelsea favourite worked in Australia for I'm A Celeb spinoff show Unpacked. This year's Soccer Aid for Unicef match airs on the evening of Sunday 15 June on ITV1 and ITVX from Old Trafford, Manchester.
