
Highway Infrastructure shares jump over 75 pc in market debut trade
The stock started trading at Rs 117, up 67.14 per cent from the issue price on the BSE. It later ended 75.48 per cent higher at Rs 122.84 — the upper circuit limit.
On the NSE, the stock listed at Rs 115, a jump of 64.28 per cent. Shares of the firm ended with a gain of 72.5 per cent at Rs 120.75 — the upper circuit limit.
The company's market valuation stood at Rs 881.02 crore.
The initial public offer (IPO) of Highway Infrastructure Ltd garnered a whopping 300.61 times subscription on the closing day of the share sale on Thursday last week.
The Rs 130-crore IPO had a price band of Rs 65-70 per share.
The IPO was a mix of fresh issue of 1.39 crore shares aggregating to Rs 97.52 crore and an offer-for-sale of 46.4 lakh shares amounting to Rs 32.48 crore.
Incorporated in 1995, Highway Infrastructure Ltd (HIL) is engaged in tollway collection, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, and real estate development.

ABFRL Q1 results: Net loss widens to ₹234 crore despite revenue rise
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) on Wednesday reported widening of consolidated net loss at ₹ 233.73 crore for June quarter FY26. The company had posted a loss of ₹ 214.92 crore during April-June quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from ABFRL. Revenue from operations was at ₹ 1,831.46 during the quarter as compared with ₹ 1,674.22 crore a year ago. Revenue from 'Pantaloons' was at ₹ 1,094.13 crore as against ₹ 1,101.38 crore a year ago. Revenue from 'Ethnic and Others' segment was down to ₹ 754.57 crore in the first quarter. Total expenses were at ₹ 2,148.75 crore in April-June FY26. In the quarter, ABFRL completed the demerger of Madura business into a separately listed entity named Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL). ABLBL will have its lifestyle brands business as - Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England, Simon Carter and youth western wear brands as American Eagle. It also has sportswear brand Reebok business, for which it has a long-term licensing for India market. ABFRL has its retail business under Pantaloons and Style Up along with a host of ethnic brands such as designer-led brands of Sabyasachi, Shantnu & Nikhil, House of Masaba and Tarun Tahiliani. It also has premium ethnic wear brands of Jaypore, Tasva & TCNS portfolio. Shares of ABFRL on Wednesday settled at ₹ 9.60 apiece on the BSE, up 18.52 per cent.

ATMA receives international honour for tyre safety awareness
Automotive Tyre Manufacturers' Association (ATMA) has been bestowed with a prestigious Special Recognition Award by UK-based tyre safety charity TyreSafe during its annual briefing recently. This acknowledgment marks the first instance of TyreSafe presenting an international award, underscoring worldwide appreciation of ATMA's tyre safety drive. Highlighting the award citation, TyreSafe noted "ATMA India's 'Special Recognition' award is a testament to their profound dedication and innovative approach to tyre safety. Their initiatives have educated over 20,000 participants, inspected more than 30,000 tyres, and inspired future road safety advocates through their impactful Ideathons program, setting them apart and aligning with TyreSafe's global vision for safer roads." "We are immensely proud that TyreSafe has recognised ATMA's work in tyre safety. This award underscores our commitment to elevating public awareness and encouraging responsible tyre maintenance through engagement with motorists and institutional partnerships. Senco Gold Q1 profit doubles on festive demand, showroom expansion, margin gains

The topline of the company grew by 30 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1826.2 eastern India based retail jeweller has a network of over 186 showrooms across 17 states & UTs, including one showroom in Dubai, UAE and 7 Sennes on the performance, Suvankar Sen, Managing Director & CEO, Senco Gold said "The quarter was marked by continued geopolitical tensions, tariff war as well as huge rise in gold price by 32 per cent Y-o-Y and 5 per cent Q-o-Q, consumer demand remained elevated, enabling us to deliver robust topline growth and achieve our highest-ever Q1 retail performance. In Q1, 10 new showrooms were added to the network, comprising 5 COCO (including 1 Sennes store), 1 FOCO, and 4 FOFO formats. The strong momentum was significantly fuelled by a favourable festival like Akshay Tritiya driving our sales. In the retail segment, COCO showrooms, contributing 63% to the overall retail revenue, registered a 25% growth in Q1.""The FOFO business, which accounts for the remaining 37%, grew by a strong 34% during the same period. OPEX has been maintained under tight vigil leading to operating leverage which has resulted in the improved EBITDA margin."
