The gym enthusiast who had paired the top with figure-hugging leggings, shared the incident in a TikTok video, admitting she ''really didn't think anything of [the outfit]''.
''Was so happy to be here that I didn't realize I was "improperly dressed" and would be forced to buy a $45 (£33) T-shirt or else I could not get on the ride I waited an hour for,'' she furiously wrote on the video, showing a snap of the loved-up duo in activewear.
''There were many people at Disney wearing much less clothing than I was,'' Nicole said.
''I had nothing showing other than my stomach and my arms, but you guys are acting like I went out naked,'' she continued.
''Anyone who goes to the gym knows it's totally fine to walk around with a sports bra and leggings on,'' Nicole fumed.
''I just went to Disney, how I would go to the gym.''
While the Disney fan was let into the park by security, she claimed cast members refused her entry to an attraction, which led to her having to buy a T-shirt in order to stay and use the rides.
But Nicole's video proved to spark a fierce debate - with some viewers agreeing with the park that the outfit was inappropriate.
''I mean it's a bra. Of course you can't wear it to a family park. Be so for real. I am so happy they are finally cracking down,'' wrote one TikToker.
Someone else chimed in: ''I don't know why you thought it would be the exact same as the gym. Disneyworld is not the gym.''
This summer dress is a steal' cries Dunnes Stores shopper and it comes in three colours
Another commented, telling Nicole: ''When did wearing bras in public become the norm? Oh wait, it isn't.''
But there were also plenty of those who came to her defence, saying they don't see anything wrong with her outfit.
''Geez! I wouldn't have even thought twice about what you had on. Plus it's so hot,'' a person said.
''As a Disney regular it really depends on who catches you. Some are super strict on the rules some art,'' one regular visitor wrote.
The official rules as per the website state visitors must wear: ''Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.''
Can you be dress coded for wearing crop tops in public?
The concept of being "dress coded" typically applies to specific environments such as schools, workplaces, or certain establishments where dress codes are enforced to maintain a particular standard or atmosphere.
In public spaces, however, the situation is generally more relaxed and governed by societal norms rather than strict rules.
That said, whether or not you can be dress coded for wearing a crop top in public largely depends on the context and location:
Public Spaces: In most public spaces, like parks, streets, and beaches, wearing a crop top is generally acceptable and unlikely to result in any formal repercussions. People have the freedom to dress as they choose, provided they adhere to basic standards of decency and local laws.
Establishments and Venues: Some restaurants, shops, or clubs may have their own dress codes. It's possible that a crop top might not meet the dress requirements for more formal venues. In such cases, staff may politely request that you adhere to their dress code or deny entry.
Schools and Workplaces: Educational institutions and workplaces often have dress codes in place. Crop tops may be considered inappropriate in these settings, and you could be asked to change into more suitable attire.
Cultural and Regional Considerations: In certain cultures or regions, norms and expectations around acceptable clothing can vary widely. It's always a good idea to be aware of and respect local customs and dress codes when travelling.
Looking like a 'stripper'
Last year, a British woman working at Disney World was accused of dressing like a ''stripper'' after wearing teeny shorts to work.
Jessie Lee, 21, had been working across the Disney World Resorts in Florida over the summer as part of their cultural exchange program.
Shocked at the response, the brunette beauty took to social media to respond to haters.
Posting online, the content creator shared a clip whereby she stood in front of the iconic Disney castle, wearing a cropped red t-shirt and a pair of red and white gingham short shorts.
She paired the outfit with red Adidas Sambas and a pair of Minnie Mouse ears.
Later in the short clip, the Brit then posed alongside a telephone box, showing off her outfit from the side.
But alongside the clip, Jessie drew attention to a comment from a troll which read 'Inappropriate for Disney.'
In response to the rude remark, Jessie responded and wrote: 'This outfit??? Inappropriate for Disney??
'It's actually one of my faves!! Let's stop judging girlies' outfits!!'
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @jessie.may, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 62,600 views.
But social media users were left totally divided by Jessie's outfit - whilst some thought it was 'perfect' and didn't see a problem, others hailed it as 'breaking the dress code'.
One fashion fan beamed: 'Literally nothing wrong with this outfit, it's cute. I'm a cast member and I've seen way more revealing than this.'
A second chimed in: 'Literally the PERFECT outfit for Disney.'
Someone else explained: 'I don't get the issue. They are just legs, not like you are walking around naked. All essentials covered.'
Meanwhile, another penned: 'What are these comments, I'm obsessed.'
But at the same time, one person asked: 'Is that a diaper?'
Another added: 'That was inappropriate, you went to a family park with children and acted like a stripper in that video.'

I'm asking strangers on the internet to pay for my holiday – my daughter deserves a summer of fun
A DESPERATE mum looking for a holiday has taken to asking strangers online to fund it. The mum who goes by Grave Kitty online took to social media to ask TikTok users to fund the holiday for her and her daughter. In the clip, the mum revealed that she saw someone else do the same thing and decided to give it a go herself. She said: "Just saw a girl who asked 40,000 people for £1 and she got her dream car." Taking note of how online communities come together, she asked her own followers to pay for her summer holiday. She said her daughter was in need of a fun summer and she was as well since the breakdown of her relationship. The mum continued: "Can 800 people send me £1 for a holiday so I can get out of this country. "(It's) to help me get over my manchild ex/baby daddy and give my daughter a fun summer." In the caption of the video, she posted her Revolut username so people could quickly send their cash over. It's not clear where the mum plans to go on her holiday, but it seemed many people were onboard for getting her there. In just a few short days the mum has already been sent around £130 by strangers to fund her holiday. Despite that, the selfless mum has sent some of the cash to help others in more dire situations to pass along the good karma. Student gutted after buying Wowcher mystery holiday and discovering she's paid to go to the city where she lives The clip posted to her TikTok account @ gravekittyx went viral with over 1 million views and 75k likes. People were quick to support the mum in the comments. One person wrote: "How much have you made?! I hope you have the best summer ever." "£130 so far! I've given back £40/50 to people in need though," replied Kitty. Another commented: "Can someone send me as well, I'm really struggling financially." 2 Holiday packing tips Jemma Solomon, aka The Label Lady has got 5 packing tips to help you get organised for your next holiday. 1. Write a list Think about all the essentials you need to take with you; suncream, medicine, a few games for the kids, beach towels, and write everything in one list, which you can tick off as you add it to your suitcase. Or for complete ease, try Google's AI app - Gemini - which will create a list for you and help you not over pack. 2. Involve your kids Jemma said: 'My girls are getting older, they're 11 and nine, and they enjoy helping to pack. So I send them a list, and say 'this is what you need' and they follow the list. 'And then I give them a rucksack each - and say to them 'you can have whatever you want in there as long as it's not liquid', and they can take that on the plane. And that's their 'home away from home' items.' 3. Try a hack or two She said: "I think they all work, but for different reasons - and you've just got to pick the right one for your trip. "Rolling your clothes is really good to stop your clothes from getting creases. And if you're trying to get a lot of items into your case, it's a space saver. 'Packing cubes are great - for example, I'm going on holiday with my three kids and we're all using the same suitcase for our clothes. "These handy compartments let you separate your clothes, toiletries and tech into designated cubes, maximising luggage space by keeping your items compressed and neatly stacked. "I love taking them abroad with the family and it means my kids can easily take charge of their own items once we've arrived." 4. Decant beauty products Do you really need to take full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner with you? The beauty industry has evolved so much, you can now buy shampoo bars or sheets - which are much lighter and smaller. Or, if you'll be popping to the shops when you're abroad, consider buying some items when you arrive. 5. Get organised before you come home Jemma said: 'When you repack on holiday [before coming home], the trick is to separate clean from dirty clothes. 'Also pack it in some form of order - so lights, darks, colours for items that need washing, or if you wash your clothes by person in the household, piles for each person. "Then you can put it straight into the washing machine. Do it straight away, don't leave it." "The women donating is making me cry, I love to see women supporting women," penned a third. Meanwhile a fourth said: "Think I should do this for a car."

She occassionally features in videos shared by the actor on the platform, with the mother and daughter often taking on dance trends at home together. Cruz Beckham publicly supports 'sad' mum Victoria after Brooklyn's hurtful snub
Cruz Beckham has publicly shown support for his mother, Victoria Beckham, amid ongoing rumours of a rift between the Beckham family and his older brother, Brooklyn, and sister-in-law, Nicola Peltz Cruz Beckham is standing firmly by his mother, Victoria Beckham, amid renewed whispers of family tension - specifically surrounding his older brother, Brooklyn Beckham. Victoria, 51, recently hosted an exclusive launch event in London for Isabel Rutman's new jewellery line. Joining her were Cruz, 20, and his girlfriend, Jackie Apostel. Victoria looked effortlessly chic in a black lace skirt, coordinating top, and a sharp oversized blazer. Jackie, 29, opted for a laid-back double-denim outfit, while Cruz showed off a relaxed style in loose jeans paired with a Dior button-down shirt. The event - and Cruz's presence - has drawn fresh attention due to swirling rumours of ongoing strain between the Beckhams and Brooklyn, the eldest son, as well as his wife, Nicola Peltz. While tensions reportedly began during the couple's wedding preparations, and appeared to settle for a time, signs of distance have re-emerged in recent months. Brooklyn and Nicola have been consistently absent from several key family gatherings. Notably, they skipped Victoria's Paris Fashion Week show, a major moment in her fashion career. They were also missing from both David and Victoria's birthday celebrations. Adding further fuel to the fire, Brooklyn failed to publicly acknowledge his father on Father's Day and stayed silent when David received his knighthood - two occasions where the rest of the family showed their support. The situation has only been heightened by cryptic activity online. One notable moment occurred on TikTok, where Cruz fired back at a commenter who seemed to question his career path. 'Are you going to stick with this job or going to become a race car driver next or something?' the user asked. But Cruz didn't hold back, responding: 'Wrong brother mate,' a pointed jab at Brooklyn's famously shifting career pursuits, which have ranged from photography to cooking to aspiring to be a footballer. While family dynamics appear increasingly strained, Brooklyn and Nicola continue to project an image of unity and luxury. The pair are often seen travelling, attending high-end events, and posting affectionate photos on social media. Most recently, Brooklyn marked a milestone in their relationship by sharing a sweet message on Instagram for the anniversary of his proposal. 'It's been 5 years since I asked this beautiful woman to marry me,' he captioned a photo of Nicola kissing him on the cheek. 'Best decision ever x I love you so much.'
