During the tour, Al Muhairi reviewed the latest updates on project progress and construction stages. He listened to the teams' detailed briefings about the current completion rates and the challenges they addressed within the scheduled timelines.
Large-scale residential projects
The Al Qutaina 1 residential complex includes 326 housing units, while Al Qutaina 3 offers 429 units, and the Al Shanouf 4 complex consists of 550 housing units. These projects are distinguished by their modern architectural designs that incorporate environmental and sustainability standards, along with integrated community facilities that meet the needs of Emirati families.
