Walker, 35, is now in limbo after Milan rejected the opportunity to permanently acquire his services.
But according to reports, Fenerbahce, who are managed by Jose Mourinho, are looking to snap him up.
That's according to Turkish reporter Yagız Sabuncuoglu, who claims last season's Super Lig runners-up have tabled an offer for the England international.
He wrote on X: "Fenerbahce made an official offer for Manchester City's Kyle Walker."
City chief Guardiola has appeared to send Walker a clear message over his future by leaving him out of his squad for the Club World Cup.
The former Sheffield United and Tottenham star is now seemingly on course to leave the Etihad after eight trophy-laden seasons.
According to Guardiola, Walker asked to leave Eastlands after City's historic treble-winning 2022/23 season.
The Spaniard said: "Kyle asked to explore the option to play abroad.
