Students who have been allotted seats in the MAH LLB 5-year CAP 2025 round 2 must report to their respective colleges by August 19 to confirm their admission. Those willing to participate in the third round are required to pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000. Kolkata: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has allowed parents of children with special needs to sign on behalf of their wards, who have writing disabilities. The board issued a notification to implement the system from this year while Class IX registration is underway. Board president Ramanuj Ganguly said, "In the absence of a clear instruction for candidates with special needs, the fields, meant for students' signatures, used to be left blank in the registration forms for such students. We are changing it from this year so that their documents can be legally verified and their forms don't go without a signature."
