Glee Reunion: Chris Colfer and Darren Criss Bring #Klaine to the Tonys, 10 Years After Series Finale

The 2025 Tony Awards was a big night for a lot of people — but mostly for the cast of Glee.
Where do we even begin? Perhaps with Jonathan Groff (aka Jesse St. James) getting everyone on their feet with a performance from the Bobby Darin musical Just in Time? Or maybe Lea Michele (Rachel Berry) presenting an award while celebrating her own impending return to Broadway in the revival of Chess? Or how about Darren Criss (Blaine Anderson) taking home his first-ever Tony Award for his role in this year's Best Musical winner Maybe Happy Ending?

These were all very exciting moments, sure, but we're actually here to highlight an off-camera incident that will make you feel like you're living a teenage dream: Chris Colfer (Kurt Hummell) posted a picture on Monday from a Tonys afterparty where he celebrated Criss' big win alongside his former TV hubby, giving Gleeks one more sweet hit of #Klaine.

Several of Colfer and Criss' former co-stars chimed in to celebrate the reunion, as well as Criss' win. Heather Morris (Brittany S. Pierce) and Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones) were among those who dropped supportive emojis under the photo.
Coincidentally, the 2015 series finale of Glee also took place at the Tonys, with Rachel's now-husband Jesse cheering her on from the audience as she took home her first statue. And did we mention that Rachel also became a surrogate for Kurt and Blaine? That finale really did give us everything.
Did seeing Colfer and Criss together again give you — as we used to say back when Glee was airing — all the feels? Drop a comment with your thoughts below.

Lucasfilm has denied Ewan McGregor is making a Star Wars return as Obi-Wan Kenobi in Ahsoka season 2 after a misquote set social media on fire

Despite what you might have read online, Ewan McGregor is not returning as Obi-Wan Kenobi in Ahsoka season 2. A quote taken out of context sent the Star Wars fandom into a frenzy over the weekend, but Lucasfilm has now shut down the rumors, as McGregor's real comments have finally been clarified. It all started when the actor was asked, during an appearance at Fan Expo Boston 2025, which is his favorite Star Wars installment that he is not a part of. He chose Ahsoka, partly because of his wife, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who plays Hera Syndulla in the Disney Plus show. "Well, I like watching my wife, you know, so I really enjoyed Ahsoka. I thought that was brilliantly done. It's so funny, like, you know, she's shooting the second season now, and I know. Is that a secret?" he said (via Collider). Now we know that those were his exact words, but during the event, some fans misheard him and posted an incorrect version of this statement online, implying he would be starring in the upcoming season of Ahsoka. Media outlets like Star Wars News Net have now updated their news pieces after Lucasfilm reached out to deny this information. McGregor's answer actually continued after they told him Ahsoka's filming schedule is not a secret anymore, as he remembered some funny video calls with his wife. "Well, she is anyway. And so I just finished doing a play. So I'm at home with our son, who's four, and I take him to school and everything. And then I'm, you know, bumbling around the house, and I'd fetch a FaceTime. I forget that she's going to be green, you know. She pops up, and I'm like, 'Oh my God, oh yes.' You know, often she's in her trailer without all the head stuff on, but she's just green, you know. She's a very beautiful green lady, so. I love that," he said. It's not the news Star Wars fans wanted to hear, but that's the truth – Ewan McGregor will not be returning as Obi-Wan any time soon. The character starred in his own Disney Plus show back in 2022, but season 2 hasn't been commissioned. The actor has campaigned for it ever since the end of the first season, but it seems like Lucasfilm is focusing on other projects for now. Next up in the Star Wars franchise is The Mandalorian & Grogu movie, which is set to be released on May 22, 2026. 13 Times Celebs Revealed Each Other's Secrets Online

You have to be careful what you post on social media, but sometimes, you might post without thinking. When you accidentally post something your friends would've rather kept private, it can lead to a whooole lot of drama. Here are 13 times celebs accidentally revealed things about other celebs on social media: In 2024, Priyanka Chopra may have accidentally soft-launched her brother-in-law Joe Jonas's rumored relationship with Stormi Bree by posting (and deleting!) a picture of four hands toasting with champagne. Social media detectives theorized that the hand on the left was Joe's because of the ring and that the hand next to his may be Stormi's because it appears to have her tattoo. Similarly, in 2023, Keith Urban seemingly accidentally hard-launched Phoebe Bridgers's rumored relationship with Bo Burnham when he posted a TikTok of himself and his wife, Nicole Kidman, enjoying themselves at Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour. It appeared that, in the background, Phoebe, who was an opening act, was seemingly making out with Bo. In early 2024, Julianne Moore appeared to accidentally leak Andrew Scott's private Instagram account by tagging it on her story. In 2016, LA Lakers player D'Angelo Russell posted a Snapchat video of his teammate Nick Young admitting to cheating on his then-fiancé, Iggy Azalea. D'Angelo reportedly thought he could upload the video as a prank then quickly delete it and didn't realize others would see it or save it. However, the video leaked to the public, where plenty of people — including Iggy — saw it. In 2011, Kevin McHale tweeted a picture of himself and Jenna Ushkowitz that seemingly showed their Glee costars Lea Michele and Cory Monteith — whose relationship was not public at the time — getting cozy in the background. He deleted the post after fans began speculating the pair were dating. In 2022, Khloé Kardashian made an Instagram story post about her daughter True's first trip to Disneyland — inadvertently confirming a viral theory that, several months prior, her sister Kim had photoshopped True over their niece, Stormi, in Instagram pictures from her Disney trip. In 2022, Pete Wentz allegedly accidentally revealed that Brendan Urie and his wife Sarah were expecting a baby when what appeared to be a photo of Brendan cradling Sarah's bump appeared in the background of Pete's Instagram story post. He swiftly deleted the post. In 2019, Lena Dunham mistakenly posted her Girls costar Jemima Kirke's phone number on her Instagram story when she shared a screenshot of their 1.5-hour FaceTime call. Lena realized her mistake after Jemima texted her a screenshot along with the message, "Did you take pain meds today?" which Lena posted (with Jemima's number blocked out) after deleting the original screenshot. In 2013, YouTuber Jim Chapman uploaded a vlog where fellow creator Zoe Sugg's laptop screen was visible. Eagle-eyed fans zoomed in and noticed that her screensaver appeared to show her and then-rumored boyfriend Alfie Deyes kissing. In 2019, Sabrina Carpenter meant to tag her Girl Meets World costar Corey Fogelmanis on Instagram, but she accidentally tagged his finsta instead, exposing the private account to the public. In 2019, YouTuber Paula Galindo, aka Pautips, uploaded a vlog from her trip to Bali that showed Yovana Mendoza, aka Rawvana, a famously vegan influencer, eating a plate of fish. Fans were furious, and Paula ended up deleting the video. In 2017, Great British Bake-Off judge Prue Leith tweeted Sophie Faldo to congratulate her for winning the season — six hours before the finale aired. Prue promptly deleted the post. And finally, in 2018, Kiya Cole, an Instagrammer and mother to actor Skai Jackson, appeared to accidentally confirm Zendaya and Tom Holland's alleged relationship. Under an Instagram picture Just Jared posted calling Tom Zendaya's "rumored boyfriend," Kiya commented, "Yes. It's true. They've been on the low for a while."

'Remarkable' North London school girl, 10, becomes youngest female to beat chess Grandmaster

A ten-year-old school girl from Harrow has made chess history after she became the youngest female to beat a chess Grandmaster. Bodhana Sivanandan pulled off the win on Sunday (August 10) against 60-year-old Grandmaster Peter Wells in the last round of the 2025 in Liverpool. Sivanandan's victory at 10 years, five months and three days beats the 2019 record held by American Carissa Yip, who went on to become an International Master. Bodhana gained 24 points during the event, finishing in equal 26th place, which has been recognised as 'remarkable' for a 10-year-old. She has been stirring up a commotion in the chess world for more than a year, having already won more than three junior world titles. Bodhana has now picked up the title of Women's International Master which is one of the rungs of the ladder to becoming a Grand Master. Her game against chess Grandmaster Peter K. Wells, 60, may have begun a little rocky, but the young chess prodigy soon turned the tide to earn herself a historic win. Danny Gormally, the English Chess Federation's expert commentator, said: 'How on earth did she win this? She must be some kind of magician!' He added: "She likes to play simple positional moves, nothing special, very solid player and she tends to outplay her opponents later in the game. There's a touch of a [world number-one] Magnus Carlsen or the great Jose Raul Capablanca about her play. I would imagine Magnus Carlsen is probably one of her chess heroes." More than 1,000 chess players from around the UK attended the event to compete for the title of British Chess Champion. The King of Chess, Michael Adams, 53, won the tournament for the ninth time, winning £4,400 in prize money and the British Crown Trophy. Bodhana was not the only child prodigy to compete in the championships. Supratit Banerjee, 11, finished on 6/9, beating two grandmasters and sealing his first International Master title. The 2026 British Chess Championships will be held at the University of Warwick in Coventry, marking the tournament's 112th event. Got a story?
