In a video, Nara modelled a low-slung white skirt and an off-the-shoulder cream top, which she lifted up to reveal her burgeoning bump.
Lucky, who looked thrilled at the news of his wife's pregnancy, gave her a tight hug, before giving her stomach a tender kiss.
"Baby no. 4 loading," she wrote over the top of the clip.
"Our little surprise," she added in the caption.
With the majority of people in the comments section offered their congratulations, others questioned what the baby would be called - considering the couple have chosen unique monikers for their other three children.
Their first child, born in October 2020, is called Rumble Honey, while their current middle child, three, is called Slim Easy.
Their youngest, who turned one in April, is named Whimsy Lou.
Lucky is also dad to daughter Gravity, whose mother is model Stormi Bree.
"4 kids by 23? That's insane as I'm sure the name of the baby will be too!" one wrote in the comments section.
"Congratulations, patiently waiting for the name of the baby," another added.
Channel 4 star horrifies fans as she reveals 'truly awful' baby names ahead of birth of second child
"Omg congrats!!! Can we revisit Bubble for the name," a third commented.
"Congratulations. I can't wait for the name announcement," someone else admitted.
Others harked back to an interview Nara and Lucky had given to GQ magazine back in 2024, when they said that despite originally wanting six children, they were "absolutely done" with three.
"After Whimsy, we are absolutely done now," Nara told the publication.
"Having toddlers is the best sort of birth control, because they're wild."
While Lucky added: "We feel like we couldn't be as good of parents if we added in any more."
Are Unique Baby Names Worth The Hassle?
YOU may think having a unique name helps you to stand out, but is it all it's cracked up to be?
Fabulous' Deputy Editor Josie Griffiths reveals the turmoil she faced with her own name while growing up.
When I was a child, all I wanted was one of those personalised keyrings with my name on it.
But no joy, the closest I could find was Rosie, Joseph (not great for a little girl) and Joanne.
Josie is short for Josephine, which is a French name, and I managed to reach my 20s without ever meeting anyone who shared it.
When I try to introduce myself to people, I get all sorts of random things - like Tracey and Stacey - which can be pretty annoying.
Although I have come into contact with a couple of Josies over the last year - there seems to be a few of us around my age - it's still a much rarer name than most of my friends have.
On the whole I don't mind it, at least it's not rude or crazily spelt.
And it means I can get away with 'doing a Cheryl' and just referring to myself as Josie.
I'm getting married this year and some friends are shocked that I'm changing my surname, as it's not seen as very cool or feminist to do so these days, but I explain to them that I'm not that attached to Griffiths as I'd always just say 'hi it's Josie' when ringing a mate up.
I think it's nice to be unique and I'll definitely try and replicate this when naming my own kids.
It's the rude names you've got to watch out for, so after nine years as a lifestyle journalist I'll definitely be avoiding those.
"Is no one gonna talk about how she was done after 3 kids and is popping out another one AGAIN?" one person wrote in the comments.
"I'm almost certain you said you didn't want anymore… hmm. Well congrats anyways!" another added.
"Didn't she say she's done with 3 kids?" a third questioned.
"Loving this for you honey but it makes me laugh how last year you were dead set on 3 babies!" someone else said.
"She literally killed me during her GQ couples quiz when she said she was absolutely done having kids," another wrote.
"But I guess she's changed her mind about having 6!"
"They took the mission of populating the earth very seriously," someone else joked.

Sophie Habboo's 'really bad' craving as Jamie Laing forced to intervene
Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo opened up about her pregnancy on the first episode of the couple's rebranded podcast NearlyParents, which has now launched this week Former Made In Chelsea star Sophie Habboo has opened up about a "really bad" craving that she's experienced during her pregnancy. It was brought up by her husband Jamie Laing on an episode of their podcast released this week. Sophie, 30, and Jamie, 36, announced that they are expecting a baby together last week. Their joint post on Instagram included footage from an ultrasound scan and Sophie has since showcased her baby bump in several photos. The couple also shared some career news with fans after the pregnancy announcement. Sophie and Jamie revealed that their podcast would be rebranded as they embark on a "new chapter". The podcast was formerly called NearlyWeds and then NewlyWeds, following their wedding in 2023. It will now be called NearlyParents in the lead-up to the birth of their first child. In their debut episode, titled We're Having A Baby, which was released today, Sophie and Jamie spoke about discovering that she was pregnant among other topics related to the news. It included discussing pregnancy cravings. They told listeners that at one point Sophie had a craving for caviar, though she said that she didn't end up eating any after looking into the prospect. Jamie said: "You didn't eat it but you had a craving for it and I put a stop to it." He shared on the podcast: "Sophie said 'Oh, it's really annoying. I've got a really bad craving'. And I said 'Well, what is the craving?' She said 'Caviar.' So, we went to a store." Sophie said that the couple went around London at 8pm that night in an attempt to find a store that sold caviar and was open. Apologising to her husband, she said: "I'm sorry, please don't hate me!" Jamie added: "We found a caviar store and we went in there, and there was caviar there. And I was like, 'Okay, we're surely not buying this. The pot was £240, and I was like, that craving has to stop there and then. And thank God, you came to your senses." Sophie said: "I didn't come to my senses. I Googled it. It says I can't eat it. [...] I was going to give birth and then just be broke and never, ever be able like to eat again." It isn't just the NearlyParents podcast that the couple are working on together at the moment. Sophie is currently co-hosting BBC Radio 1 's Going Home show with Jaime while both Vick Hope and Katie Thistleton are on maternity leave. Sophie and Jamie, who are both former Made In Chelsea stars, wed in 2023 in ceremonies held in London and Spain. The couple had announced their engagement on Instagram in 2021, revealing that Jamie popped the question at the London hotel where they had their first date.

The Day Of The Jackal author Frederick Forsyth dies aged 86
The best-selling author was surrounded by his family as he died at home on Monday morning, Curtis Brown added. The former RAF pilot and investigative journalist went on to write novels including The Fox, The Kill List, and The Afghan. His agent Jonathan Lloyd said: 'We mourn the passing of one of the world's greatest thriller writers. Novelist Frederick Forsyth has died (Anthony Devlin/PA) 'Only a few weeks ago I sat with him as we watched a new and moving documentary of his life – In My Own Words, to be released later this year on BBC1 – and was reminded of an extraordinary life, well lived. 'After serving as one of the youngest ever RAF pilots, he turned to journalism, using his gift for languages in German, French and Russian to become a foreign correspondent in Biafra. 'Appalled at what he saw and using his experience during a stint as a secret service agent, he wrote his first and perhaps most famous novel, The Day Of The Jackal, and instantly became a global best-selling author. 'He went on to write more than 25 books (many of which were made into films) that have sold over 75 million copies. 'He will be greatly missed by his family, his friends, all of us at Curtis Brown and of course his millions of fans around the world – though his books will of course live on forever.' Born in Ashford, Kent, in 1938, Forsyth – known to his friends as 'Freddie' – began his career in the Royal Air Force in 1956 before leaving after two years to pursue a career in journalism. He covered international stories and the attempted assassination of French general Charles de Gaulle which provided inspiration for his best-selling novel, The Day Of The Jackal, which was published in 1971 and turned into a film starring Edward Fox as the Jackal in 1973. Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne took on the mantle of the elusive assassin last year in a TV adaption for Sky Atlantic, also starring The Woman King actress Lashana Lynch. In 2000, Forsyth became the first high-profile British writer to agree to publish a book exclusively on the internet. In his 2015 memoir The Outsider: My Life In Intrigue, he revealed that he had extensive involvement with MI6.
