Emotional moment father of the bride invites her stepfather to join them mid-aisle walk
The emotional video shows Shayna Sweeney, 29, of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, preparing to tie the knot at Castello Di Ristonchi in Pelago, Italy.
As she readies herself to walk down the aisle, Shayna's father, Rob McHugh, 60, approaches the wedding guests' before pulling a man from the crowd.
In a touching gesture, Rob asks his daughter's stepfather, Vinny Mauro, 48, to join him in escorting Shayna to her groom.
Vinny appears to be surprised but accepts the offer, and the trio walks down the aisle together, holding back tears.
The touching moment captured hearts online and went viral on TikTok, amassing more than 1.3 million likes and over 6.9 million views.
'Walking down the aisle with both of my dads made perfect sense.
'They've both supported me and been by my side throughout my life, so it was only right that they stood with me on such an important day,' Shayna told Newsweek.
The idea to include Vinny - who has known Shayna since she was 8 years old - was a collaborative effort between her and Rob.
The wedding was attended by just over 100 guests, who traveled to Italy to celebrate the couple's special day.
TikTok viewers expressed their emotional reactions to the video in the comments section.
One said: 'Even the guys crying in the back. I also walked with my dad and step dad.'
Another added: 'The only type of coparenting that should ever exist.'
'WHY AM I UGLY CRYING I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU,' shared a third user.
'How are some families this healthy?', asked another viewer.
It comes after last year a woman revealed how both her father and her stepfather walked her down the aisle on her wedding day.
According to bride Amy Walkinshaw, 31, as soon as she got engaged to Ryan Walkinshaw, 31, she knew she wanted both men to be involved in giving her away.
Amy was raised by both dad, Andy Collins, 58, a train driver, and her stepdad, Jeff Bennett, 64, a project manager - who has been in her life for the past two decades.
She wanted to honour both father figures at their wedding last weekend at Prested Hall in Colchester, Essex.
So, she asked her father Andy to go and surprise Jeff by grabbing him from the audience to walk down with him and Amy.
Amy, a student studying psychodynamic practice at University of Essex, said: 'Jeff has been in my life for 20 years, he is basically a second dad to me.
'I always imagined if I got married I'd ask him to walk me down the aisle as well as my dad.
'Jeff didn't know it was coming either - you can tell in the video the shock on Jeff's face, I knew how much it meant to him.
'The main thing to come out of it is to show there doesn't have to be animosity.

'Some stars shine brightly, but not for long enough'
We asked for your tributes to Diogo Jota and his brother Andre following the shock news of their are some of your comments:John: Completely devastated to hear this. Whenever we needed a moment of magic, Diogo always seemed to be the one that provided it. My thoughts go out to his wife and Absolutely tragic - a genuinely great guy, a devoted husband and father, an LFC player who never really got the acclaim he deserved as one of their great playmakers. Life is so cruel - always happens to the good guys. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this devastating What a sad day, not just for Liverpool, but for football. A model professional for club and Diogo was an inspirational signing for the Reds. Easy to overlook his contribution in a talented squad but he delivered and scored some beauties. How lucky were we to have him in our team. As a man he has excelled too, beautiful family and a gaming legend. Some stars shine brightly, but not for long enough - he was one of these. Sincerest condolences to all the family - we lost our #20 today but his family lost two sons, a father and a husband. Still can't believe this. So young, so much to look forward to with his kids, wife, and the coming seasons as defending Premier League champion and Nations League champion. He must have been so excited for the next chapter in his life, I can't believe it finishes there. His song will ring out at Anfield for a decade and more. Thoughts to the family who lost two loved ones. Rest in peace, You'll Never Walk Diogo, you gave us moments of brilliance, of passion, of joy. You played with heart, and lived with love. The world of football mourns not just a player, but a soul who inspired so many. Your legacy will echo in every cheer, every goal, every child who dreams with a ball at their feet. Rest in peace, champion. You'll Never Walk Filled with shock and such sadness to hear about the death of one of the Reds' finest. A father of three and just married - an unbearable loss for them. The Liverpool team are a family and the city too - they will be heart broken. We've lost one of the greatest footballers to watch on the pitch and by all accounts a really lovely human being. RIP Diogo and thank you for being a Red. YNWA.

EXCLUSIVE Mel B to throw £28,000 lavish wedding party at the Shard after she ties the knot for the third time with fiancé Rory McPhee at St Paul's Cathedral
Mel B will throw a huge 'party in the sky' after she marries fiancé Rory McPhee at St Paul's Cathedral on Saturday after hiring the Shard in London for her post nuptials celebrations. MailOnline can reveal that the Spice Girl will be joined by her guests for a meal, drinks and dancing at the Shangri-La venue inside the building which boasts 95 floors and promises panoramic views over the capital. There her friends and family will dance into the small hours as the 'party of the century' has been promised by the bride and groom. Mel, 50, will also stay at the hotel on Friday night with her bridesmaids and close family. One source involved in the wedding said: 'It is going to be huge, the Shard is the most fantastic venue with unforgettable views so it will make for the most memorable event. 'It is conveniently close to St Paul's too, it's third time lucky for Mel so she is going to go all out and celebrate. 'The Shard says that brides and grooms can "celebrate their special day in the clouds with enchanting London views, your special day will be as breathtaking as your love story" and that is exactly what Mel wants.' The celebrations won't come cheap. Shangri-La charges around £280 per person, meaning that it will cost the singer £28,000 just for their food and small number of drinks. There will then be other costs including DJs, venue hire and extra beverages. The Shard stands at 309.6 metres tall and has 95 floors, making it the tallest building in the UK and the fourth tallest in Europe and has in the past held many showbiz parties, including Sony Music's post BRITs bash. It is understood that Mel will bus her guests from St Paul's Cathedral to the Shard, which is at the southern foot of London Bridge on old Routemasters - similar to the one that was used in their movie Spice World, which was a modified vintage one. However, the A list line up is looking somewhat depleted after MailOnline revealed yesterday that neither Victoria Beckham or Geri Halliwell will attend the do, while either Emma Bunton or Melanie Chisholm will also be absent though it is not known yet which one. Sources say that Posh, 51, will be abroad, whole Geri's no show is said to be down to hers and Mel's tempestuous relationship. The two women went to war after Mel revealed during an interview on Piers Morgan's Life Stories that she had an intimate relationship with Geri when the band was starting out. The A list line up is looking somewhat depleted after MailOnline revealed that neither Victoria Beckham or Geri Halliwell will attend the do, while either Emma Bunton or Melanie Chisholm will also be absent though it is not known yet which one (Spice Girls pictured in 1996) Geri was deeply upset by the bombshell revelation in 2019, for which Mel has apparently never apologised. Sources also say that Geri's husband Christian Horner was 'mortified' about Mel's claims. Neither Victoria or Geri attended Mel's 50th birthday in Leeds back in May. Just Emma and Mel C were in attendance. It is the third time that Mel will say 'I do' after first marrying Dutch backing dancer Jimmy Gulzar in 1998. For her big day Mel wore a Vegas showgirl style feathered headdress with a white and gold dress. And next, when she wed Stephen Belafonte in 2007, after they eloped to Las Vegas before holding a vow renewal in Egypt the following year. After Mel and Stephen separated in 2016 she accused him of emotional and physical abuse, which he has always denied. His lawyers said that during the marriage they spent her £50million fortune. Mel grew close to McPhee after the breakdown of her marriage to Belafonte. Mel celebrated her upcoming wedding with a sun-soaked hen do in Tunisia, featuring leopard-print bikinis, a choreographed dance routine, and a 'Zen party'. Her daughter Phoenix and 35 friends joined in the festivities, which included a lavish menu and dancing by the ocean. The hen do also included a leopard print themed night, as well as a belly dancing class.

My fiancé hates his greys so decided to try Just for Men – it was a total fail… we had to shave him from the neck up
A MAN who tried to dye his hair to cover his greys was left regretting his decision after it backfired dramatically. He had a wedding coming up, so thought he'd treat himself to some Just for Men for an extra confidence boost. 6 6 6 However, he quickly realised that he'd made a mistake when he saw how dark the dye came out. At that point, he tried to get it off - scrubbing vigorously at his face. But his attempts were unsuccessful, and his hair and beard were left an extremely dark brown, verging on black. His fiancée Charlie had to step in and lend a hand, but they ended up shaving his hair and beard off completely. The problems didn't stop there though - as the dye had stained the skin beneath too. So he ended up being covered in facial bleach as they attempted to return his skin to its normal colour. family's TikTok page. And unsurprisingly, the comments section was filled with people left in hysterics by the video. "Same colour I done and it's black not brown," one wrote. "I just let it grow out though!" Woman issues urgent warning to check the codes on hair dye bottles, after a shop swap left her with grey locks "What was wrong with the 'before' that you thought needed correcting?!" another asked. To which his partner replied: "He wanted to cover the greys for the wedding. "There was nothing wrong!" "I've watched this 5 times, about to watch it is the funniest before and after I've ever seen," a third giggled. "It's killed me off!" Charlie admitted. "It's the scrubbing with the sponge!" the person replied. How can I fix dye damaged hair? Have you taken the dye too far? There are some ways to fix this WITHOUT chopping the whole lot off. Give it a trim: we're not saying you have to cut the whole lot off, but you should trim the worst offending split ends. Ditch the heat products: stop straightening/curling your hair immediately. Stop dying your hair: step away from the bleach, and starting using ammonia-free semi-permanent dyes for now. Switch to sulfate free: use kinder, sulfate-free shampoos and conditions to repair your damaged hair. And don't shampoo more than twice a week if possible, because this strips damaged hair and makes it brittle. Treatment masks: use one of these hair treatment masks, listed below, to rejuvenate your locks. Sun protection: cover your damaged hair when sunbathing or swimming in a chlorinated pool, to prevent further damage. Eat your hair healthy: make sure you drink lots of water, eat Omega 3 fatty acids found in salmon, walnuts and flaxseeds, and green veg like spinach, kale, carrots and avocado. Some pre-natal supplements also promote hair growth. "Ohh noooo!" someone else said. "I did the same to my husband TWO WEEKS BEFORE OUR WEDDING!!!" another exclaimed. "You have to use the colour to remove the colour from the skin," someone else advised. "You don't wash the colour off - you add a little bit of water to the colour on your face and hair and rub it into the skin. "And it lifts the colour off your skin." "Or nail polish remover and a towel and scrub!" another suggested. "Didn't line the edges with Vaseline!" someone else said. "Though the worst mistake was using Just for Men. Superdrug's own brand is way better." 6 6
