Diddy's ex-assistant claimed that the music mogul tried to control Cassie Ventura during their long and unstable relationship.
Sean 'Diddy" Combs is facing serious accusations in a sex trafficking case and recently, his former assistant, Mia, between 2009 and 2017, spoke in court. The woman said that Diddy hurt her in different ways and the work environment was very stressful. She also talked about how Diddy controlled singer Cassie Ventura, who had a long and complicated relationship with the music mogul. During the trial, prominent names were mentioned, showing how connected Diddy is with many stars. The court also saw text messages between Mia and Diddy, which revealed more about how they worked together and how close Diddy was to other well known people in the entertainment business.
According to the New York Post, on March 8, 2019, Mia suggested Diddy to watch the Netflix series Love, which was directed by Judd Apatow. Then, on May 14, 2020, she messaged Diddy again after the passing of Andre Harrell. Andre was not only a big name in the music industry but also an important figure in Diddy's life and career. He is often remembered as the person who discovered Diddy and helped him rise in the business. In the text, Mia wrote, 'Puff, my heart is broken about Dre. I've spent all week crying for you as well."
Mia also reached out to Diddy after the tragic death of actor Chadwick Boseman. In reply, Diddy sent a short message and asked, 'How are you? Yeah, life is crazy."
One of the strongest claims made by Mia was about how Diddy acted around singer Cassie Ventura. She claimed that he tried to control Cassie during their long and unstable relationship.
Speaking in the court, Mia said, 'He's stolen my phone many times, he's stolen Cassie's phone many times. He's put tracking devices on her car. I'm not sure what he's capable of. I was terrified."
After leaving Diddy's company, Bad Boy Records, in 2017, Mia shared with the court that she later worked for Madonna for about eight months. During that time, she handled many different tasks and was mainly brought in to help manage the pop star's film projects. However, her role quickly grew and she ended up taking care of several other things too. Mia also said that after she left Diddy's company, he tried to stop her from getting jobs in the industry by damaging her reputation. But despite that, the pop star didn't let it affect her decision and still gave Mia the job.

Ahead of the release, cast members Lee Byung-hun, Park Sung-hoon, Lee Jung-jae and Kang Ae-sim, along with director Hwang Dong-hyuk, gathered to watch the new trailer and share their thoughts on it. Dolly Parton Shuts The Door On Meghan Markle? Another PR Move Backfires For The Duchess Meghan Markle reportedly faced a major snub after country music legend Dolly Parton declined an invite to appear on her Netflix show With Love, Meghan. According to royal commentator Kinsey Schofield, Dolly's team was allegedly 'livid' at the suggestion, viewing it as a calculated PR move to boost Meghan's credibility in the lifestyle space. Sources claim Parton wanted to protect her wholesome public image and felt Meghan was attempting to 'ride her goodwill' for clout. Journalist Maureen Callahan even joked that Dolly in Meghan's 'fake kitchen' would cause 'spontaneous combustion.' Despite the rejection, Netflix confirmed a second season of Meghan's show earlier this year. 2.1K views | 2 days ago

The Royals' composer Harsh Upadhay: ‘It took me 16 years to get here'

In a city where dreams often come with a price, few stories are as inspiring as that of Harsh Upadhyay, who went from being homeless in Mumbai to working with some of the biggest names in Bollywood. His journey wasn't built overnight—it was shaped by persistence, belief, and an unwavering focus on his goals. 'Never lose hope. Put less focus on your problems and more on your ambitions and what you want to become. It's patience and perseverance that make the difference. It took me 16 years to get here. If you're determined, your chance will come,' he says. Years of producing music for dance reality shows and behind-the-scenes projects laid the foundation for his big leap. Years of working in dance-based productions also influenced his musical style. 'Making 10 tracks a day for reality shows was tough, but it trained me to adapt and experiment. It kept the dream alive,' he tells us. His long-time collaboration with Remo D'Souza, which began with choreographing award shows and extended into films like ABCD, ABCD 2, and Street Dancer, came full circle with Be Happy, which released in March earlier this year. A post shared by HARSH UPADHYAY (@harsh8harsh) 'I had been creating music for Remo sir's projects for years, but never got the chance to compose a full song. I always knew my time would come. Now, I'm the music director of his film—it feels like everything was preparing me for this moment,' he says. Now, Harsh is enjoying the that success came The Royals on Netflix. 'I always dreamed of creating a powerful title track for a series. And the response has been overwhelming. It's trending globally, and people from across the world are writing in to share their love," he says. His upcoming work includes the emotionally driven Maa starring Kajol and the high-energy Son Of Sardar 2 with Ajay Devgn. 'Each film demands a different musical language. Sad scenes need subtlety, while energetic tracks require bold rhythms. It's about capturing the right emotion,' he ends.
