CINDERELLA'S DREAM (3.35 Newmarket, nap)
She was far from disgraced when second in the Duke Of Cambridge at Royal Ascot on the back of an impressive Dahlia win on the Rowley Mile. She didn't have enough time up the short straight to hit top gear and that's not a problem today.
ENDLESS VICTORY (3.00 Newmarket, nb)
He put in one of the better runs from a Charlie Appleby horse at Royal Ascot. He was too far back before coming home like a train into second. He has more to come over staying trips and will hopefully start his run a bit earlier this time.

SAYIDAH DARIYAN (2.45 York, treble)
She stormed home for fourth in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot and could take a step forward again. That performance was no fluke and this Group 3 looks a good opening for a rapidly progressive filly. With pace to aim at and conditions in her favour, she's hard to fault.

URBAN GLIMPSE
looks the right one.
He's been in fine form and was just edged out at York last time, staying on strongly over a similar trip, and this stiffer finish could play to his strengths.
King's Charter
looks a threat under William Buick.

He takes a big step up from his novice win at Doncaster but that looked a decent contest and he's respected.
Kurakka
is going for a hat-trick after dominating from the front at Haydock but he may lack a bit of pace at this level.
War Hawk
did well to score at Epsom despite traffic problems and the booking of Ryan Moore takes the eye.
Regalian
keeps hitting the frame and may find one too good again.

VENETIAN SUN
is a skinny price but she'll shine again.
She couldn't have been any more impressive when winning the Albany on her second start at Royal Ascot.
We know this trip and decent ground are ideal and there's more to come.

Spicy Marg
and
Shine On Me
both come here after running well in the Queen Mary with improvement to come.
The latter could be the pick of the pair given how sharply she came home. Moving up to 6f could unlock more from both of them.
Mood Queen
and
Royal Fixation
both won novice contests well but need a fair bit more.
Argentine Tango
was a Listed winner here latest so we know the trip suits and she could hit the frame.

He was too far back before coming home like a train into second.
He has more to come over staying trips and will hopefully start his run a bit earlier this time.

Dancing In Paris
was a good second in the Northumberland Plate and is a big threat if this isn't coming too soon. We know stamina isn't an issue.
Insanity
put a few modest runs behind him when winning at Ayr and is dangerous if still in the groove.
Real Dream
scored at Listed level last time and a repeat of that gives each-way hopes.
Story Horse
likes it here and is another with place prospects.

was far from disgraced when second in the Duke Of Cambridge at Royal Ascot on the back of an impressive Dahlia win on the Rowley Mile.
She didn't have enough time up the short straight to hit top gear and that's not a problem today.
Crimson Advocate
showed good pace to beat the tip last time with Ascot suiting better. This long straight may not be so helpful.

January
gets weight off them and went close in the Coronation. She can't be ignored.
Elmalka
is a Guineas winner so will enjoy the track and put in a fair effort in France last time. She needs to step up to score.
Elwateen
didn't handle Epsom last time and could nick third.

DUBAI TREASURE
looks well ahead of this standard.
Saeed Bin Suroor's lightly raced filly made it two from two this term with ease at Lingfield on handicap debut.
The handicapper was watching and has booted her up 10lb but she looks potentially better than a handicapper.

Fortamour
keeps knocking on the door at this level and has run well here before.
Sword
was a good winner at Leicester last month before another good run when hampered at Haydock last time. He's a big danger.
Streets of Gold
is another of interest if building on a solid first run for Julie Camacho.
Fifty Nifty
is still 6lb above his last win but has his sights lowered plenty here which could help.

Physique
ran well at Newmarket last time and likes this tricky trip.
He's not won for a while but could make the frame, while
Talis Evolvere
was back to form at Newcastle 13 days ago.

SAYIDAH DARIYAN
stormed home for fourth in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot and could take a step forward again.

That performance was no fluke and this Group 3 looks a good opening for a rapidly progressive filly.
With pace to aim at and conditions in her favour, she's hard to fault.
Electric Storm
looks a danger with her ability to lay up with the speed and her Group 2 form reading well.
If she grabs an early position, she'll be hard to pass.

First Instinct
has been mixing it at Group 2 level and is a strong-finishing type who could run into the frame.
Nighteyes
posted a huge run in the Jubilee and goes well here but her sluggish starts are a worry.
If
Celandine
is fully tuned after 286 days off, her Lowther winning form puts her in the each-way picture.

Horse racing tips: ‘She's improving and there is more to come' – Templegate's big NAP goes at Chester
TEMPLEGATE is in red-hot form Sunday's racing confident of smashing the bookies once more. Back a horse by clicking their odds below. PRINCESS RASCAL (2.10 Chester, nap) After a promising Salisbury win, she stepped up markedly again at Windsor, only losing out narrowly to a thriving filly but pulling clear of the rest. She shapes as though this extra quarter-mile will suit and she handles slow ground. Big chance. KASSAYA (3.52 Chester, nb) Classy filly with an explosive turn of foot and a top pedigree. She returned from 13 months off with a taking win in a strong Sandown handicap, clocking a good speed figure and finishing full of running. SHABU SHABU (3.42 Yarmouth, treble) Has been found a good chance on handicap debut. He ran a strong second at Salisbury last time, stays this trip well and has the best recent form in a modest field. Jm Jungle surprises King George rivals in Goodwood feature race
JM JUNGLE CAUSED a minor upset in the King George Qatar Stakes at Goodwood. A field of 12 sprinters went to post for the five-furlong dash, with John and Sean Quinn's high-class handicapper Jm Jungle a 14-1 shot for what was his first appearance at Group-race level. Smartly away in the hands of Jason Hart, the five-year-old was towards the main group that raced on the far side of the track from the start and showed a willing attitude when the challengers attempted to reel him late on to prevail by a neck. She's Quality filled the runner-up spot for her fourth race in succession, with Commonwealth Cup victor Time For Sandals half a length further behind in third. Advertisement John Quinn was winning the race for a second time, having saddled Highfield Princess to strike gold two years ago.

Jm Jungle sprints to King George Stakes success at Goodwood

Jm Jungle lands the King George @Q_REC Stakes for @johnquinnracing — Goodwood Racecourse (@Goodwood_Races) August 1, 2025 Hugo Palmer's Seagulls Eleven bagged the big-race victory he has long promised in the Bonhams Thoroughbred Stakes. A son of the trainer's 2000 Guineas hero Galileo Gold, Seagulls Eleven is owned by several current and former Brighton & Hove Albion footballers, including James Milner and Danny Welbeck. After breaking his duck at Haydock last summer, the three-year-old went on to run with credit in the Superlative Stakes, the National Stakes and the Dewhurst before the end of his juvenile campaign and his best race since his return came when second to Opera Ballo in a Newmarket Listed race three weeks ago. With Opera Ballo a significant non-runner in this Group Three contest, Seagulls Eleven was one of just four runners to go to post and after taking an early lead under Oisin Murphy, the 11-4 shot found plenty for pressure late on to score by three-quarters of a length from Diego Ventura. Seagulls Eleven swoops to victory in the @bonhams1793 Thoroughbred Stakes for @hpalmerracing — Goodwood Racecourse (@Goodwood_Races) August 1, 2025 Palmer said: "He can be a handful to saddle but not in a nasty way, he has a kind look in his face and is genuinely versatile. "Last year he had to run in the Group Ones and ran with great credit, but it's taken a while for him to get his confidence back. "Today when they came to him, he had the guts to go and get the job done. "He's been invited to the Golden Eagle in Australia and there are 10 million reasons why he should go for that, but first we might give him another at home. It might be that we have to supplement into the Celebration Mile and he's not in the City of York." Rhoscolyn continued his Goodwood love affair when claiming the valuable Coral Golden Mile. Travelling kindly for Daniel Tudhope throughout, the seven-year-old was in the ideal place to pounce in the closing stages. Stoked up by his rider as the race began to unfold, he surged onto the scene inside the final furlong before galloping a length clear of runner-up Ebt's Guard at the line. It was the seven-year-old's second appearance of the week on the Sussex Downs having finished down the field when seen on Wednesday, but by scoring at odds of 11-2, Rhoscolyn went one better than his second in this race in 2021 to register not only his sixth course success, but also give David O'Meara a third win in the contest since 2020. The @omeararacing @Coral Golden Mile — Goodwood Racecourse (@Goodwood_Races) August 1, 2025 The trainer said: "The rain came in the nick of time otherwise the boys might not have run him, but he didn't take anything out of himself when he ran here earlier in the week. "I think we've been fortunate to benefit from the bad luck of others in this race and once again the gaps came for him. "There's a nice handicap over seven furlongs or a mile back here for him worth a hundred grand and that's where he'll go."
