Deputies arrested Jose Armando Reza Ayala, 27, for domestic strangulation after receiving a 911 call at 4:19 p.m. Thursday at 30145 872nd Ave. in Austin.
Buildings broken into
Three farm buildings were reported broken into at 4:33 p.m. Thursday at 81317 185th St. in Hayward. Numerous items were stolen.
Man arrested for DWI
Police arrested Tomas Garcia Martinez, 45, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a Ford F250 went into the ditch and knocked down signs near 19th Street and U.S. Highway 65 in Albert Lea.
1 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Elijah Jon Schroeder, 24, for domestic assault at 1:44 a.m. Thursday at 119 S. Broadway.
Theft by fraud reported
Police received a report at 9:31 a.m. Thursday of theft by fraud of a resident on North Shore Avenue. The individual was out several thousand dollars.
PlayStation stolen
A PlayStation was reported stolen at 4:24 p.m. Thursday at 414 W. College St. The theft had occurred sometime in the last two weeks.
1 arrested on warrant
Police arrested Steven John Ellingson, 63, on a local warrant at 6:19 p.m. Thursday near Triangle Drive and Wedgemore Drive.

The driver told state police that another driver of a Ford F250 pointed a firearm at the victim and fired at their vehicle, state police said. Troopers met with the victim, who was not injured. Investigators saw damage to the victim's vehicle consistent with their report. Investigators later identified the Ford F250 and located Trujillo on Sunrise Avenue in Grafton, where he was arrested without incident. State police said cell phone video provided by the victim helped lead investigators to Trujillo. Troopers assigned to the Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and the Worcester County State Police Detective Unit assisted with his arrest. The incident remains under investigation. Mass. man shot at another car on I-190 during road rage incident, police say
A man in a pickup truck is suspected of shooting a gun at another person in a car during a road rage incident on Interstate 190 in Holden on Monday morning, Massachusetts State Police said. Marcus Trujillo, 45, of Fitchburg, was arrested by State Police in connection with the incident, according to a statement. No charges have been announced, though they will be forthcoming. At around 8:20 a.m., State Police received a report about an incident on the southbound side of I-90 before Exit 4, police said. A man driving a Ford F250 pointed a gun at another car and shot at it. The person in the other car spoke to troopers, State Police said. They were not hurt, but their car was damaged. This person also provided a video of the suspected shooter in his Ford to State Police, the statement read. This led troopers to find Trujillo on Sunrise Avenue in Grafton, where they secured a perimeter and arrested him. Police: Gunshots followed Burnsville High school graduation ceremony, but no injuries
Gunshots followed a graduation ceremony Friday at Burnsville High School, according to police. There were reports of multiple altercations west of Burnsville High School at about 8:30 p.m., about 30 minutes after the end of a graduation ceremony at the school. Burnsville police officers on site for the ceremony heard and immediately responded to reports of gun shots, police said. No injuries were reported and four people have been apprehended, according to Burnsville police. The incident remains under investigation.
