Inter choose Chivu as new coach to replace Inzaghi
The decision has reportedly been made, as Inter will try to finalise an agreement with Cristian Chivu to be their new coach. The club needed to find a replacement after Simone Inzaghi asked to leave San Siro, signing a two-year contract with Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal. Advertisement Their first choice was Cesc Fabregas, but Como President Mirwan Suwarso confirmed in multiple interviews today that while they asked to negotiate with him, that request was rejected. Patrick Vieira was also mentioned, as he has a €500,000 release clause in his contract with Genoa.
