The first of these departures is 37-year-old reserve goalkeeper Fraser Forster, who joined the club in 2022 from Southampton.
He has played 34 times for the north London club, including 13 times this season.
Sergio Reguilon is also leaving the club after joining them in 2020.
The Spaniard has been on loan with Atletico Madrid, Manchester United and most recently, Brentford last season during his time at Spurs.
Overall the 28-year-old played 73 times for the club, scoring twice and assisting nine goals.
Goalkeeper Alfie Whiteman came through the club's academy but only ever made one appearance for the first team - a Europa League win over Ludogorets in November 2020.
The 26-year-old has had two loan spells with Swedish side Degerfors IF.
Meanwhile, the club have opted against making Timo Werner's loan transfer from RB Leipzig into a permanent deal.

The 29-year-old initially joined them on a six-month loan before coming back for the full duration of this season.
However, the ex-Chelsea ace only managed three goals and seven assists in 41 games, with his last game for Spurs coming off the bench in a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City before being frozen out by manager Ange Postecoglou.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will also be saying goodbye to Spurs officially as his loan to Marseille which started last summer becomes a permanent transfer.
In addition to the senior team departures, six players in the development squad - Will Andiyapan, Archie Baptiste, Jahziah Linton, Maxwell McKnight, Max Robson and Jaden Williams - will be leaving at the end of their contracts while Elliot Krasniqi leaves after the end of his three-year scholarship.
Timileyin Adekunle, Dante Orr and Charlie Warren from the Under-18 squad are also leaving.
However, there is one arrival of note to speak of in loanee Kevin Danso, whose move from RC Lens has now been made permanent in a £21million deal.

Chelsea striker curse laid bare with £550m spent, only five hits and no No9 for two years – can Delap finally break it?
OVER the last 22 years Chelsea have spent almost £550million on strikers — but only a handful have proven to be a success. The No9 shirt has been "cursed" at Stamford Bridge and nobody has worn the number since flop Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang departed two years ago with one league goal to his name. 7 7 7 Liam Delap is next to fill the centre-forward boots, arriving for £30m from Ipswich. But despite the 22-year-old's talent shining through in a relegated side, there are no guarantees he will end the club's long-standing nightmare. It dates back to 2003 when Adrian Mutu arrived for £15.8m from Parma. The Romanian managed just six Premier League goals before he was released following a positive test for cocaine. Since then, the likes of Hernan Crespo, Andriy Shevchenko and Fernando Torres have all failed to match expectations after joining for massive fees. In more recent times, Alvaro Morata and Timo Werner have been added to the long list of big-money mistakes. Romelu Lukaku has cost Chelsea a total of £117.5m, taking into account his two spells at Stamford Bridge. And in his 36 league matches, the Belgian hit the back of the net a disappointing eight times at a rate of £14.7m per Prem goal. They managed just seven goals between them before the club happily showed them the exit door. From embarrassing Chelsea pal to interview with dad - Five times Cole Palmer stole show AFTER Conference League finals Even away from centre-forwards, the "cursed" No9 shirt usually worn by goalscorers went to others like midfielder Steve Sidwell and defender Khalid Boulahrouz. Success stories are hard to find with the £24m deal for legend Didier Drogba and the £32m splashed on cult hero Diego Costa among the few that have not been weighed down by the pressure of leading the line for the Blues. But Delap has the ability to join them in becoming a Chelsea hero. His movement is exceptional, he links up play well and boasts the pace to stretch the pitch. The Blues risk becoming predictable in Enzo Maresca 's structured approach and when Nicolas Jackson was out injured, the team struggled for goals and an outlet. But Delap is also a provider, creating 21 chances for his Ipswich team-mates on top of his 12 goals for a side that hit the back of the net just 36 times all season. BBC pundit Danny Murphy believes Delap can be Harry Kane 's England successor, saying: 'I think he's the best young English striker out there. "I know he's got a bit to learn, and wisdom comes with experience and game time in this league, but he's got all the attributes to be a top international player. 'I just don't see a weakness for him. He's scored enough goals in a struggling side, really, but he gets a lot of chances and he'll score more. 'He's just got that lovely balance between physical and technical. Rarely you get both. He's really just super talented." Join SUN CLUB for the Chelsea Files every Tuesday plus in-depth coverage and exclusives from Stamford Bridge 7

Man Utd STUCK with Jadon Sancho's £300,000-a-week wages as Chelsea pay huge fine after failing permanent transfer talks
MANCHESTER UNITED are stuck with Jadon Sancho after he left Chelsea following the end of his loan. The England winger had a mixed time at Stamford Bridge, failing to live up to expectations again. 1 He did finish his time with the Blues with a goal in the hammering of Beal Betis in the Europa Conference final. But, according to David Ornstein, he is now leaving Chelsea to head back to United. There was a clause in his loan deal that meant Todd Boehly 's team had to sign him permanently. But after falling to agree terms on him staying, he will go to Old Trafford, for now. Chelsea are understood to have paid a £5 million penalty to United. The 25-year-old will now explore his options in the Premier League and Europe over his next move. It is understood he is not in Red Devils manager Ruben Amorim's plans for the 2025-26 Premier League season. Sancho is heading into an important stage of his career, to find a place to settle. And he will still have hopes of playing for England again in the future. The Three Lions will head to the United States next summer for the 2026 World Cup. Sancho will want to be in Thomas Tuchel's plans for that when it comes around. MORE TO FOLLOW THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY..
