Sue Radford stops daughter Katie from visiting home with young son for 'tough' reason

The Radford family first found fame when they appeared in their own Channel 5 show 22 Kids & Counting where they document the life of their large and ever-growing family
Sue Radford stopped her daughter Katie from visiting their home with her young son in the latest episode of their reality show in an effort to show her "tough love". In the most recent episode of 22 Kids & Counting, viewers saw new mum Katie navigate the first few months of motherhood.

Katie found herself moving from an 11-bedroom mansion where she lived with her several siblings, to a small flat. She welcomed her first child Ronnie with her boyfriend of six years Connor Carter in October last year, but it hasn't all been smooth sailing for the 22-year-old.

In the episode, she opened up about struggling with night feeds every two hours as well as feeling "lonely" and wishing she hadn't left home. It comes after Top Gear host admitted he 'never got along' with Jeremy Clarkson as he made a bold statement.

Not long after giving birth to her son Ronnie Hudson Carter, the couple moved into a small flat which is just two hours from the family home.
Katie has been finding it particularly hard since her boyfriend Connor has gone back to work. Speaking about the situation, she said: "A baby takes up a lot of room, there just wouldn't have been room in my mum and dad's house for us all.

"Last night, he woke up every two hours…I don't think anything prepares you for having your own, I didn't expect this to be me. Connor went back to work today and it is harder, you've got to do everything yourself.
"It is a lot harder living on your own. At home you've got your parents and your siblings to help, whereas when you're at your own place you've got to do it on your own. I wasn't prepared for any of that - the loneliness."

Katie said that she particularly misses her mum and dad and admitted that it feels like she's on her own. Later on in the episode, Katie says that she misses the busy nature of living at home with her multiple siblings.
The mum-of-one has been returning to her family home most days, but mum Sue said that she felt she had to give her some "tough love". She said: "She was coming round every single day, 8:30am and then not going back until 6pm - I think she was missing everybody."

She added: "Katie coming round to the house every day is not really gonna help her settle into being in the flat on her own. Trying to help her, there's got to be a bit of tough love there."
One clip shows Katie on a walk with Ronnie as she says: "My mum's text - said I can't come round today…that's very strange."
She explains: "Memories like Ronnie's first smile or his first giggle, I'd like to share the moments with all my family, they're missing out on that. Some days I do regret moving from home."

But instead of all of the attention being on the star's meal, it was her plump pout that was the star of the show. Katie is known for her love of 'butterfly' lips and regularly undergoes the procedure which involves excessive filler plumped into her lips to give her the desired look. The 47-year-old mum-of-five has spent a HUGE amount of money over the years on cosmetic procedures. And she's recently spoken about being unhappy with her latest £10,000 facelift, with sources close to the star claimed at the time that she she was less than impressed with her 'pixie ears' following the procedure. Katie last underwent a lip filler procedure just last month when she opted to top up her pout as well as have a Brazilian Bum Lift during a single visit to The Clinic Club on London's Harley Street earlier this month. Sharing the latest tweaks with fans on Instagram, Katie revealed: 'So my lips are done. I haven't gone too big and now I'm gonna do my bum. "Literally, got the train up, having my lips done, having filler in two areas of my bum, then taking Harvey to his new place.' The star previously revealed that she had regrets over how far she'd gone - but that didn't stop her from opting for more tweaks last week. Insisting this time was less risky, Katie said: 'If I'd had my bum done in Turkey it would be more dangerous. I'd be put to sleep, it would be more dangerous and they use your own fat. Katie Price admits her family are panicked over star's weight loss as mum fears eating disorder and dad calls her 'thin' legs 'terrible' "This is just filler. Come up here for an hour and a half and it's done, amazing…' Her recent surgery antics come after her rift with 18-year-old daughter Princess was uncovered and laid bare. Princess is due to launch her first solo reality show this weekend but Katie won't be featured with it being understood the teen has been told to distance herself from her mother in order to protect her brand and image. While Katie, 47, adores her eldest daughter — who she had with first husband Peter Andre — she has been left devastated after the teenager was told to 'distance herself' from her 'low-rent' relative. Telly bosses deliberately cut the former glamour model out of forthcoming ITV2 show, The Princess Diaries, because it is 'not good for Princess to be seen with Katie'. In a bid to market the youngster as a pretty, middle-class influencer, they even turned down Katie's team's offer to film for free for three days. "Katie feels isolated and disregarded," a source told the Sun. "She loves Princess so much and is supremely proud of the young woman she is becoming. Katie and daughter Princess once appeared to be inseparable, however tensions are reportedly rising between the pair resulting in a rift. ‌ On Sunday, ITV2 are set to air The Princess Diaries, which focuses on the star's life and family. However, Katie claimed she was not allowed to feature on the series, with Princess' dad Peter Andre and step mum Emily allowed in front of the cameras instead. Katie fumed on her Katie Price Show podcast: "Everyone knows she's doing this documentary - and I'm not in it. Certain people don't think it's good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me." She added: "It's pathetic. I'm her mother. It's so sad. When certain people who used to look after me are now looking after..." ‌ In the series, which is set to air on Sunday, Princess opens up about her childhood, in which she witnessed the bitter divorce between her parents. In a candid confession, Princess said: "I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. "But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age."
