SEDIBENG.- The SAFA Sedibeng Hollywood Men Regional League defending champions, Young Pirates FC, maintained their lead at the top of the log.
This is after they beat Mmabatho FC 3-0 over the weekend.
Pirates have accumulated 81 points from the 31 games they played, with Boipatong FC hot on their heels with 79 points. It seems as if it is a two-horse race between these two teams, with just three points separating them.
Boipatong FC put pressure on Pirates FC at the top after they beat 016 Magista 2-0 in another Hollywood Men Regional League match played at Boipatong Stadium over the weekend. As things stand, it seems as if the league champions will come from one of these two sides at the end of the season.
They have been winning every game to maintain their lead at the top.
