'We try to plan time for runs and walks together, but it is sometimes impossible with us both working different shift patterns. As I work in hospitality, I have adapted my training plan around work and family life. This often means waking up at 4am to run for a few hours or even running after I finish work.

Food is Life is 'a celebration of food's emotional power and cultural importance'. wagamama is launching a bold new summer menu that showcases personalisation, freshness and feel-good food. Among the innovations are brand-new pho noodle soups, made with a yuzu broth and served with konjac noodles – a high-fibre, low-calorie alternative. ‌ Guests can choose from three topping options - chicken thigh, hoki fish, or king oyster mushrooms. Each bowl is finished with red pepper, bean sprouts, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lime. ‌ In response to increasing demand for choice and dishes that can be personalised wagamama has also introduced a build-your-own donburi. Guests can create their own bowl from protein selection and double-ups for bigger appetites to fresh toppings and vegetables of their choice. The new donburi format now includes cauliflower 'rice' as a fresh base alternative. There are also new summer salads like sweet chilli salad with a choice of caramelised chicken or tofu, and a pad thai salad, inspired by the brand's teppanyaki dishes. Article continues below Steve Mangleshot, Global Executive Chef at wagamama, said: 'wagamama has always been distinctive, from our open kitchens to our communal benches, we were born different. In a world of sameness, we're doubling down on that difference. With 'Food is Life', we're reminding the world that food isn't just something you consume. It's something you feel. Something that can change your day, and even your life and it can be enjoyed anytime, any occasion." Steve added: 'We've listened closely to what our guests want, and we're excited to introduce a summer menu that gives them more fresh and nourishing flavours like our light and fragrant phos, vibrant salads, and personalised build-your-own donburis.' wagamama is also launching new non-alcoholic drinks including Saffron Picante, Strawberry spritz and a Kickstart juice. I was so excited when I nabbed a £2.49 Morrisons Too Good To Go bag – but what I found inside made me feel sick

A BARGAIN hunter thought she'd scored a cheap dinner win with her Too Good To Go bag – but what she found inside left her feeling queasy. Becky Chorlton was hoping for a surprise feast when she eagerly collected a 'hot food' £2.49 bag from her local Morrisons Café. 3 3 3 But when she opened up the two mysterious boxes, what she found inside left her feeling 'sick'. The boxes contained a vacuum-sealed chicken tikka masala alongside boil-in-the-bag rice. In a video posted to her TikTok account, Becky, who has 415,000 followers, gasped: 'Oh my God, what is that? That's so weird, what the hell? 'I'm not sure about that. That kind of gives me the heebie-jeebies.' Too Good To Go bags are a popular way to grab a mix of tasty, often freezer-safe meals at a bargain price while doing your bit to reduce food waste. The video, which racked up 788,000 views, showed an undeterred Becky, who is from Cheshire and runs a vintage clothing business, peeking into box number two. Her mood instantly changed when she spotted seven hash browns, three slabs of black pudding and a mountain of sausages. Viewers were split in the comments, with some impressed by the value and others were put off by the contents of the first box. One commenter said: 'I'd be the exact same with meat in a bag, even chicken in microwave meals can make me feel a bit dodgy sometimes.' Another added: 'It's £2.49 be grateful.' The simple chocolate cake recipe using only TWO ingredients - it's sweet and you won't even need to put it in the oven Another person said: 'That's not bad at all – sure, the plastic pouches aren't appetising, but any food would look like that in a plastic pouch.' Jam Press has approached Morrisons, who declined to comment. How to save on your supermarket shop THERE are plenty of ways to save on your grocery shop. You can look out for yellow or red stickers on products, which show when they've been reduced. If the food is fresh, you'll have to eat it quickly or freeze it for another time. Making a list should also save you money, as you'll be less likely to make any rash purchases when you get to the supermarket. Going own brand can be one easy way to save hundreds of pounds a year on your food bills too. This means ditching "finest" or "luxury" products and instead going for "own" or value" type of lines. Plenty of supermarkets run wonky veg and fruit schemes where you can get cheap prices if they're misshapen or imperfect. For example, Lidl runs its Waste Not scheme, offering boxes of 5kg of fruit and vegetables for just £1.50. If you're on a low income and a parent, you may be able to get up to £442 a year in Healthy Start vouchers to use at the supermarket too. Plus, many councils offer supermarket vouchers as part of the Household Support Fund. How does Too Good To Go work? To use Too Good To Go, download its app on your smartphone and create an account. £750 five-person tent that can be pitched in ‘twenty minutes' is now under £360

Whether you're heading off to Glastonbury this summer or simply planning a family camping holiday, this five-person tent may be your next best friend for sleeping outdoors - and it's better than half price As we head deeper into the summer, festivals and family holidays draw ever closer, and now's the time to stock up on all you're going to need to pitch up and sleep on your weekend away, whether for a festival or on a camping trip with your loved ones. And if you're looking for the perfect tent that's set to fit up to five people and won't have you struggling to set it up for hours on end. That's right, this Berghaus tent promises to be a breeze to pitch, claiming it can be done in "just twenty minutes". Normally retailing for a steep £750, this Berghaus Adhara Air 500 Nightfall Tent has landed on Millets' summer sale, slashing its price tag all the way down to £354. Perfect for your next weekend getaway in the hills, camping near a coastal town or having some downtime in the great outdoors, the Berghaus Adhara Air Tent is a perfect pick for families and groups of five or less. Pitching takes just 20 minutes, which means more time to relax and unwind in the great outdoors, without the dreaded hassle of complicated construction. Boasting airflow ventilation, the Adhara 500 Nightfall Tent promises to stay fresh no matter who is sleeping inside or for how long. Combined with the natural light from the clear window panels, it gives you a homely, liveable space that's perfect for downtime, especially during turbulent weather. With separate bedrooms sectioned off from the main space, this tent utilises darkening Nightfall technology to prevent rude awakenings from the early summer sun and comes with a removable divider for adaptable space. Featuring a spacious living area with enough headroom for everyone under 6'4' ft, this tent comes with high-performance air beams for an even simpler setup, ensuring an easy and complication-free pitching. Plus, this tent also boasts a fully sealed sewn-in groundsheet for easier pitching and enhanced protection from the ground. One five-star reviewer who has loved using this Berghaus tent left their praise in the following comment: "Owned this for 3 years now and am very happy with this excellent tent. Pitching is quick once you have practised a few times (peg four corners but do not stretch out too much; ensure the air valves are 'popped out'; inflating the air beams is then easy; adjust the four peg positions so the sides are taut; peg-out fully). Pump comes with a gauge, and there is a pressure relief valve so you cannot over-inflate. Feels very study, even in strong winds. Exceptionally high hydrostatic head and sewn-in groundsheet means it stays dry even in driving rain. Nightfall compartments are effective." This £750 is currently available to buy for the reduced price of £354 from Millets and Blacks, and for a limited time shoppers can even get their own for the lower price of £349 from Go Outdoors.
