Diddy's ex, 'Jane,' is now his 2nd accuser to describe being sex-trafficked by violence
"Is this coercion?" Combs' ex said he asked her after leaving her covered with bruises last June.
Combs' 2nd sex-trafficking accuser, "Jane" told a jury he then forced her to have sex with an escort.
"Take this fucking pill," she said he demanded. "You're not going to ruin my fucking night."
Sean "Diddy" Combs' ex told a federal jury Monday that the mogul once covered her face in bruises before posing a taunting question: "Is this coercion?"
The rap mogul then demanded she put on makeup, pop an ecstasy pill, and have sex with a male escort, the woman, "Jane," testified, describing a June 2024 dinner date at her Los Angeles home.
"Take this fucking pill. You're not going to ruin my fucking night," Jane, who is testifying under a pseudonym, said Combs demanded as she screamed, "I don't want to! I don't want to!"
Through this harrowing testimony, Jane became the second of Combs' ex-girlfriends, after R&B star Cassie Ventura, to take the stand at his Manhattan trial and describe being sex trafficked through coercive violence.
"He just looked at me, right in my face," from an inch away, his voice "forceful," Jane said, when lead prosecutor Maurene Comey asked her to describe how Combs appeared and sounded when he asked her, "Is this coercion?"
It was the third day of testimony for Jane, who described herself as an OnlyFans lingerie model and the single mother of a child fathered by one of Combs' rap world rivals. She dated Combs between 2021 and 2024.
Jane told the jury Monday that while she took the ecstasy pill on that violent night, she did not answer Combs' question about coercion.
Instead, only three months later, federal prosecutors would answer the question for her.
Combs would be indicted in September 2024 on racketeering and sex trafficking.
Both Ventura and Jane were sex trafficked by means of Combs' false promises, violence, and coercion, according to the indictment. The legal definition of coercion includes any scheme or pattern that causes someone to fear serious harm.
Defense lawyers argue that there was no coercion because the sex was consensual. They say that this is borne out by years of texts and emails in which Ventura and Jane display enthusiasm for these drug-fueled nights of sex with as many as three men, plus Combs himself.
The racketeering allegations against Combs include bribery and witness tampering, and here Jane's testimony from Monday could also help prosecutors.
Jane told the jury that in the days after Ventura filed her explosive November 2023 lawsuit, Combs threatened to send her sex tapes to the father of her child, offered her cash, and pleaded, "I need your friendship."
"Charge me. Charge me, so we can just move on," Jane testified that a desperate-sounding Combs told her during a FaceTime call.
"He was wanting me to come up with some sort of number," Jane told the jury, describing what she called a rejected offer to pay for her silence.
The Ventura lawsuit quickly upended Combs' life and his multimillion-dollar music and lifestyle empire.
In it, Ventura accused Combs of forcing her to have sex with male escorts while he watched, masturbated, and filmed. These so-called "freak off" performances involved heavy drug use and lasted for days, Ventura said in the suit, previewing her own testimony at the start of the trial.
The lawsuit, which settled the next day for $20 million, was the catalyst for dozens of similar lawsuits and for the indictment itself.
"I just reacted, like, I can't believe I'm reading my own story," Jane told the jury Monday, tearfully describing her reaction to reading Ventura's lawsuit for the first time.
"I almost fainted," she told the jury. "In fact, I think I did."
Combs' reaction to the lawsuit was more extreme than Jane's own, veering, in her description to the jury, from anger to accusation to fear.
Before Ventura's lawsuit, Combs would react with scolding denials when she told him she wanted to stop what she called "hotel nights" and to enjoy romantic dinners and trips instead.
"You're tripping," he would tell her, according to the texts shown in court. "Please, woman," and "You're fucking crazy," he'd tell her. "So, we're breaking up?" he'd threaten.
But in the days after the Ventura lawsuit, Jane couldn't bring up "hotel nights" without Combs asking if she was out to get him.
"You trying to set me up?" he asked her in one November 2024 phone call that was recorded by Combs, later recovered from the phone of his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, and played Monday for the jury.
"You recording my phone calls?" he demanded. Jane testified she was not — and that she had no idea that Combs was the one making a recording.
In one of two recorded calls, Combs attempted to spin their nights together as "Just some kinky shit that I thought that we, you know, we both enjoyed."
When Jane answers, "I just want you to know that's not how I saw things," Combs asks again, "Are you recording me?"
Jane's cross-examination is set to begin on Tuesday and may last through Thursday.

Diddy Was Having Freak-Offs Right Up Until He Was Arrested And More From Trial's Fifth Week
Source: Penske Media / Getty In order to have drug-filled 'freak-offs' someone had to bring drugs from city to city and according to Jane Doe in the trial of Bad Boy records founder Sean 'Diddy' Combs that job repeatedly fell on her. According to Deadline, 'Jane,' a pseudonym used to hide her identity, claims that she and others in the rap mogul's inner circle were required to transport Ecstasy and more, which was used for drug-fueled sex sessions. 'I just asked her if this was safe and okay,' Combs' ex-girlfriend, said to reported Diddy top aide Kristina Khorram about taking a bag of drugs from LA to Miami. This was Jane's second day on the stand, and Jane noted that 'KK' replied, 'It's fine, I do it all the time, just put it in your checked-in luggage.' During what Deadline noted was a 'sometimes-tear-filled testimony,' Janed added that she was required to carry Ecstasy across state lines for Diddy. She confirmed earlier testimony from Diddy's ex, Cassie Ventura, that the pills and cocaine were used during marathon 'freak-off' sex sessions with male escorts. Jane also claimed that Combs would use 'personal assistants and security details to procure more when his current stash ran out for the often filmed 'freak-offs,' Deadline reports. All of it, Jane claimed, took a toll on her as she noted that she unsuccessfully begged Combs to have the male escorts wear condoms during what could be days-long 'freak-offs.' Jane told Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey, that she feared with the crazy amount of drug use that things could get violent. Diddy, she claimed, was dismissive of all of her concerns. Jane and Diddy had been in an ongoing situationship since 2021. Jane, who described herself as an online influencer and single mother, noted that Diddy was nice during the courting part of their relationship, even offering to pay for her house and supplement her income. But, as Cassie and others claimed, these were all merely controlling tactics to make the women dependent on him. 'Again, like he did with Ventura and others, as the prosecution clearly intends to convey to the jury, a sometimes semen-smeared Combs used the same M.O. of drugs, blackmail, fear and violence to make a baby oiled up, lingerie and high-heels wearing 'Jane' participate in the 'freak-offs,' Deadline reports. Jane told the jury that in September 2023, she sent a text to Combs noting her distress over participating in 'freak-offs' and having forced sex with paid men. 'It's hurting me,' she told Combs, 'It's dark, sleazy, and makes me feel disgusted with myself.' The text added: 'I don't want to play this role anymore. I'm so much more than this …I feel like it's the only reason you have me around and pay for the house.' 'Girl, stop,' Combs reportedly replied. Jane said that the 'freak-offs' initially ran from May 2021 to October 2023, usually taking place at upscale hotels, and then stopped for about three months. Then Cassie filed her lawsuit alleging abuse and assault, which was quickly settled out of court. CNN released the footage of Diddy beating Cassie in a hotel hallway, and then, just a month later, the 'freak-offs' reportedly picked back up at Diddy's Florida home. There were five alleged sessions, and the last one reportedly occurred just a few weeks before Diddy was arrested. The 55-year-old rapper/producer/media mogul, who was once known for 'being all up in the videos,' has been on trial in New York City since May 12. If found guilty of federal charges, which include racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, he could face life in prison. Woman Alleges Diddy Traded Rent For Freak Offs
Source: Billboard / Getty In court on Thursday, a woman going by the name 'Jane' said she felt pressured to do sexual things with escorts while music star Diddy watched, because he was paying her $10,000-a-month rent. According to Complex, Jane said things started off great in early 2021, with fancy hotel stays, tropical vacations, and a lot of partying, including taking Ecstasy. By May, she said Diddy asked her to sleep with other men while he watched. They called these nights 'debauchery' or 'hotel nights.' She said the first time it happened was at a hotel in Miami. An escort showed up, and even though she wasn't totally okay with it, she went along because 'my partner was excited, and it was already happening.' When she asked the escort to use a condom, Jane said Diddy told her it wasn't needed because 'they get tested all the time, they're some of the cleanest people.' That night changed everything, she told the court. 'It opened a Pandora's Box in our relationship, it was a door that I was unable to shut.' Jane explained that because Diddy was paying for her rent and lifestyle, she felt stuck and like she had to go along with what he wanted, even if she didn't really want to. Her testimony is part of a bigger case accusing Diddy of serious crimes like sex trafficking and abuse. Diddy has said he didn't do anything wrong, and the trial is still going. Diddy's ex-girlfriend 'Jane' tells jurors he treated her like 'an animal'
This is a free article for Diddy on Trial newsletter subscribers. Sign up to get exclusive reporting and analysis throughout Sean Combs' federal trial. Today, the jurors in Diddy's trial heard more emotionally wrenching testimony from a woman identified only by the pseudonym 'Jane.' She's one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends — and one of four alleged victims at the center of the U.S. government's racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking case against the music mogul. Jane told jurors that Diddy forced her to participate in 'hotel nights' — sexual encounters with male escorts that made her feel debased. 'You treat me like an animal,' Jane said she told him in 2023. She described violent abuse, saying he once put her in a chokehold and punched her in the head. He then forced her to take drugs and perform oral sex on an escort, she told jurors. Jane's testimony is part of prosecutors' effort to show that Diddy orchestrated a sprawling criminal enterprise to 'fulfill his sexual desires.' He has denied all the charges. Here's what else you need to know: Two years ago, according to prosecutors' exhibits, Jane texted Diddy that she didn't want to be 'used and locked in a room to perform and fulfill your fantasies.' The same day, she told him she didn't want to fly to New York to 'be a hoe for the millionth time' in a hotel room. Jane said she felt obliged to 'perform' sex acts that made her feel 'disgusting' in part because Diddy paid her rent. Jane said she fainted after Cassie Ventura, another one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends, filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape and sexual abuse during a 10-year on-and-off relationship. Jane said she was struck by the similarities between their two accounts. 'I feel like I'm reading my own sexual trauma,' Jane texted Diddy in 2023. Jane described her suicidal ideation at the end of her relationship with Diddy, adding she told him she would kill herself. In text messages, she told him she believed he would 'use' and 'break' her. When prosecutor Maurene Comey asked why she sent those texts, Jane cried so hard that it was difficult to understand her answer. In late 2023, Diddy threatened to release sex tapes of Jane and show them to her child's father, she testified. Jane texted Diddy's then-chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, and begged her to 'talk some sense' into him, according to prosecutors' exhibits. Khorram assured Jane 'he's not going to do anything,' Jane said. Jane, facing another grueling day of questions, grew visibly anguished at key moments. Her voice cracked as she told jurors about a night in 2023 when, she said, she was instructed to meet Diddy at the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York and directed to have sex with a male escort. She wiped away tears as she recalled telling Diddy she didn't want to have sex with other men anymore. She sobbed as she recounted her reaction to Ventura's allegations against Diddy. Diddy, wearing khaki pants and what appeared to be a white long-sleeve shirt, seemed engaged in the day's testimony. He leafed through documents in a folder this morning and regularly leaned over to chat with defense attorney Teny Geragos throughout the day. He appears to have lost considerable weight in federal detention. Diddy's mother, Janice Combs, sat in the gallery. When she entered court, her son mouthed four words in her direction: 'I love you, Mommy.' Jane testified today that last year she joined the OnlyFans platform, a site frequently used to create explicit content for paid subscriptions. There's nothing wrong with a government witness creating explicit content. Indeed, the witnesses who cooperate with the government are often outright criminals. Moreover, the jury will be instructed about how to assess the credibility of a witness, and the jury instructions make no distinction among sex workers, doctors or astronauts. Credibility is determined by the jurors, and they have few limitations on their ability to make that determination. So even though they shouldn't discount Jane's testimony because she was on OnlyFans, they still might. Jane said she joined OnlyFans because she 'wanted to reclaim having my independence and not rely on anyone and stand on my own two feet.' While the jury shouldn't discount her testimony because she may have been an OnlyFans content creator, it might discount it if it finds her reason for joining OnlyFans to be not very credible. One juror might think there are other jobs that would allow someone to 'stand on their own two feet.' Then again, it's entirely possible that the jury could find reclaiming one's independence to be a perfectly acceptable, normal reason to join OnlyFans as a content creator. No matter what, though, one theme of the government's witnesses who escaped Diddy's orbit is that they all lived lives that regular folks have a hard time identifying with. Tomorrow: 'Jane' is expected to return to the stand. BTW: Every night during Diddy's trial, NBC's 'Dateline' will drop special episodes of the 'True Crime Weekly' podcast to get you up to speed.
