The Browns stink.

OK. Now, this is where we're different though.
I thought the Browns were gonna stink last year.
You did not.
Because I thought the Browns were going to stink last year.
I'm on repeat for even though everybody, I, I, I, I, I'm loud about, I don't think the Browns are gonna be any good.
I thought they were gonna be terrible last year.
So I think they finished 3 and 14, which is a little worse than I thought they finished last year.
I think there's still a 5 or less win team.
I'm repeat for the Browns.
Yeah, I've obviously got to be retreat.
I've eaten a lot of crow on how, how high I was on the Browns.
I did back off it a little bit when all the reports on Deshaun Watson in August were bad, but still, I'll take that L. I thought the Browns were going to be pretty good last year.

A lot of that was due to their defense and their defense just fell off a cliff, and we're reminded.
Defensive greatness from year to year is is not always sticky, like it varies, it varies a lot, and it did for the Browns.
The one hope for the Browns is that the defense does bounce back to at least a top 10-ish level.
And when you have Miles Garrett on your side, that can happen.
And then maybe the Browns run the ball really well with two rookie running backs who come in might might just transform their offense, but Man, the quarterback room is just, it's, it's tough.
Like, I, how can you get behind any of those guys?

I don't know, like Dylan Gabriel, I guess, hasn't looked that great in OTAs.
Shido Shidori fell for a reason.
Joe Flacco's 40 and he was awful last year at the Colts.
Kenny Pickett's never been that dude.
Which of these quarterbacks, it like takes over, it just leads them to a good season.
I don't know who that could be.
Their schedule is just awful, like, If you could get them above 1 in 5 in their 1st 6 games, hats off to you, cause I don't know how to do it.
I don't know where the wins come.
I, I think it's a much better chance of 06 after 6 games.
Yeah, the Browns could be bad.
Like their only hope is they could be one of those, we're gonna run the ball 40 times a game and play good defense and squeeze out some 1613 wins, but even that, I don't, I don't know you could win close games with a bad quarterback situation.
So yeah, I, I, I think the Browns are gonna be one of the worst teams in the NFL this year.

Browns' Shedeur Sanders Receives Advice From WWE Superstar
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. The Cleveland Browns made the decision to bring in Shedeur Sanders by trading up in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft to get him. When that move was made, the team instantly brought in more eyes from the media. Ahead of training camp and preseason action, the Browns have five quarterbacks on the roster. At this point, four of them are expected to compete for the Week 1 starting job. Outside of Sanders, Cleveland has Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and Dillon Gabriel competing for the job, while Deshaun Watson is also on the roster. All four quarterbacks in the competition will be given a fair shot to win and start off the season under center. Photo byRight now, it sounds like Flacco is the leading candidate to be the Week 1 starter. Sanders has turned some heads in rookie minicamp and OTAs, but is still unlikely to begin the year as the starting quarterback. Read more: Browns Predicted to Pull Off Bold Quarterback Trade That being said, the young quarterback has now received some valuable advice from WWE superstar The Miz. He believes that Sanders should be focused on soaking up every bit of wisdom and advice that Flacco can offer. "I'm not really a professional football player, and I'm not a quarterback, and I'm not in a quarterback room with Joe Flacco," he said. "But if you are in a quarterback room with Joe Flacco who has been to the Super Bowl, won the Super Bowl, has done incredible things in the NFL, I would just put my head down and learn and listen, because he has a great coach and Kevin Stefanski and I think just be the player that he was in Colorado." The Miz continued on, revealing more about his thoughts on Sanders and what kind of potential the former Colorado Buffaloes' standout quarterback possesses. "I wouldn't want him to change. Like, I always feel like ... the best person is a person that can't help being themselves, right? That's the best, in my opinion, and I think he can't help being himself, and think he's a born leader. And I think, in the end ... I know it's gonna be a little circus here and there, but if he can play to the caliber that I feel like he could be, he could be a franchise quarterback." There is no denying the talent and potential, but now Sanders needs to put in the work. He needs to put together the on-field production to earn playing time. No one knows what to expect from him in the future, but the early signs have shown that he is willing to work hard and that he wants to be a sponge and learn as much as possible. Leaning on Flacco and learning as much as possible would be an extremely wise decision for Sanders. For more Cleveland Browns and NFL news, head over to Newsweek Sports.

Now comes the next big test for the rookies as mandatory veteran minicamp will take place for three days in Berea starting on Tuesday. That means everyone will be in attendance, so all the pearl-clutching about Myles Garrett can take a break for a few days. The Steelers' odds don't move much, if at all, post-Aaron Rodgers
The Steelers have added quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The move hasn't added much to their betting odds for 2025. At DraftKings, the Steelers have dropped from a +4500 underdog to win the Super Bowl to +4000. While that reflects some movement, it still has them as 40-1 long shots to win their seventh Lombardi Trophy. Others sports books haven't changed the Super Bowl odds at all, post-Rodgers. Via Ben Fawkes of Yahoo Sports, the Steelers' odds remain 45-1 at BetMGM. The odds haven't changed because the Rodgers move has been expected. As noted by Fawkes, the Steelers opened at 80-1 to win the Super Bowl. Even with Rodgers, the Steelers remain decidedly below elite teams like the Bills (+700), the Ravens (+700), the Chiefs (+750), and the Bengals (+2000). Even the Chargers and Broncos — both at +2500 — are viewed as significantly better bets than the Steelers to win it all. One sports book executive summarized the situation in blunt terms. 'Rodgers has been awful,' Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook V.P. of risk Ed Salmons told Fawkes. 'Before he ruptured his Achilles, his last year in Green Bay he wasn't good. Since the [Achilles] injury, he can't move — he just dumps it off so he doesn't get hit. [Mason] Rudolph and Rodgers are the same thing for me.' Most would say the two aren't the same. The question is whether, with Rodgers, the Steelers become anything more than a team that gets to the postseason and might or might not win a playoff game for the first time in nine years.
